“My girls and I entered greeted right away. We ordered to go gave us the ice cream paid. Left cant say much didn't stay to eat but maybe next time. It was quiet, clean, inviting. “I ordered online earlier in the day to make sure my order was ready when I arrived. Glad I left home a few minutes earlier as my order was not being prepared until I arrived. Service was slow but steady. Employees were diligently working and cooking. 1 impatient customer as the woman did not take his order quick enough. My order was hot fresh and only 4 minutes late being prepared. Be ready to wait as it is very busy in the afternoon but the employees will take good care of you and your order will be HOT?Will return soon.“
“Awesome as always. This place is a hidden gem if you want NY City food without having to drive to the City. We sat near the fireplace and it was warm and very intimate. Food was delicious and beautifully presented and staff were super engaging taking care of our needs while keeping the robust dining crowd happy and entertained.“

“the cheddar burger itself is a bit stale, barely tasted the cheese too :( I don’t think there was seasoning in the meat which sucks because the fries are really good especially the curly fries! Would have given 5 stars if the burger was better. Its on the smaller side for portions but i think its worth a try still maybe i got unlucky with the burger“

The portion sizes are small by NY standards but were how we really should eat - reminiscent of how it is in Italy.The 17yr old waitress we had was extremely professional, attentive & overall very pleasant.The thing I would comment on is the ambiance (think ice cream shop (way too bright) lighting and diner type furnishings) does not match the high quality of their food.We had one glass of wine, a soda, beef carpaccio appetizer, truffle gnocchi & osso bucco, one dessert & a cup of tea. $160 after tip.Would return to try other entrees for the delicious food & great service. Just not as a romantic dinner or celebration, solely because of the lighting & decor.“
