“We went for Cinco de Mayo and they had a limited menu for this day. The food was excellent, Everybody was really friendly. The only downside was even though there seem to be a huge staff on hand service was extremely slow. We were there two hours. All things considered that was minor because we had an excellent time and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be back.“

“You ever drive by a spot and just know that you'll find the most delicious food ever? That was my experience with Christine's. We were in town for a show and headed down to pick a lily's to try their wings. We tried to make it down there but passed Christine's on the way. We all decided if pick was too full we would go there instead and I couldn't have been happier.The staff was friendly and pleasant but the food is where the cake was taken. You roll up and smell the sweet smell of bbq sauce but that's where the sweetness stops. I expected a thick sweet bbq sauce and was met with a balanced, tomato forward sauce, that got better and better with each bite of my ribs. It was tangy, hint of spice, and sticky, the perfect Carolina influenced sauce. The ribs fell off the bone, the chicken shredded with every fork stroke that went through it, and the sides were delightful.Don't sleep on Christine's. These guys know bbq.“

In fact, my wife loved it so much, she wanted to come for her birthday which was only a few weeks away in December. “A great local sushi restaurant for all sushi lovers. I recommend ordering takeout because there is not that much seating inside. Asuka has plenty of different options to choose from lunch specials, classic rolls, special rolls, sashimi, naruto, and different entries. I recommend their Trio Sashimi. The fish was fresh and delicious. My favorite was their yellowtail. So flavorable and it melts in your mouth. I also recommend their spicy scallop and spicy yellowtail roll. They both were not too spicy but they had a little kick to them. Each roll was flavorable and the fish was fresh. If you have a gluten allergy, Asuka is very accommodating and has many different options to choose from. Sometimes it can be hard to find a great sushi restaurant that offers different options and serves fresh quality food. Asuka offers so many different options and their quality is there. If you are craving Japanese food, then you have to order from here.“

“My brother and his wife recommended this spot for my Fiancé and I to meet them due to them having seltzers for her. It's a decently spacious brewery with a fair amount of seating spread throughout. The brewery tanks and area are in the rear of the building and viewable through large windows, which was a very nice tough. I also enjoyed browsing their logo merch. We mostly had the place to ourselves, as we were there around 530pm and they apparently do live music because a band began setting up as we were finishing up around 7pm. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the woman who waited on us at the bar was great. I wish I remembered her name. She even let me know they have a military discount after asking if I was military when asked how long they had been open because it had been quite a few years since I was last in the area. She also took a few pictures of my Fiancé and I in front of their logo and of course they turned out perfect. My fiancé loved her leche seltzer and talked about it the rest of our visit and said more than once she wants to return the next time we are in town. I settled on the winter warmer and enjoyed it very much. I supper my Fiancé's request to return so you'll be seeing us again!“

“I am pretty partial about my Chinese food, and most places are terrible. In NY I hit like 40 places before I found the 1 that was leagues past everyone else. This is decently close to us, and has a good street vibe and an even better one inside. My wife orders, and I go pick it up. They are pretty friendly. Last time I was there as a guy walked in, hey Phil, your bill is $27 tonight before he said anything or the door closing behind him. That is a great sign that they know their customers and they have so many repeats. I sadly have not found something that really excites me on the menu yet, but I do live their Chinese Pizza / Scallion Pancake, Pizza Egg Rolls which have cheese and gravy (sauce) inside. Their Donuts are pretty amazing as well. Lomeins are pretty solid! Chicken is good, its just not the standard that I am looking for. I am probably shooting too high for the area lol! I have tried a few of their entrees, but nothing really wows me. I have had a few of their dishes and they are all decent. We tried a few other restaurants in the area, and most were worse than here. My wife and FiL really enjoy this place! Inside is your typical middle high end Chinese restaurant with the dark aesthetic. Typical adornments with the smiling cat with the waving paw etc. I did not check it out too much, usually I run in, pay and run out, but one day I would like to come sit here for a meal, once I find what I want haha!!!“

“My wife and I moved out to Lumberton over 20 years ago and never visited the Red Lion Inn. Our first time was in November of last year, and we were very impressed with the food and service. Now, we try to eat there at least once a month, depending on our schedule. The food is fantastic and filling. You don't get small portions. If you haven't been there, stop torturing yourself and go. It will be your new favorite.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, but the portions are so generous that your little ones can have some of your spaghetti and meatballs.“

I always judge a pizza place by the sauce. (I am not a fan of sweet tomato sauce) Their sauce was just right. The proportion of sauce to cheese is also very good! It’s a family operated mom and pop shop with excellent customer service, quality food, and friendly staff. My food has always been made in a timely manner and served with a smile.
