The fries are outstanding and they took special care to make the fries gluten free by dedicating a fryer for just fries and nothing else that would cross contaminate the fries with gluten. We stopped by NJ Beer Company where Roadside Fries were serving up food. I love the cheesesteak fries, my wife loves the crab fries with cheese on top. Went back for seconds and got plain fries too. Awesome comfort food on a cool day.
