“Not sure if I should give it 3 or 4 stars because it was good and it’s a really nice restaurant, but for the price … you should not want to eat something after you leave! My husband went to McDonald’s afterwards because he was hungry after spending 300 on dinner. The fact that bread and dessert wasn’t included in that is wild. I never ever finish a meal. I always have food to take home. And I basically licked all three of my plates clean. Nothing to take home. And nothing was really that great either.“
“We back!!! Wifey and I been on hyatus. We fianlly got a date night and spent it here. We were greeted upon entry and given a little history about their concept and where it originated from. Seated, given water and cocktail request taken. Drinks came shortly after (and were very good). Food orders taken and away we go! Appetizer came out, which I thought was small, but once tasted, I could tell ingredients were quite fresh. Entrees arrived and were very good. Ended the night with their mixed berry rice pudding, it was a great finale. I would give this place my stamp of approval. Check it out sometime.“

The place is beautiful inside, and the food is delicious. I have yet to meet a staff member who is rude, inattentive or unkind in anyway. We will definitely be coming back for a long time.“
“Really good food and atmosphere. Watch out for the automatic tip on the receipt. They didn't include it on Thursday but did on Friday. Usually I tip 20% but when places automatically add 18%, I don't tip extra when places auto tip. They also included a tip line even tho they added an auto tip lol, not falling for that trick.“

“First time at Clyz since new ownership. Was a St. Patty's Day work celebration so no ordering from regular menu but rather a buffet setup with about 7 different dishes. Food was good. Service was great from waitress coming around for drink orders. They had orange whiskey for my fav orange whiskey mule! I and the coworkers I spoke to would have preferred not having the lights dimmed as it was way too dark and there was no need for such "mood" lighting.“
“Excellent restaurant! Small but very inviting. The menu is eclectic yet down to earth. Daily specials are available. We had the baked clams spl as well as Rosalies salad. For entree, we had the veal piccata and the filet of sole. Dessert was the homemade cheese cake! Utterly delicious.“
“Perhaps i ordered the wrong main entree. The appetizers were good we got wings and the pretzels 6/10. i got chicken and waffle for my main and i have to say it was the blandest chicken ive ever had. No flavor in the chicken or the coat. Bland waffle. Most of the seasonings were on the egg and they didnt even ask me how i want that cooked because i definitely wouldve said sunnyside up…. They gave me over hard 1/10. Being unhappy with my choice i tried some of my friends’ pizzas and they were decent if you like soft crust (no crunch)7/10 in my opinion. Pistachio ricotta cake was dessert and it was good 9/10.“

On wednesday night we went there for dinner before our show, We had some leftovers and the staff offered to hold them for us.And we could pick them up after the show. Sadly, our show finished late, and they were closed. We called the next day and spoke to the manager.Alex and the owner Mark both were incredibly gracious and apologetic. “My experience began as soon as we arrived. we were kindly greeted and assisted by 2 hostesses . Then we were sat within seconds & once we settled in, the waiter took our drinks and appetizers. “Never knew this cantina was here! Such a great spot. Very cool interior decor, service was nice, food was delicious, and drinks were strong! They start you off with chip and salsa. The bacon wrapped jalapeños were a fantastic appetizer. They were spicier than expected and we loved them. The margarita flight is a must get. We love them frozen and our favorites were coconut and passion fruit. The burrito with bacon wrapped shrimps was delicious!! Definitely recommend stopping by here if you can!Now for my standard comments. The interior was very clean and they have patio seating outdoors.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right outside, no steps to get inside. They have a floor level and then upstairs.“

I was delightfully surprised when the cook on my burger was exactly what I asked for (medium), but it wasn't perfect because the burger was bland. The fries were absolutely amazing though! “Pizza was absolutely outstanding. High quality ingredients and exquisitely put together. Had the Margarita and Pesto and my kids and I LOVED them. Was a little disappointed by the Fried Calamari and Zucchini shared plate. The taste was on point but not enough calamari and too much zucchini. Wish they just served the fried calamari alone. Grilled Caesar salad was delicious and unique.No doubt, I will be coming back for the pizza and will have to try the other pizza offerings. One of the best pizza places I've been to in Jersey“
“We recently had a dinner party of six during a business trip. Much to our surprise they were able to fit us in last minute when we called ahead. The presentation and taste of the food was excellent! We all enjoyed the Polpo Porcini (sautéed spanish octopus with porcini mushrooms, roasted potatoes, cherry tomatoes and balsamic glaze) and the Eggplant stack. The Branzino Livornese (Mediterranean sea bass in a light tomato sauce with olives, capers, and onions) was phenomenal! The portions really are so large that they can be shared!“
