“Absolutely devoured our meals. This spot was such a great find with decent size portions and flavorful options. Ordered the corn cakes to start with which were delicious and I loved the small salad that it came with. My friend ordered the basil fried rice which I wasn't as big of a fan for since it was a tad spicy and seemed heavy handed in the spices. I don't believe they asked for the spice levels on any of the dishes we ordered either. I am still dreaming about my soup noodles I ordered. I loved how accommodating they were when I asked for a side of chicken since I wanted to share with my vegetarian friend. They came out with this huge bowl of ground chicken. The soup was flavorful and mild seasoning and not spicy for me and the noodles were cooked to perfection. We were so full we didn't have room for dessert - next time! I'll be back.“

“This place is just recently opened and received pretty good reviews, so I decided to try it out.everything we ordered was tasty with a generous portions, but the flavor was just too sweet for me and my boyfriend. I know Thai food is sweet, but this is another level of sweet. And the coconut noodle soup, it has no flavor and tasted so coconuty. It would have been better if they use rice noodle or glass noodle instead of vermicelli noodle. The ambience is plain, but it looks new and clean. The color of the building looks unattractive in my opinion.Service is good, but it takes awhile for the food to come out. They seem to be more busy with takeout orders.Overall, a decent Thai food with good portion and reasonable price. Tip: pay in CASH, you’ll get 5% off and they also accept Venmo.“

“This is hands down the best Thai restaurant in the Philadelphia area! Everything is so fragrant and fresh The grilled strimp cucumber salad is a favorite with a delicious vinegrette. Do yourself a favor - try the lamb. The staff goes the extra step to ensure a good experience. If you attend a happy hour- try the drinks featured. I always find a new fav!“

“Food was very good and we would return for the food again. However, service was sporadic. One entrée was brought out first second entrée brought out maybe five minutes later. Waited a little too long for our drinks to be served also. Service was friendly and courteous and stress will be going back. The food was very good.“

“House of Thai is a hidden gem in Mayfair! The owners are wonderful people that treat you like you’re family! The atmosphere is calm & relaxing & intimate! I’ve been going here for years & they never disappoint. They’re consistent in the flavorful, freshness of their food! I ordered pickup through Uber eats as I haven’t had them in a while & Of course they still didn’t disappoint. They were so quick with making the food! It came fast & was packaged with care! It was warm & fresh & full of flavor! Truly a 5 star experience! I recommend EVERYONE try here! The owners are deserving of local business support as well! Thank you, I will be back again of course! The photo I attached I ordered drunken noodle with chicken, pineapple fried jasmine rice with shrimp & a refreshing Thai iced tea!“

“I recently dined here and let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The restaurant's ambiance was incredibly inviting, with its stylish decor and cozy seating arrangements. The service was impeccable throughout my entire visit. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu, helping me navigate through the options and providing excellent recommendations. Their sushi has a great crunchy texture which is my favorite thing to look for in a roll.“

“What can I say besides my meal was soooo delicious. I got the Chicken pad ga prow with a fried egg on top. I definitely think I may have gotten it too spicy but nonetheless it was very delicious & the Thai iced tea was the perfect drink to cool off the spice in my mouth. I haven’t stopped thinking about this meal or the tea since I tasted it!My friend got a fried rice and the Thai iced coffee which were both equally delicious. (I didn’t catch pictures of her dish)Our server was a young lady who was very kind and had a pleasant disposition. I will definitely be returning here in the near future.“

“I had a chronic urticaria last year, ever since then i have be visiting the clinic and taking different kinds of medicine but yet no improvement. Few months ago it got worse, the inching becomes unbearable, sometimes it spread all over my body and it almost affected my lungs. One faithful day, Someone saw me when I was at the supermarket here in ATL when I was shopping for some groceries, she walked up to me, we had a nice chat where she told me her experience when she had the same problem, and she was able to get rid of it permanently with herbs from dr festy, I requested for the Dr's contact and i ordered the medicine because at that point I was willing to try anything just to get rid my chronic urticaria. It affected my social life negatively, I hardly associate with people and I became depressed. So after using the herbs I was completely cured and my life is back to normal. I'll keep creating awareness about dr festy's herbal medicine by sharing my story because I know how it feels battling with chronic urticaria. My son had white rice with Beef and Brocolli, he said it was good but my rice was better. We spent a little over $50 but with the way things are these days, I think that’s expected. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.k“

“The smell of food lures you in to the welcome atmosphere. I ate the Spicy Basil Fried Rice with Chicken as my protien. If you are on a date this is perfect if both like spicy. I wasn't expecting the portion to be so big. Very surprising gem in Kensington. Nice chunks of chicken as well. I will be sure to try the mega popular soup when I return. After eating from this place, now the only Chinese food I will be eating is General Tso"s Chicken or Shrimp. Awesome eating.Vegetarian options: You can also request no protien for the fish specialty dishes as well.“

“Diving into Golden Triangle unveils not just a meal, but a passport to a culinary expedition specializing in the Southeast Asian flavors of Thailand, Malaysia, and Myanmar. Tucked away in the heart of Philly, this humble gem offers an intimate escape to distant lands with its quiet, casual ambiance and a cozy dining room that boasts no more than eight tables. Our adventure began with the Malaysian classic, Roti Canai -- a delightfuly crispy, flaky, chewy marvel that serves as a prelude to the symphony of flavors awaiting us. Paired with a rich curry chicken potato dip, this dish was a standing ovation in the making. Then came the Sambal Shrimp, a bold ensemble of shrimp reveling in a spicy brown sauce, creating a festival of taste that had every fork in the room longing for an encore. The Beef Rendang, while a masterpiece of flavor and tenderness with its slow-cooked, aromatic curry, left us longing for a second act, as the disappointing portion size was more of a soliloquy than a full-fledged aria.Despite the small dining room, Golden Triangle played the perfect host to our group of six (including a baby car seat), accommodating us at their sole large table--a testament to their ability to harmonize space and service. While the Mee Goreng and Penang Char Kway Teow flavors were well balance and added depth to our culinary journey, both dishes lacked a bit of the smoky "wok hay" that I was yearning for. The Burmese Kimchi introduced a zestful twist to the meal as it was our first time trying any Burmese food, but it wasn't particularly memorable. In the end, the Roti Canai and Sambal Shrimp emerged as our favorites of the night.Overall, Golden Triangle is more than a dining destination; it's a quiet nook where flavors dance and diners are invited to a show that tantalizes the taste buds and warms the heart. With its intimate atmosphere and welcoming vibe, it stands out as a beacon for those seeking an immersive culinary experience in Center City. Here's to more explorations at this quaint culinary corner, where the world feels both vast and intimately close, all within the confines of its quiet, casual dining room.“

“I ordered take out so I can’t truthfully comment on atmosphere but this was the freshest Thai food I’ve had. The vegetables were not cooked to death and didn’t taste like they came from a frozen veggie mix bag. The strawberry crepe was unexpectedly delicious. They also packaged my food up so nicely as well which I really appreciated. Will definitely be dropping my previous Thai take out restaurant and using Pinto Thong Thai from now on!!!“

“So glad someone recommended this place to my wife and I! It's in a strip mall but the inside is well-decorated and very clean. The menu is interesting, with both spicy and non-spicy options. We had one of the evening's specials, shrimp dumplings, as well as the Salmon Prik and the Drunken Noodles. All three were excellent. Also ordered the appetizer sampler - good but not up to the high standard of the other dishes. Ended the meal with fried bananas and vanilla ice cream. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We brought our own wine (love BYOB's) and ended the meal well below $100. Go support this place!“

“Such friendly service and food was delicious! Can be more spicy but if you ask they can give you their homemade crushed red chillies. We had their pad Thai, Thai peanutty noodles, pineapple curry, pad see ew and crab fried rice. Everything was very tasty! Some of the best Thai food we’ve had and we’re always looking for good Thai.“

“Had their three course lunch special on a Wednesday. The entire menu except three appetizer items is inherently vegan! No fish sauce nor oyster sauce used in anything! It’s a vegan heaven. Salad soup and entree for under $10 bucks! It was a great deal and the food was fresh and delicious. The server Nikki was very friendly, prompt, and welcoming. It’s a shame they are not very busy during lunch hours considering how good the food is and the price can’t be beat. Will definitely go back again. Would love to try their dinner menu which has a lot more items than lunch. Five stars from me.“

“Great little place + very decent prices for these days, i've been steady disappointed by Thai lately and can't afford even a lot of hole in the wall places. It's very rare that a curry is fully flavorful, they were nice, simple cute spot, definitely was busy with tons of takeout, cooked fresh so there was a bit of a wait which seemed normal considering it's a small spot. Rare to find a place worth going back! The Thai iced tea was correct!“

“This was a surprise on our 5th night in Philly. We had a group of small plates. Pork dumpling in chili oil, glazed sting beans, Indian pancakes with curry, peking duck buns, and Singapore noodles. If the food is this quality all the time, they have hit a home run. Add in the excellent drinks menu with well crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and there is nothing to fault here. Would definitely come back.“

“Excellent Thai food. We ordered chicken spring rolls and chicken satay for appetizers. Spring rolls were crunchy and flavorful and the satay was spicy and sweet. The chicken Pad Thai was very tasty and the presentation was beautiful. Just don’t sit by the door if it’s cold out, customers tend to leave it open. They could benefit by putting a automatic door closer on that door.“

“The salmon was really tender and delicious. The rice however was really mushy and grainy? This was my first time trying Thai food so maybe that’s how it’s supposed to taste. I can’t speak on service and atmosphere because the food was bought for me. I wouldn’t eat the rice again but the grilled salmon and chicken spring rolls were great.“

“First time ordering from Bangkok City! I had the crispy duck in a basil red curry sauce. Back story, I use to live in center city and use to get this dish at Erawan in Philly. When I moved to Jersey it’s been difficult to find a Thai restaurant not alone my favorite Thai dish. The couple places I tried didn’t measure up to Erawan and was a disappointment. I am pleased to say that I finally found my duck! A 25 minute drive but well worth the trip! Also great customer service was a plus!“

“Ordered the coconut salmon and it did not disappoint. Incredible sauce with a perfectly cooked piece of salmon. The spicy flavoring really gave it a unique kick. Absolutely delicious, only thing that would have made it perfect is that I would have liked slightly more rice to balance out the sauce-heavy dish.“

“Asian Bamboo is our favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is always cooked perfectly & tastes delicious. The customer service is amazing as well! We forgot to ask for one of the items to be prepared a certain way when we placed a recent take out order. We called them to ask if it was too late to get our item changed. They were gracious & understanding. They prepared our item just as we asked and it was super yummy!“

“Located on the main route through Moorestown it was a very nice space to enter and be greeted with wonderful aromas. Started with the Chinese pizza. It was a type of flat pancake with very delicious sesame seeds and scallions. The dipping sauce was and another burst of flavor. The Orange beef was very good. The meat was tender and an explosion of flavor. The ingredients seemed very fresh. The Bean curd with Szechuan sauce was very excellent. The veggies were crisp and the sauce was a good proportion to the rest of the dish. The owners were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Also it seemed that many people ordered out from there. When you are in Moorestown, be sure to stop by.“

“I travel a lot for sales. I love a hole in the wall Chinese food place. I thought that’s what this was gonna be. It’s not.Parking lot is crowded due to the nature of the strip mall. Laundry mat, some small stores, and really just decent foot traffic. Off the main road though so getting in and out is a breeze.Place was empty, must have just opened for the day. Atmosphere was nice. Had the typical Asian food spot vibe, but this place was very clean. It is easy to see how clean it is when no one is eating in there. I mean even the bathrooms were well taken care of. Only downside, no AC and today was hot, and I’m eating hot food. I don’t know their situation so a minor complaint because…The food was rocking. I mean it kicked butt. The food was fresh because it was scorching hot as it came out. Had to wait for it to cool off. Egg roll crunched hard as you bit into it. Soup had plenty of good flavor and was balanced with the spicy. You can see they are generous with the meat. It was so much I couldn’t finish. Felt bad throwing it away but it really was a large size.Service was excellent. Last who greeted me was very attentive and didn’t feel overbearing as I was the only customer in the store.Would definitely recommend to a friend.“

“My boyfriend and I went to visit the restaurant two days ago and decided to do a review. as soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the owner and another associate. The owner brought us to a quiet section and was very quick with grabbing us some waters to start off with. The server came over with some hot tea and asked us if we had any questions about the menu. The seats were comfortable and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. You can tell that the owner enjoys seeing the community in his restaurant as he made his rounds around the place. We did put a order in for steam dumplings and pleasantly surprised by not only the price but the taste of them. We also ordered the fried wings and they were hot and perfectly seasoned for dinner. We ordered the triple combination that came with fried rice and it was a perfect size to split between two adults, featured a beef shrimp and a chicken dish. We both enjoyed the beef and shrimp but the chicken with peas wasn't our favorite. The chicken surprisingly didn't have as much flavor as the rest of them.“
