“Soirée Catering has been a staple in my sea shore community for many many years. I have not been able to hire them because we didn't have an event worthy of a catering splurge in the past few years. The owner and chief chef Lucia is still thriving. I was very lucky to have my future son-in-law's family host an epic rehearsal dinner at my mom's house. Lucia and here team were terrific through and through. The menu ended up being delicious the appetizers were perfect as well. The candy bacon did not make the cut (this time) when I quipped something about how I would miss it she left a tray of it in my freezer with a ;-) how cool is that? I cooked them up for two minutes in my air fryer and one minute to harden up and it is a Devine! If you're looking for epic hors d'oeuvres and delicious entrées go to Soirée catering. If you're hosting a family outing, rehearsal dinner or cocktail party; Go for a soirée Catering. They will go above and beyond to make tour party look effortless and taste delicious.
