I didn't think we had the right octopus species in the US but they have it. Iberico jamon were just a few slices but definitely imported. “Today I ordered food for Lunch, super delicious.I recommend the broth, the corviches and the breaded chicken, it's super delicious, the house mayonnaise and spicy sauce is delicious and the portions are very large... it's totally worth it, it takes you back to our country completely.I always order from my Ubereats account and they send me little notes, this time my husband asked for it and he didn't feel that love haha“

“Located right off McCarter Highway in Newark right by South Street. This Manny's is way different than the others I have visited. A big platter is still $8 and empandas are still $2. I ordered stewed chicken with rice & black beans. Chicken was juicy & falling off the bone, rice was cooked well, not over cooked as were the beans. I ate this food for 3 days as the portion size is huge. I will be back...“
“Always great food. Staff shows all effort, especially if Spanish is not your strength. The bread is amazing. Calamari were hot and fresh, and the sauce is better than at most restaurants. Vegetables are cooked well. Shish kebabs of shrimp, pork, chorizo and steak is big and tasty. The sangria is very good, red or white.“
“I was looking for a really good pupusa spot, the only place I will go was in union city! Baby… this spot hit!! Freshly made pupusas, el curtido was delicious ? and to wash it down my cola champán!! “Awesome place! I have been coming here for over 30 years and it never disappoints! The food is amazing, the sangria is not watered down and the service is exceptional!The most recent visit was to celebrate a group of birthdays. They gave us one of the rooms which fit about 25 of us. Even though we were separated from main dining room, servers were still very attentive. The portions are larger so they are shareable. I had skirt steak that came with veggies and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered. We brought our own cakes and they sliced and served for us. We never felt rushed and stayed for over 3 hours. We got there at 3pm on a Sunday so it wasn't too crowded. I will continue coming and highly recommend!“
“Great environment. Good service. The inside is nice & they have a cute outdoor space in the back. They provide complimentary bread with tomato spread. The spread is very well flavored, with a tiny bit of a kick. I would guess it’s tomatoes, olive oil, fresh pepper, fresh garlic, & a touch of salt. The ham & cheese croquetas are delicious & creamy. The tortilla española is flavorful & comes with a little bit of greens, but I drizzled the tomato spread over it for a bit more flavor. The crema catalana was delicious. I only wish it came with more strawberries. 100% returning.Vegetarian options: They offer numerous vegetarian options.“
“Do NOT go to this restaurant unless you are very hungry and want great service ?. They serve huge portions and lots of sides that are on the house. Including churros at dessert! It is a fancier restaurant and the dress code is casual to business casual. The servers and staff are at your attention constantly.
