“The best hotdogs ever !!!! I ate there when his Dad ran it in the 70's and 80's. I just wish he would post when he will not be there instead of me driving a half hour and then getting to the park and find out he's not there. I understand he's off on Wednesdays but if he could just post something on his Facebook that would be amazing.“
“We look forward to it every year, rain or shine ?Rain is better for the zeppolles for a shorter line. Last year that line alone snaked all the way to Brunswick St. It was worth the wait ?Yummy food, good music, nice kid rides, and for the church ⛪️ ?“
“Arrived too early for our lunch reservations. Some of us were starved already, so checked Yelp for the best place to snack. This place was highly recommended. Easy to find, and many ways to search what we wanted. Most of us picked the #10 and I picked the #13 (fried bun). Took a bit for it to be ready but there were 5 orders to do at one shot. We decided to wait inside even though it was a tight fit. It was a little chilly outside. I think mostly, people order to pick up or have delivered. So the food was piping hot! But we didn't care, it was so good! And we had 3 different dipping sauces. The really spicy one my husband liked a lot. Two of us enjoyed the soy sauce one. My dad liked the sweet white sugar sauce. Everyone was so happy and we can't wait to return again. Definitely recommend.“
“I didn't have any food, so I'm leaving that blank. The atmosphere was so much fun. The staff was good, nothing spectacular, but definitely pleasant staff. I'll definitely be back. It was a last minute invite so definitely surprised. Didn't plan on doing a review but the place is a great experience. I can't wait to go back and take in the full experience.“
“4.3 stars. Need street meat? Good lamb (lean and not gamey) and pork (Chinese roast pork belly with the crispy skin) skewers. The shakey-shakey was not that spicy but a bit too salty. The prices are rising too fast and it’s starting to be not a good value. It was a rainy Sunday 6pm so no line.Vegetarian options: 10 vegetarian skewer options.“
“There’s not a whole lot that’s wrong with Farook’s tbh. I’ll pick him over Halal Guys or Adele any day of the week, given the price and wait time. However, I’m personally a fan of Santa Halal which is the cart next to Farook’s.But, that’s a personal preference. Farook is pretty great too.“
“Cash only! Cantonese har cheong fun (fresh shrimp) is one of my favorite foods, and this cart does a delicious take of Cantonese style cheong fun rolls. Their prices are cheap and the system is very efficient. This place has been getting more popular so the line can get long but it moves quickly. They speak Cantonese and English so don't be scared away if you're not Chinese! The only qualm I have is that there's no where nearby to eat. I wanted the rolls while they were hot and ended up wandering awkwardly and trying to eat while walking. Seeing as this is a food card there's nothing they can do about this, but I suggest coming up with a game plan to eat your food once you order.“
“I am a chicken girl and can completely without reservation recommend any and all chicken dishes and sandwiches on the menu. I have had them all over and over. Also the French fries and green salad. They are my go to usually twice a week.Believe the listed menu needs to be updated price wise but still the best deals in town. A HuGE plus you have the Richard Tucker (google him) Park right across the street for seating. Linda“
“This location has fewer vendors than the original location but they still offer alot of variety. On this occasion I had cheese steak from fedoroff's. It was a lot of food for less than $20. Pretty good for NYC prices. The sandwich itself was made fresh and delicious. This spot is worth the visit.“
“On the way to another cheong fun shop, we were driving by this cart and saw the long line of Chinese aunties waiting, so we had to stop by here instead (it's practically authenticity-certified, how could you say no?). While the long was long, it goes by pretty fast considering they make each dish as it is ordered. The ladies running to shop don't speak much English, but they're pretty patient and nice. The shop (from what I remember) only takes cash, so remember to take note before stopping by. My boyfriend and I ordered the shrimp and beef rolls and they were so delicious. We were also offered spicy sauce and soy sauce which really enhanced the flavor. Prices here were also unbelievable for the quality and portion you're getting (a small can easily fill me up). Highly recommend supporting this small business.“
“She makes the most amazing zongzi. Everything is flavored so well. I recently got her black rice zongzi (the only vegetarian one on the menu). It had generous amounts of chestnut and peanuts mixed with the rice. She also speaks so many languages! I started ordering in Mandarin but when I asked if she had Taiwan style zongzi, she switched to Taiwanese and we started conversing in that language. She was speaking Cantonese with the customer before me. She is really impressive on so many levels!“
“Whether you’re craving something sweet or savory, their waffles are perfection - crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and absolutely delicious. Plus, the friendly staff are always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations.Whether it’s a quick snack on the go or a leisurely brunch with friends, Waffles and Dinges never disappoints. It’s a must-visit spot in NYC for waffle lovers and foodies alike!“
“This place was a true New York experience. I loved each bite of the chicken pita. Customer service was also 10/10. We came back to this place 3 days in a row and the owner was always so happy to see us. I would definitely visit this place again.“
“I'm usually a little skeptical of street cart food but reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I got tofu pad see ew and it was super flavorful and the perfect portion at only $11. I was there around 230pm and there was no line so the food came out super quick. Since this is walking distance from my job I will definitely be back soon!“
“The best food :)I say this not because Mohammed shared half of his falafel dinner with me, but because he cooked it with love and shared it - the essence of what it means to have food together.I had chicken over rice, the chicken was cooked to perfection, rice was tasty as it could be and the presentation was spot on!I will visit again, but also encourage you to eat here you’ll eat not just through your mouth but with Mohammed’s kindness, your heart as well :)“

“Tariq’s 1 Halal Food cart is parked on Park Avenue South and serves up a variety of Indian-influenced rice platters, salads, and sandwiches. stopped here a few weeks ago and picked up a chicken over rice. watched as the owner / grill man made my order. steam rising off the fluffy rice as it dropped into the container. the sizzle and aroma of chicken and spices is a sensory delight. and a small heap of lettuce tomato salad on the side stuffed into the side. and ample amount of white sauce on top. got this as a late lunch and was really satisfied with the quality and how filling it was. the grill guy is friendly and knows what he’s doing when it comes to these dishes.“
“Been eating here since 2010, food has stayed consistent through the years. The cooks always have a genuine attitude and respect for the food. I am often getting lamb over rice with red/white sauce, but the chicken and Falafel are always tasty as well. For an extra dollar they will toast a pita with white sauce for me with my plate, just epic!“
“Their stuff is off the HOOK! I've been getting mostly chicken and pork sticks either on a platter or as a sandwich, and they's always been great, for some reason I hadn't tried the Lamb until today, OMG, one of th best Gyros I've ever had. The only complaint I have is if you get there at the wrong time the line gets pretty long, but that's just a testament as to how good their stuff really is! Keep up the great work!“
“Went to wadadli jerk with my mum and friends , the food was top notch and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this restaurant ?.. Much blessings from Natasha, Sandra and Curtis..“
“Place that we discovered for our picnic in Central Park.It doesn't look like much but it's very clean and probably known to the locals. We tried the burritos and the chicken over rice. It’s excellent value for money and we had a great time ?“
“Very Delicious. I attended a Mix & Mingle event at Bklyn Commons and my Business Partners had the Beef and I had the Corn Empanada. We loved it and highly recommend for your future events. I didn’t even miss having meat cause the Corn was so delicious.“
“It wasn't that I was hesitant to sample the Hotdog Lady hotdogs; rather, it was only because I don't reside in Newark. She did not let me down! Lady Hotdog, Thank you and best of luck on all your upcoming endeavors! I'm going to need you to link to someone using #ubereats #doordash ?❤“
