“Highly recommend this restaurant! I live about 2 towns over and whenever I’m craving some reasonably priced, quality Colombian cuisine, this is the place I come to. There are several other restaurants in the area but they do not compete AT ALL. I have experienced horrible service from the other restaurants where they treat you differently if you do not speak their language. El Roble is friendly to people of ALL backgrounds and is newly renovated as well as their bar!!! Drinks are delicious!! Food is immaculate!! Service is phenomenal!! “Passed this place a thousand times without ever noticing it, but read some positive reviews and decided to stop in for breakfast. I ordered the typical Colombian breakfast which consisted of scrambled eggs made with diced tomatoes and scallions, chorizo, and the Columbian version of a tortilla with melted Mexican style cheese. All absolutely delicious. The coffee was great too. Columbian coffee with frothed milk, so good. I ate at the counter and conversed with the proprietors and they were so nice.
