“I had so much fun at inwood bar and grill they have a fire happy hour from 11-7pm . Me and my boyfriend came straight after work and were assured by this beautiful women named Yury she was very attentive and constantly came to the table to attend us even though she had many other tables she had to attend to. She made us aware of the happy hour special they were having and she was just a fresh breath of air to have after working a 9 hr shift . Definitely recommend this spot . “Went here on Thursday for trivia night and was very impressed. The place has great food and service. We were greeted upon entrance and sat less then 5 minutes later. Good advice if you plan to come on a Thursday is to go by 7PM to be able to get a table. We had the onion tower which was very good and tasty. The mac and cheese bites were served with ranch and too perfection! Not to cheesy and just the right crunch. The nachos were very filling and tasty however a bit over salted. I asked for a mai tai but they offered me a road runner which was just as tasty and sweet. I'm a sweet cocktail type of girl so it worked. I def would come again.“

There were a few tables with mostly high tops surrounding the bar as well as outdoor seating with televisions. The menu had a few unique bar features along with over 140 wing flavors. Two types of wings and the special empanadas were ordered. The wings came eight to an order and seemed to be of good quality. They were meaty and large too. The sauces that were picked were awesome sauce ($14) and the Pickle Me Elmo Pickle Dressing ($15). The awesome sauce seemed to be a yum yum sauce but could not be exactly sure as the menu did not provide a description and just stated 'don't' ask - It's awesome." Regardless, it was very tasty. It was not spicy at all if unfamiliar with yum yum sauce. The pickle sauce was decent. I would have preferred more of the sauce present, but it was okay at best. The special empanada consisted of hot sausage and mozzarella. There were two to an order and they were big. The overall empanada was extremely crispy. There was plenty of filing and it seemed to be more of a chorizo texture than sausage, but it was still great. Will I go back? Definitely.“

Too bad they didn't serve any food though. Very mixed crowd of all ages. They have bands on weekends sometimes and I noticed they had a sign indicating live Bluegrass Sundays. If they ever got a jukebox that only played Irish and bluegrass music, then I would give them 5 stars. But, had to take away a star for the crappy music some people were playing on the jukebox.“

The wings are crunchy and juicy, and the sauce clings to the wings so its not a complete mess to eat. Flavorful and easy to eat. My friend is a weirdo who only ate the veggies that came on the side and even he had good things to say. We also got the $20 Merlot - MAN THAT IS SOME BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!! “Plug Uglies was formerly Bar Coastal which I never stepped foot Into. I came here for some belated birthday drinks. When I got there it was not crowded at all. I ordered a Moscow Mule and I must say it was tasty. I ordered a sierra Nevada Hazy IPA next. The bartender was very nice. The space is great has plenty of seating. In the other part of the bar there is a shuffle board game. This is a great bar to come gather with friends for some food and drinks for sports game or just a weekend of fun. They have a few tvs here too. They supposedly have great wings here too with many different flavors. I did not get a chance to try them out though. Maybe next time.“

“On September 23, 2023 we held a birthday party for my mother to celebrate her 90th birthday. We chose to have the celebration at the Fair Lawn Athletic Club for several reasons. In 1998 we celebrated my parents 40th wedding anniversary at the FLAC. In October 2022 we held a repast for my father at the FLAC, and as mentioned above, we just recently had a celebration for my mother at the FLAC with almost 100 friends and family in attendance .The reason we choose the FLAC is because Mike and Maura Campanile do an Excellent job with the events at the FLAC. They provide great service, great food, great communication in the time leading up to, as well during the event , and of course the bar serves up Great drinks!There are many places you can obviously choose to have events and celebrations at. We feel very comfortable knowing that Mike and Maura will ensure the event runs smoothly with their staff, providing great service and support.I would highly recommend the FLAC for any of your events.“
