food is good but inconsistent, the wings are realllyyy crispy but super fat so if i wanted them cooked hard, would be hard to achieve. Id try again. they are apparently changing the concept of their restaurant so pop by and see whats what
Love what this restaurant represents in downtown Newark. Top chef in world comes to the city to help change the narrative. He also allows local or other top chefs to host events and show their skills. However foods ok. Not a ton of flavor. Definitely restaurant quality but not aligned with expectations and not up to par with the message. It's not a restaurant that would make me go to newark

The food was mediocre - the fried chicken was dry and you can get much better ones at Popeyes. The pasta was also basic. It also took forever to get served even thought there weren’t that many customers.
