We personally prefer ordering the sushi and sashimi platters (e.g - tiger roll, dragon roll, etc. are all great) and our orders are always presented very well for take-out. The staff are also very nice. They also have bubble tea! I like the milk tea with no bubble tea.“
“First time here. We planned to play golf and get ice cream in the area, so we searched for a restaurant to try. I had the pineapple fried rice with shrimp. My dining partner had the basil fried rice with chicken. Both dishes were good. The staff were very attentive.“

“Went here to eat yesterday with family. Although the outside was in need of work I give this place 5 stars. The food was good, the service was good and the cook was awesome. Not crowed at all and the inside was the just like any other Hibachi! We enjoyed ourselves !“
“This was our second time ordering from this place. The first time we picked up the order and the order was a little over $150. The second time we had delivery for a $300 order. We had guests in from out of town the second time. The first time, the food was amazing but the second time was even better than the first time. We ordered a little from each category on the menu. You would think for such a big menu there would be inconsistencies and you’ll be wrong. For delivery they came within the time frame stated when ordering the food. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful. The food was super fresh and still hot almost as if we were eating it in the restaurant. The portion sizes are generous and not just thrown in the container; good presentation of the food in the container. I do t think it’s possibility to have any disappointment in the food, we haven’t had a dish we didn’t like yet. The flavor and spices that are used are amazing where most competitors veer away. “Great fried dumplings and excellent egg rolls. This place deserves higher than this rating, (sidenote: Kings is overrated.) Lo mein has lots of veggies. Chow mein was healthy and mellow. Nice and close to Source Brewery. Unassuming location but quality food, definitely would return.“

When I was a little girl, I would so look forward to their INIMITABLE teriyaki dark meat chicken samples, and I spent my first wages ever on an actual meal from this place. It is a time-tested fixture at the Freehold mall, a must-have if you ever work or shop here and still a reliably fast and delicious option for me when I am in the area. I’m pretty sure I’ve been helped by the exact same woman at the front of the line my entire life, and she gives me a big smile every time I see her. I’ve tried teriyaki/bourbon chicken at other malls all over the state, and this is the only one that is not only delicious, but is prepared in way that is not greasy. This is truly the only place I will go for Americanized Chinese food and enjoy it at all. My go-to: 2 sides, 2 entrees - string beans and plantains, double teriyaki chicken. Even post-pandemic, the price is unbeatable for the amount of food you get.“

It's worth every bite.The crab rangoon is cream cheese wrapped in a pastry dough that is amazing.The boneless beef ribs are tender and yummy. You will not find a more scrumptious piece of toast.When they say prawns, you will not get the tiny shrimps, these are huge. “I absolutely love koto. I have lived in Jackson for 19 years and Koto is always my go to. Its delicious, and hibachi portion sizes are giant. I get the steak hibachi, and it's perfectly cooked every time. I have tried several other hibachi places around before in ocean county and no where comes close to beating Koto on their prices, portion sizes, freshness and flavor. It's funny that at other hibachi locations, they make you choose rice or noodle, and soup or salad, but Koto does both for the same price! Same with their sushi, it's fresher, tastes better and is cheaper than other hibachi restaurants around.The staff is always friendly and welcoming and make you laugh when you get the hibachi show. But normally I sit on the quieter side with the no grill tables and it's just peaceful and a great place to go for a quiet but delicious meal.Will forever be a fan.“
