Will definitely stop by here more often now that school is not in session. the traffic on boulevard is rude during kids drop off. credit card accepted. the church do not allow people to use there bathroom.“

“Big C's Cheesesteaks are out of this world. The mushrooms, onion, peppers and cheese complemented the steak so well. Excellent bit of char of mush, onion and peppers for extra flavor. We hired Clemente to cater my birthday based upon a great friend's recommendation... and my man did not disappoint!!!!! Catering - ask for the Pasta Genovese - your mind will be blown. His meatballs and gravy are outta hand. My friend's still talk about his food months later. Not only is Clemente great chef but he is a great person! The lechon is amazing juicy, the bacalauito is so good.... flavor and all perfect crunch, the tostones de panas so good nice crispy while soft inside the sauce that comes with it omg amazing flavor. The yucca was soo good. I Also had a passion fruit pina coloda that was super good not to sweet just perfect. Definitely recommend this place for authentic flavor and amazing customer service. “I'm one of the few lucky ones, they're right up the street about block away from my house. Been going there for years. Great customer service. Food is fantastic. My favorite is the Steak n Take. Today I had The Fish with fries. Fried to perfection just the way it's supposed to be. They don't season the fish to death. Very consistent in quality each and every time you order. People drive from all over. I like the old school vibe. It reminds me of the 70s and 80s when we used to go down and get all of these steak n takes and bean pies and fish sandwiches. “I've been dying to try this spot! I pass it allll the time on Bergen St. So I finally went and ordered their Whaler Sandwich. The thing was huge! It was on a footlong roll and had at least 4-6 pieces of fish on it. I enjoyed the sandwich very much and split it with my husband. It had a healthy amount of lettuce and tomatoes on it with their special tartar sauce. Their sauce is a little yellow because I believe they put honey mustard in it. If that's not your thing or you're not that adventurous then ask for it on the side. I loved it on mine honestly. The fish was well seasoned and fried. I also ordered an Uptown and it was not too sweet and just right. It comes in a very large cup and only for $2!!! I think I spent altogether $10 or $12. They ONLY TAKE CASH unless you order on Grubhub.“

“Found the spot by accident just searching the area I was for a hot dog spot, old school food truck in the parking lot of the American Legion plenty of parking. I had the chili dog with onions and cheese and a dog with mustard and kraut, the chili cheese dog was very good the chili was tasty the cheese was a cheese sauce of some kind and the sauerkraut was delicious Price is Right I enjoyed it. Also as there is no seating there I ate it in my vehicle while it was nice and hot he wraps the dogs up in wax paper perfectly there was no mess from the chili or the cheese or even the sauerkraut I was able to eat them in my vehicle nice and warm and not make a mess Kudos Sal!!“

“Tried this place today finally after seeing it for months just never worked out to stop but today I did and I'm really glad that I got to. I got the Kings meal which comes with 2 jerk tacos ? a quesdilla Nashville hot chicken on a brioche bun and a chopped cheese on a sesame bun that was nice and crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside everything was more then excellent the jerk chicken is incredible the Nashville hot chicken is out of this world and so is the chopped cheese didn't make it to the quesdilla but I'm sure its on the same level as the tacos has the same jerk chicken next time il get the Nashville hot tho to try 10/10 would recommend to stop for lunch dinner or whenever you are on richmond ave very friendly dudes made all food to perfection and was fast they are there until 2 am he said and they also offer doordash definitely will be going back haven't had food I have been impressed with in a while and this place def hit the spot for sure on his way to being a staple of staten island“
