“I walking into this restaurant looking for a quick but fresh lunch. The space was very clean and orderly. The staff is attentive and personable. I ordered a burrito with pernil, corn salsa, pickled red onions and cheese. As a side, I got the chickpea and cucumber salad. I really have to say I was very impressed with the freshness and flavor of the food without being over seasoned. Next time I will remember to write a review before I devour all the food. ?”

“Stopped by this hidden gem tonight and was not disappointed. The inside of this little cafe was adorable! Really cozy. The woman who owns this cafe is the absolute sweetest person ever. She made sure we really enjoyed the food and our experience although it's impossible to not enjoy the food! I recommend the fried oyster mushrooms. And I had to finish off with the dalgona coffee which was extremely creamy and perfectly sweet. They even make their own oat milk! The coffee was too hot for me to finish (my impatient parents) so she gave me a to go cup. 12/10 must try.”

“One of the BEST fruit bowl I have ever had. Beats Playa bowls and other chains by miles. Home made Soultella is so yummy and so is the Granola. Everything in the bowl felt so Fresh. Hidden gem in Metchun.”

“Went there today with my family (6) , great food , clean and beautiful place , had the bolognese pasta and was perfect!! Good prices ,Note# my son said “i wish they had real cocacola” ,lol.”

“Nice, quaint place for breakfast or brunch. Although they tend to get busy those times, I'm still met with great service. I always enjoy the seasonal decorations they put on their doorway. I tried one of the items off their summer seasonal menu, i think it was a french toast with blueberry sauce? Soo good. My family enjoyed their food as well. Will definitely be back! :)”

“Portions were big, which made me fill up a lot! Crust was a mixture of soft and crunchy, which just added to the delight. This has to be one of my personal favorites in Metuchen.Wheelchair accessibility: Able to access because in the plaza there are no elevations”

“Food is by far the best I’ve had in the area, you get complex flavors, fresh foods, amazing clash of textures, good portions all for a quite cheap price compared to all the big restaurant chains that charge more for worse, Food arrives quick and hot and service is great. No complain. Still skeptical? Just come here and buy something for yourself, a small expense for a meal worthy of critical acclaim.”

“Service is always great. The wait can be pretty long sometimes but the food is as great as the previous location I’ve always been to in edgewater! I was surprised that it taste exactly the same. Food is always out on the tables pretty quick. 10/10”

“Me and my husband always love to visit new places for lunch and based on the reviews, we decided to try Pink Lotus. So firstly- it has so many vegetarian options which is rare to find in Chinese/ Asian restaurants. We tried their tofu thai basil and Oh my God!! It was heavenly- the char on tofu and vegetables was just delicious!! We also tried Sechuan tofu and veg spring roll and they were also amazing. The customer service was definitely an icing on the cake, we were greeted very warmly by this lady and she was very friendly with us. Our overall experience was just great!! Definitely a must try if you're in the area and want to have Asian cuisine”

“If you are looking for a comforting, cozy, relaxed place that serves up AMAZING, no frills ramen and eats, THIS is the place!! Highly recommend the tonkatsu + ajitama add-on (marinated soft boiled egg) with spicy oil on the side so you can make it as hot as you want to. One of the best ramen I’ve had in NJ by far! The staff is awesome and our waiter was busy but always acknowledged us and attended to whatever we needed. Keep up the great food and service!!”

“Simple & tasty ! Everything was fresh! I had shrimp pho & my daughter had filet mignon pho. The beef dish we had was delicious also. The staff was friendly. Their tap water was a little thick/rough tasting , so order bottled if you prefer. Easy parking right out front.”

“Food is amazing. Hot is waaaayyy hotter than medium so be careful.Parking: It takes a while in downtown Metuchen to find a spot especially annoying if you’re just trying to pick up”
