The food is delicious, and the chef can tailor the spice level for heat-lovers and milder folks alike. They have an excellent lunch special on weekdays, and the owners are such nice people. I hope they enjoy many years of business.“

“Went to this place because there was a wait time nearby and we were starving. Boy I'm glad that happened. I'm a big pho enthusiast. Nothing beats the warm and fuzzy feeling you get when you eat a good wholesome pho (except for ramen, but that depends on the mood). This place is a hidden gem inside a mall. I love the concept of build your own pho. They have options of up to 3 or up to 5 mains other than the standard ingredients. You also get to choose either bone broth (among the best I've had!) and vegetable. The place is a lot bigger on the inside than what it looks, they have an open kitchen concept which I loved and the service was excellent. I know Edison stands out for all its amazing options of delicious food, and it gets difficult to select what to eat, but highly recommend giving this one a try at least once.“

The pad khee mao was quite spicy and I can handle a good amount of spice so I would ask for it not so spicy if you can’t handle too spicy. “Ordered delivery from here. Food arrived still warm, Thai iced tea cold refreshing but not too sweet. I had the Pad Kee Mao with chicken lunch special, which comes with spring rolls as appetizer. The noodles were cooked perfectly, chewy with just enough bite, saucy and spicy. Chicken was tender and there were plenty of veggies in addition to egg. The spring rolls were good, crunchy and come with dipping sauce. I also tried the crab Rangoon, a bit high on the crab: cheese ratio but still tasty.
