“This is the first halal Chinese food experience I've ever had. This cash-only establishment has fresh food and competitive prices. The staff isn't very friendly and they're always in some kind of hurry. The restaurant is dated and not very welcoming and there is no dining area. The quality of food and its flavors make up for their other shortcomings. I will return, but with lower expectations.“
“First time eating at this spot, literally 2 minutes walk from where I live it and I’ve always seen people in and out but never stop and try, Not a big fan of Chinese food but I wanted to try something different today and the wings and barbecue sauce was so good.“
“Best Chinese food in the area. The Chicken and Broccoli is incredible and they give you a ton of chicken unlike all the other Chinese spots near by. Their take- out service is super fast so I have never spent longer than ten minutes in the place. My only complaints are they don't deliver and only take cash.“
“Looks can be deceiving…The place itself looks a little sketch for sure. However I’ve eaten there several times now & order different things each time. The Egg Rolls and Fried Rice are legit SO GOOD! The Lo-main, the Vegetables & any Roasted Pork items have all been very good as well! The two things I’ve tried & did not like was;1.) Dumplings they were soggy, tasteless and weird looking. 2.) Crab Sticks they had too much breading and tasted generic. They are “Cash Only” which I don’t like but on the upside it’s not a long wait & pretty good food.“
“Was surprised to find that this place was in a YMCA and it looked like any other Chinese food spot, more seating then most in NY. And on a Sunday afternoon it was empty which made me wonder if the food was any good. Let me tell you it's pretty damn good. Only thing I'll say is Quality over quantity. The portions are on smaller size but the rice tasted fresh and the sauce was on point. I had the pork fried rice with chicken wing in garlic sauce, my husband had french fries with wings in general tso sauce and my son house special lo mein. Everything tasted really good. Definitely ganna have to come back.Kid-friendliness: Came with my toddler and since restaurant was big with plenty of seating it was easy to park our stroller near the table and what toddler doesn't like noodles.“
“Tiniest box I had ever seen for a take out. I thought it had to have been a mistake, but the box was filled to the rim. I was actually quite surprised how much was in the box. I didn't even eat the whole thing for lunch. I asked for 4 stars, but there was a very mild heat. I think it was maybe 2 at the most.“
“It was very crowded and unorganized in the front while waiting for your number to be called.Parking: It's in a plaza type place with a supermarket and other stores. Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: There were a lot of children at the buffetWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible if needed“
