On top of that, the chia pudding recipe tis shop is using is something distinctly different from other chia pudding I've had. I live in NYC - caught a train to Montclair Bay St station, and wandered up the block from there looking for some treats to share with friends.Jackpot.I don't live near Montclair, and this location is not convenient to me. “I bumped into this shop shortly after they opened not too long ago. I was extremely pleased with my experience. Excellent juicy lamb and chicken gyro sandwiches, salads, and rice platter! All halal, too.They also serve other dishes. Their menu is not extensive, but I prefer this, since everything is made freshly and their turnover is really fast. The salads are very fresh, everything is juicy and their portions are very generous. The gyro sandwiches and platters include a can of soda, so everything is in my opinion very competitively priced.The people in the store are very kind and attentive, and I have become a frequent visitor who is greeted with a smile. When showing the place to a visiting family, who praised the platter the “best gyro” they ever had, the owner gave one of the kids an extra platter to enjoy later. I ended up getting a large Acai Punch smoothie ($10) with protein ($1). This was an acai-based smoothie with peanut butter. I should've gotten a small because this drink was HUGE. It was well worth the price. The flavor was also delicious, though I did start to get tired of it halfway through. I cant speak for all locations but Playa Bowls at 27th and 7th in NYC is quick and efficient as well. I can be in and out in less than five minutes, which is crucial for me.
