“The tea leaves and raw materials selected by the store are very good, so the proportion of the blend is also very delicious. It is a very attentive beverage store, and the service of the store staff is also very friendly and considerate. I recommend it to friends who want to drink hand-cranked drinks!“
“I recently brought Don chicken's fried chicken to my friend's birthday party, and it was an absolute hit! The soy garlic chicken was incredibly crispy and bursting with flavor, earning praise from everyone at the gathering. This chicken is versatile enough to be enjoyed both as a meal and for catering events. Also, when I went to pick up the food, the store was clean and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. It's clear that prioritizes cleanliness and customer service, making it the perfect choice for any occasion ! Highly recommend !“
“Me and my boyfriend stopped by to do the tea ceremony to learn more about tea & culture! The owner is so sweet & knowledgeable, the tea ceremony was definitely worth it and we learned a lot from her. The ceremony felt like fun but also as professional as taking a class on how to brew your own teas at home & their origins.Definitely reccomend stopping by for anyone who has an interest in trying new teas.“
“Perfect little boba shop. The owners are so nice and treat you like family. Try the donuts. They are delish!!!Dietary restrictions: Able to accommodate my daughter’s milk allergy. They took it seriously! Thank you!Parking: Parking around back. Or in the adjoining lots.Kid-friendliness: Easy to understand menu with pictures for kids.“
“This wonderful eatery combines sushi, ramen, bubble tea, and frozen yogurt among other things, and I can't think of a better combination!! All of my favorite foods in one place, and great quality too! They have many flavors and toppings for frozen yogurt and extensive sushi menu. Their service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was very nice, relaxed, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone because there is sure to be something here you like!“
“Last time I was here, was about a few months ago when I invited my college friends. We’ve been busy with our lives that we never get to see each other, so we made it a point to all meet up since we all wanted different cuisine. Luckily this restaurant offers all 3 different cuisine. There was 5 of us and the staffs was very accommodating since we came on a weekday and we set right away. We started with some appetizers like the baked mussels, tempura oysters. Then we had order a few rolls, like the Neal roll, Jessica roll, tango mango roll, my favorite. Ask for their sushi roll bible! then we order a few dishes to share. The pad Thai was on point. We also had the general Tso chicken and Thai curry which is spicy and flavorful. The waiter introduced to us their signature dish that’s named after the store itself, ai Sakae beef, of course we had to try it . We were all so full that we all had so much leftovers. they also had so much desserts from mochi, gelato to fried ice cream and boba teas. ??which we declined since we were full.“
“Amazing first time experience tonight! The bowl was packed full and she explained all the sauce options to me. The 2 protein spicy tuna make your own bowl was like 2 full meals. Will certainly be back!!! My new fav poke spot! Plenty of parking around back which is appreciated in summit as well.“
“Nama Noodle Bar remains a delightful family run restaurant that blurs into high tech customer service functions, and I don't just mean the robot waiter for that matter. It's through them I really discovered the simplicity of the Toast tab app. And despite their modern motif, it keeps a classy mom & pop shop feeling inside which is a pleasure to be near. I hope to be coming here for many years even though I'm very routine on my order here, it's not from a shortage of love for their menu.Tatsuta-Age (Japanese Fried Chicken)Salted Egg Yolk Lava BunAnd my favorite drinks here would have to be:Creme BruleeBrown Sugar Milk TeaHochija Boba Latte (or roasted shake)& Thai Panna Cotta.Of course, any of their taro options, I really look forward to trying more of their Oolong Cheese foam options. I had one here and immediately loved it but can't remember which!I've only finally just today tried their gyoza, which was excellent! But I highly recommend their ramen bowls, it's a budgetary style that doesn't short on ingredients and variety, with good options to choose for everyone's preference. I'm pretty boring with that and prefer Shoyu w/ Pork Belly, nothing special. Other budget ramen shops tend to forgo having many ingredients inside like Nama Noodle bar, so I prefer coming here when I feel like having a bowl, however rare that may be.Like I said, I'm very routine and very happy to have Nama Noodle Bar in my routine! All this time, I still haven't even tried all their rice bowls and noodle options. I really want the staff here to know, no matter how rarely I try other options, I really do love their menu, their vibe, and their service! Thank you for everything“
“Tasty food with lots of choices for the whole family. We did takeout for 5 items: --Wok Fried Noodles - bouncy and satisfying! --Bao Sampler Platter - Really good, especially with chili oil! This came with different fillings: Pork with Scallion, Chicken with Corn, and Beef with Onion and you can have them steamed or fried. I super recommend getting their add-on of Spicy Minced Pork Chili Oil which really elevates this dish. --Jasmine Boba Tea (customized for my request of zero ice, zero sugar) - pretty good, but the boba was kinda hard. --Crab and Pork Soup Dumplings - Pretty good. These are very likely much better eaten in the restaurant. In general, the filling was slightly too dense and the wrapper was a little too thick compared to the same dish I've had elsewhere. --Bao Chicken - A family fave. This came with 3 pieces of broccoli and was heavy on the chicken which had a light coating and yummy sauce. The portion lasted my kids several meals. With food this good, this spot can take a bao. ;)“
“Ring in the yum! Of all the mochi donut places I've tried, these stay the softest even when they're a couple days old. The day my family and I visited, they had 10 flavors available and we enjoyed all, especially the Nutella, Strawberry, and Brown Sugar Milk Tea. We love it a hole bunch! ;)NOTES/TIPS:**No restroom, more of a take out spot.**Between Bonchon and Barangay.**Street parking.**They offer several great deals of 1 free donut for buying 6 or 2 for buying a dozen, and 1 free taiyaki ice cream for buying 2.“
“Absolutely one of the best restaurants we've tried in some time. first time having Taiwanese food. very simple with some amazing flavors. we ordered the Crab/Pork soup dumplings as soon as we sat down. simply the best I've had. the Cucumber salad with hot chili oil, fantastic !!! Popcorn Chicken was the first chicken of its kind that didn't need a sauce. the meat was crispy and moist and held its own without a sauce. Taiwanese sausage was served with sliced garlic. simple a delicious !!!! we also had the fried pork soup dumplings which were incredible !!!! Can't wait to go back and try their entrees. Restaurant was packed when we arrived for lunch and stayed that way. Service was impeccable. Next time I'll make sure to make a reservation !!!!“
“A great place to stop for a drink or treat! I've been a few times to eat in the Cafe and ordered something different each time. The marshmallow latte is delicious and waffles are made fresh to order. The bubble tea is delightful and the boba/tapioca pearls were also really fresh. Looking forward to stopping by again!“
“They are insanely generous with their toppings which most bubble tea spots in the area are not (gong cha in Montclair, kung fu tea in Montclair, cozy tea in cedar grove/verona border). Worth taking the drive to the mall just to grab a bubble tea from here.“
“Small bakery thats very clean and has a small selection of specialty desserts, smoothies and boba. The guy working there was very friendly and gave us his recommendations of desserts to try.Got the Cream puffs, Taro cake roll and Japanese Cheesecake. The cream puffs were really good, perfect level of sweetness and good texture and mouth feel. The Japanese Cheesecake was a bit of a letdown. They guy at the store highly recommended it but it was a fail overall. Barely sweetened and tasted quite bland. The Taro cake was pretty decent but really needed a bit more taro flavoring to really make it pop and be more bold.I'd consider coming back and trying more things and see if there other things here that catches my palette like those cream puffs. I recommend those.“
“every bowl is a masterpiece, and the walls tell the tale. The vibrant paintings of noodle-making process set the stage for a culinary show. The furniture? Functional, not fussy. The buzz of the crowd is the real music here, a testament to the deliciousness that awaits. Each dish is a flavor-packed performance, served with the speed of a well-rehearsed act. While the decor isn’t winning any awards, the noodles are surely taking center stage. It’s a place where art meets appetite, and though the surroundings may be humble, the experience is anything but.“
“My daughter ordered from Millburn Poke Bowl today for delivery. The food arrived quickly. I had the sushi burrito....what great value for the money. The presentation is attractive; the burrito was packed in a lidded box that almost looked like a gift. It was packed full of vegetables and rice with very generous amounts of spicy and ahi tuna. They added just the right amount of dressing/sauce. I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. I would highly recommend Millburn Poke Bowl if you want delicious, fresh ingredients and a very generous amount of them.“
“100% my guilty pleasure. I was introduced to this place by a friend and am excited to stop in for an order of peach oolong tea with bubbles whenever I'm in the vicinity. The ambiance of each place is somewhat different, with some being home-in-the-walls and some having a place to sit and drink but rest assured no matter which one you go to, the drinks will be delicious. Service is typically fast.“
“Nice bright space with large poke bowl portions. I went for the first time recently, having been to another local poke spot many times. While I enjoy both places, this one definitely won on portion, which was my main complaint about the other one (too small). A very nice surprise!Order at the counter or on their self-order screen. Counter order-taker was friendly and cheerful. Food came out within 5 minutes and I sat at a table in the window. Was the only one dining-in, although they were doing a decent pick-up business.I ordered the spicy bowl and it was excellent. It comes with a generous portion of spicy tuna, spicy kani (crab stick) and spicy shrimp over rice, cucumbers, jalapeño, seaweed and tobiko. It looks like the have a nice selection of appetizers, as well. I will try that and bring the family next time!“
“Late-night hibachi chicken togo.Clear soup, lo mein noodles, egg fried rice, with white 'yummy' sauce over hibachi chicken and veggies. Only $15 before taxOpen till 10PM Friday-Saturday, 9:30PM for the rest of the week. I usually come here for poké bowls but definitely recommend trying the rest of the menu“
“Small tea shop that also serves decent fried chicken. There isn’t much room so it’s better to take it to go. The food is decent but the tea is much better. They have many flavors and options to choose from. Chicken was ok. I got the spicy one but there wasn’t much spice behind it. However it was very fresh and hot temperature wise. Having curly fries as an option was really cool and nostalgic. I’d come back for the tea for sure especially when it gets warmer in the spring and summer.“
“They have about 10 seats in total, 4 tables, 2 of which are bar window seats. The bubble teas are excellent, no fluff and no difficult to read menu! Easy to order and owners are friendly. Reasonable prices! They also serve poke but we didn't have that during this visit.“
“Food was amazing. Shrimp were large and delicious. The steamed pork buns were fantastic. The drinks are exquisite. The robot was enjoyed by all ages 4–60. So if you’re looking for a nice affordable meal or drink that is heavenly and fun please go to meow and sipVegetarian options: Need more.Dietary restrictions: Ask the owner and they will accommodate youParking: Lots of space to park.Kid-friendliness: The robots are a fun experience for children this restrant is 100 percent kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Good.“
“the staff aren't the best here! they've gotten my order wrong before (not just a small error, such as a sugar percentage, but rather the ENTIRE drink wrong), and they're not as welcoming as other places i've seen.the place is cutely decorated, though, and the drinks are still good!“
“This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful in explaining the different tea options and we had fun looking at what they had available. Was also surprised that they had a good amount of seating in the back since the front looked pretty small. They had unique tea flavors that I had never seen before. The tea was fragrant and fresh. Would come again to try other flavors or their food items.“
“EDIT:i’m very impressed by how this store listens to feedback. every single point I’ve listed on this review has changed. Here’s what I’ve noticed!- They’ve introduced a Buy One Get One Free happy hour for people to save money, and I would say it’s at the most convenient hour. I don’t think they are currently doing this promotion but it went on for months! They also have a student discount, cash back service connected to your phone number, and they have new stamp cards to get 1 free drink for every 10 drinks bought!- Every time I come here, there’s a tray of samples! Listening to feedback is clearly a strong suit with this store and I have a lot of appreciation for the management & employees here. The samples are different every time I come here which is very nice.- They’ve opened up their hours more, some days until 7 pm. This has made it a lot easier to come here and I really appreciate their flexibility!- They haven’t been out of stock with brown sugar boba in a very long time, so they definitely changed their inventory and restock. I appreciate this a lot as I know it may deter from their profit, but it definitely makes them more money to have this ingredient available !ORIGINAL REVIEW:I love this place. They have the best boba I have ever tried, their customer service is very kind, and the location itself is very cute. I genuinely do recommend coming here if you love boba or if you want to try. It’s the only boba place that I like!I’m addicted to their boba, but there are a few things that would make this place better to come to:- Prices are honestly high, i know boba is usually expensive, but i end up paying $7 for a normal 22 ounce milk boba. A 3.5% surcharge & having to pay for boba at all is a lot as well especially when the item’s already expensive. But they recently added a cash back system which I appreciate!- Menu is so so big which can be great, but it’s so overwhelming. I wish there were at least descriptions online, or samples!- Hours & Availability are limited. It’s hard to get there by 6 before it closes when most people get off work at 5 if they have a normal job.- Lastly, at least 40% of the time I go, they are out of boba. For a tea place, I feel like it’s supposed to be a staple of the store. I work at a restaurant so I get that it’s hard to predict when things may be out of stock, but for the amount of times I have driven here and left empty handed, as well as it being the main selling point, I feel as though it should happen less.Vegetarian options: Lots of dairy, vegetarian, and other options listed on menuDietary restrictions: Lots of options removable and easy to add“
“We just go here bc the Boba is always good and is consistent. Although this is nicely decorated, There is no seating here. It's very small and strangely very warm each time. The service is just okay. They just take your order and enter it into their system. There is no above and beyond here. We just get our drinks and leave and it's not complicated.“
“Real Fruit Bubble tea employee Michelle ? made me an awesome amazingly tasting pineapple, mango , papaya Slushy it was smooth to perfection.Amiri was very polite patient and answered all my questionable concerns as per the ingredients for my drink and he was such a delightful person in assisting me. I would definitely come here again to partake in the beverages. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Came here to burn some time for our wait for dinner nearby we had the lychee mango pearl mediu 70% regular ice and the bloody taro medium 30% sweet. Both drinks were so tasty and felt like pre-dessert.Definitely would come here again and try something new.“
“1st time here and everything seems very good but they had run out of what seemed like half the menu (3 ice creams and the cups for the floteas) so we were limited to what we could get but the stuff we did wind up getting was very good! Will definitely be coming back again.Parking: On street parking only I believe so be wary.“
“I love the Kung Fu Tea shops across NYC so was glad to see some more open outside the city! This location is in downtown Summit right near the train stain. Finding street parking or one of the limited lot spaces is a nightmare downtown, but inside the shop is very new and clean and laid out well. The menu was typical with multiple tea flavors and jellies to choose from, as well as the ability to customize the amount of ice and sugar in your drink. I came on a Saturday afternoon and my drink was ready in under 2 minutes which was very quick. The bubble tea (no milk) after tax came to a little over $5 which is significantly cheaper than NYC stores.“
“DELICIOUS drink & fantastic service!!! I enjoy a green apple bubble tea and my friend the passion fruit lemon brew bubble tea. We both LOVE our yummy every Monday treat especially when our most favorite mix master Dontee prepares our drinks. He is a Gem!!!“
“Quite small but great food and relatively inexpensive. $10-20 per person if you just get noodles, but can be more depending on how many side dishes you get. Service is pretty quick as well. I recommend the 小椒牛卷饼, as well as the Fresh Seaweed side dish. Spicy food (one chili pepper) is generally on the spicier side, rather than more mild, but can be requested to be not spicy if you wish.“
