“I came here last night with two of my friends and we were very impressed with the customer service here. I've always seen this place, but never stopped in but I've been craving authentic Italian food. We made reservations for 5:30p which was clutch because after 6:15p on a Saturday this place was packed! To start the customer service was phenomenal and I was impressed with how the waiters remember all the specials because there were so many. They also checked on our table often to see if there was anything we needed. Now for the food, they have a Flatbread that comes with a red sauce to start which is very appetizing. We got the fig salad which was perfect to start along with the steamed clams. For my entree I got the Ravioli and I'm glad I did. Overall this meal was so satisfying that of course I wanted more. Happy most of all with the service. Thanks for having us and thanks for an amazing 1st time experience at your restaurant. I'll definitely come back soon.Parking: Free after 7pm, the meter is 2hr street parking but we found a park pretty easily across the street around 520p on a Saturday. Probably depends on weather and time of day.Kid-friendliness: Saw lots of families dining while we were there.“
“This place truly is a hidden gem! Where else can you find delicious, fresh pasta at such affordable prices? With options starting at just $13, and a tempting lunch special for only an additional $3, it's a steal. I can't recommend their fresh pasta enough—it's simply divine. However, be warned: there's a bit of a surprise waiting in the bathroom that might startle you! But don't let that deter you from enjoying the incredible food and unbeatable prices at this delightful spot.“
“The first place that I had Georgian food and I love them so much! Definitely going back again soon. The ✨??Adjaruli Khachapuri, the “egg & cheese boat” thing was mind blowing..! The cheese was sooooo creamy and smooth. But better finish it while it is hot.?Kubdari which is a meat pie, rich and huge. The bread was soft with a tiny-little-bit crispy edge. The meat was well seasoned. Tasted really good. For dessert I HIGHLY recommend their ?honey cake. It was soft, moist, and creamy. No too sweet. The last we had was the Churchkhela. Have to be honest, not my thing, it was really too unique for me. But I can tell its kinda a health snack. It was chewy.“
“(Long review) I ordered the soy and garlic 5 pcs wings and my fiance got the sweet and spicy chicken tender bowl, with coleslaw. We also got kimchi. Everything was phenomenal. 10/10! Both our chickens were crispy, hot, and perfectly cooked. His rice with the bowl was delicious and I don't like coleslaw but I tried it and it was good! The kimchi is flavorful and not too spicy. Definitely the best kimchi I've had so far.The service was flawless as it took 10 minutes for them to make our food. They were also very nice and patient with us taking our order. Will definitely have to make the trip back here again.Unfortunately, it's very small but overall a great experience and I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.Parking: It's extremely limited. Probably about 3-4 spots for customers.“
“We had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner! The service was 10/10 — thank you, Leo, for taking such good care of us! We sat in their enclosed patio area with our small dog and they were so accommodating. The food is delicious as well! Generous portions and everything tasted so fresh and the pasta was piping hot when it came out (and cooked perfectly al dente). We had two salads to start and then the pappardelle and spaghetti as our mains. Can’t say enough good things about this place! We look forward to returning soon.“
“Really excellent food.Pao de queijo was solidPasteis were flavorful and had a great texture, beef was the favorite there.I've had feijoada a few times and honestly never liked it, but I tried it here since our server said it was one of the best things on the menu - she was not lying. Meaty, really well seasoned, and the beef was super tender. The one thing i will say is that the tables are pretty small. I wanted to eat family style with my friend but it was made very difficult by the fact that the two plates take up a solid 70% of the table.Great experience though, best Brazilian food I've had“
“CHOPPED CHEESE! People, this is the best chopped cheese. It’s perfectly crispy yet still juicy from the beef fat and condiments. Nothing beats this. Every time I had it, it was like taking a bite as if it was the first. Name a better feeling.Major shout out to the staff at Smith, so kind and smiley even at 1 am, and an extra thank you to the man who makes me a chopped cheese every time I come in.“
“This place is EVERYTHING!!!! The food, the service and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is beyond customer service. This place should've been called "Heaven" Lord knows when I eat here its like visiting heaven?. This place became my home kitchen...Thank you all for your services?“
“I tried takeout from Lovin' Today, and I was pleasantly surprised. I've never tried vegan chorizo before, so I was kind of worried about whether I'd like it or not. It actually still had the same kind of spice of regular chorizo. To be honest, I didn't seem to notice that much of a difference between this vegan chorizo and regular chorizo. And they gave a lot of it in the taco as well, so I was happy with that. I also got brown rice as a side. It was a hearty portion size of rice. I got vegan naan bread, which tasted delicious and exactly like regular naan bread. I also loved that they sealed the boxes with tape with a drawn heart on it. It's a small detail, but it shows there was care put into putting my meal together. Overall, i was happy with my meal, and I would definitely order from them again.“
“they always got my back like wow… the baristas always remember me and put my name in without asking… i love u guys yummy burger yummy blt and i love blts so getting one here for lunch is such a treat… this is my fav lunch spot i love you guys“
“This is a small little diner in Astoria, New York. great lunches salad and lunch specials. I've eaten here numerous. This is a place that I always call my go to place for lunch if you have the opportunity. Stop in large portions, good food.“
“My favorite coffee shop in Astoria. I'm here everyday. Such good espresso and the nicest, friendliest staff I've ever met. I particularly love Valeria who is so sweet and charming. The owner, Pedro, is there every day, ready to give you a brotherly pound and ask how you're doing. Come here!“
“Really tasty tacos! They had a limited taco menu with 4 types - my friend & I tried the birria tacos (shredded beef) and they were delicious! Super simple, yet flavorful. My other friend ordered the pollo burrito & said it was great, as well. It was quick & easy to order over the phone for pickup. (They do have a very limited seating inside) I was able to pick the food up ~10 minutes later & travelled about 45 minutes home before eating. If they were that good after waiting almost an hour, I bet they're even better if you can eat them "fresh". Great little shop!“
“DO-NUTS are Sooo good! We got a Fairybread (my daughter loved it not to sweet so I felt less guilty giving it to her for breakfast ?) a Hot Totty doughnut (omg so much flavor packed in this glaze! Tart lemon, cinnamon, faint ginger undertone and a hint of whisky!) Sooo good! And of course the Mascarpone filled one that had a hint of cinnamon in the batter! All were sooo fresh and my favorite style crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and not to sweet! I love a good cake doughnut and these did not disappoint! The sweet girls ringing us up and the one picking out our treats were personable and friendly. Definitely would go again. Clean bright place!“
“this place was amazing. the food was great and the service was excellent. the guy who took our order knew what we wanted and made sure we ordered correctly and the women cleaning tables helped us when we accidentally dropped something on the floor. she was such a sweet lady. what a great atmosphere and they gave us small baklavas at the end of our food.“
“This place was amazing! Not only because of its spectacular ambiance but our waitress Patty was fantastic. Always came with a smile which made the experience that much better. Now the food....I hardly ever eat leftovers but the food from this restaurant was so good and filling that I had to make an exception. If you are looking for delicious food and great service, this is the place to go. Also the tofu was better than expected and the calamari was . Thanks Patty!“
“Harrison was an amazing bartender/host. He was friendly, helpful and gave us the best drinks. The food was amazing and it was overall an experience to remember. The pizza is the best pizza EVER. I am from Maryland where this pizza is from and I am in heaven.“
“Meatlovers pizza. Chicken fingers, jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks are all delicious. If you were to place jalapeño poppers onto the pizza they go greT together I highly recommend going there and try it yourself no doubt some of the best pizzerias to go to. 11/10“
“There are 2 fast ways to go to Egypt from the U.S. ! A direct flight with Egypt Air from JFK or IAD ( not recommended, Egypt Air isn't that great) lol Or stepping into Zooba! Obviously, I chose the best, and I chose to step into Zooba! IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME, JUST GO AND YOU WON'T REGRET IT ;)This review is long, sensational, and will make you laugh hard or not and might waste your time or make you sad you're not there right now! Step in with me into Zooba and fly over the most authentic Egyptian food in the whole U.S. from Sea to shining Sea ! First, let me introduce Zooba and why I'm so crazy about them and why I'm not going to rate them 3 stars for not turning on their AC and opening their windows in July 2023 ( honestly the whole east coast had an amazing spring weather in July! , nobody was complaining, I didn't and it was ok but I love AC!) .Zooba is the first commercial Egyptian restaurant to open a branch in the U.S. and the only one till today!!! All the Egyptian restaurants all over the U.S. and those claiming to be Egyptian are just amateurs and trying! Some are trying hard, and some aren't trying at all and just bothering us by being counted as Egyptian restaurants, and they know nothing about how Egyptian food should be made or presented ! Zooba are professionals ! They know what they are doing, and they are a big competitor in Egypt already, so imagine in the U.S. no competition at all, in my opinion! Zooba is an embassy, airport, and stargate that takes you to Egypt ! Oh, but please go there to actually fly to Egypt or to get a visa or renew your expired Egyptian restaurant and say the DC Pharoah told me so! This is just an illustration, lol ! I can't believe I have to explain that! Lol Zooba is decorated as the authentic Egyptian Koshary restaurant! From A to Z! Zooba packs their food as an Egyptian authentic street restaurant, and the most important Zooba taste like an authentic Egyptian Koshary restaurant and an authentic sandwich restaurant! The only item I see that they are tweaking a lot and they aren't have to present it the way it should is the hawawshi but honestly I think because they are trying to get you my friend , you who haven't eat Egyptian food for 10+ years or never had it at all! I appreciate that and didn't mind it! Hawawshi, to some extent, is easy to be made at home, but the other items aren't at all! My only bummer is that they didn't have Bessara ( fava beans hummus nor beef liver while I was visiting them) but I'm glad those items are finally back on the menu as I'm writing this review now.The Koshary really took me to Egypt back and forth!! Mmmm! Yummy and authentic! Even the plates were like the authentic Koshary restaurant! Those details! Makes great difference, my friend! All the koshary details are amazing!! The fried onions! ( those are art, my friend!!! In Egypt, they call them Warrd, "the Arabic word for Flowers!" They are flowers! Lol) The tomato sauce! Mmmmm! Egyptian! %100The Dakka ( garlic vinegar sauce), mmmm! The hot sauce ( koshary hot sauce is unique to koshary), and yes, they made it as it should! The baladi bread is amazing and they make their sandwiches with! Amazing!Don't leave before getting your ice hibiscus limeade! If you live in NYC and near that place, I envy you! If you live far away you need to go! If you live in Canada, you also need to come hereIf you live in South America , you need to visit too, my friend! If you live in Saudi Arabia, visit your new branch over there.Try it, vote for the review , message me, or compliment me with any comment or question, and don't forget to ... Pray for me ;)“
“We went to this restaurant in New York yesterday, excluding the fact that Salvatore and Enzo, two very friendly people, made us feel at home immediately, but everything was exaggeratedly good, we ate spaghetti with cherry tomatoes from Vesuvius, guys, it was delicious, not to mention the meatballs with the sauce mmm ?If you stay in New York I expressly recommend you pay us a visit“
“Girls night out after a visit to the nearby Met and dinner at Masseria East was the perfect finale to a wonderful day. Service was friendly not stuffy, the restaurant was cozy and welcoming and the food delicious! We loved the halibut and fried zucchini, topped off with a freshly made strudel with both whipped and ice cream.“
“The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review.Atmosphere: Tiny restaurant. Seems like they have changed indoor dining experience compared to some years ago. The entrance was a bit disorganized. I'm not sure if this was just a season thing where they only offer indoor dining when it's summer. Other than that, it had a neutral atmosphere.Service: They were welcoming and attentive. They had my order ready by the time they said it was going to be ready.Food: I ordered the Catfish bowl. The food was well portioned, and the flavors from each ingredient complemented each other. I also ordered the Lychee smoothie. Although it was not the right weather to drink it, it still tasted really good. I believe it will taste twice as good in summer.Price: Honestly, their prices are fair. The quality and flavors of the food compensate their prices.“
“My partner and I go here as a regular. The shrimp spring rolls with the sauce is great. The inside service is always good. There music and conversation but usually not overly loud. The take out has been late on occasions which means more than an hour in this case. Other wise love it.“
“Such a great authentic northern Thai resto that caters to specific Asian cravings or general folks who want a hearty Tom kha. We love Thailand street food and got our staples — boat noodles, crying tiger and tried a new dish “Gaeng Hoh” dry curry noddles with braised beef! Delicious but as the server warned, there’s pickled bamboo which gives off a pungent aroma to those not familiar with Asian foods. So not for those with mild tastebuds! But we loved it though. would def love to come back if we lived here!“
“First time trying their sandwiches yesterday and we’re hooked! I usually travel to Hoboken for my Italian deli sandwich cravings but was super excited to find such a close place after a friend recommended this spot. The fresh mozzarella was delicious and they don’t skimp out. My sandwich was so filled I could barely bite it (which is always a good thing in my book lol) I got a custom sandwich with turkey, salami and fresh mozzarella and my husband got a spicy vodka chicken parm. 10/10 recommend getting your sandwiches from here, we’ll definitely be back!!“
“Years ago in Long Island City there used to be this eatery called Communitea I would go to just to get these raspberry hazelnut bars they sold. They were incredible! I’ve since moved up north, but recently came upon the bars through a local coffee shop. I found the company that makes them and was ECSTATIC to see they ship! I immediately ordered the raspberry bars. They are truly the most delicious things in the world, and I can’t believe they are vegan and gluten free!! I’m just so happy I found them again!“
“Good pub food in a really casual place. Wrap & burger were ~$14. Buffalo wrap was yummy.Only gripe is that it's $4 to add cheese to the fries the sandwich/burger comes with (not as a dish on its own since they have disco fries as an app), which seems a little crazy (that's like 23% of the meal).“
“WOW. Not really a huge salad person and this place literally blew me away. I like sweetgreen and this makes sweetgreen laughable. I got the fall salad and it was phenomenal!!! Absolutely coming here anytime I need a salad. I think I could actually eat this salad until it made me sick. It is wonderful! And they made a mistake on my order and delivered the correction no charge! Awesome.“
“Stopped in the very welcoming Spunto Thin Crust Pizza Restaurant after not be welcomed at UVK on Carmine Street. Spunto has vegan options and really friendly service. They have something for everyone. Omni Bella!Vegetarian options: Delicious personal pie with arugula.“
“Good Neighbor Queens is phenomenal! Being a person that goes to the gym, I am always looking for fresh, nutritious, and delicious food. Good Neighbor Queens checks off all of those boxes! Their smoothies and protein shakes are simply outstanding too. Lastly, they have impeccable customer service that makes the entire experience all the more better.“
“Some people “get it “ and some people don’t . If you want to run a bar in NYC you need to “get it “ This is the perfect bar for the space and you, like I, will love this place . And if you know me you will get a giggle as it’s owned by a Dublin guy named Nick who runs Marathons . Ahem ?“
“kame is an awesome ramen spot located in Chelsea . Their spicy ramen is the star here - made with fresh ingredients and the perfect spice blend. Besides ramen , they also have other goodies like gyoza , pork belly buns with a sweet and savory sauce, and rice bowls. The broth here is not too salty, perfectly balanced, and really filling. Oh, and you can jazz up your ramen with extras such as a perfectly poached egg. Customize your dish and make it yours! The place itself is cool, with a modern and stylish vibe. The manager is very friendly. Highly recommended.Featuring ⤵️▪️Karaage▪️Vegan gyoza▪️Kakuni and vegan bun▪️Spicy salmon miso ramen▪️Tonkatsu ramen▪️Matcha panacota▪️Japanese custard▪️Yuzu lemonade▪️Plum lemonade“
“I can't imagine having a better favorite Japanese restaurant. The food is incredible and the service is consistently outstanding. Treat yourself to the Supreme Omakase (it is incredible)or get literally everything on the menu by coming here twice a month like I do. You can't go wrong.Parking: Key Food, ftw ;)“
“A neighborhood FAVORITE - One of the many NYC “secrets” that must be shared … From a cup of coffee / hot chocolate on a Sat afternoon to the transformation in the evening to fine “casual” dining in the neighborhood -my niece from California told me about her favorite coffee shop while spending a week here at our home in NYC … since then it has become our neighborhood favorite …. For both cofee / lunch and share dinners with friends and familyDo not miss the Lentil Salad …. & …. pasta specials (homemade pasta)“
“Awesome food. I had no idea that this place existed but ran into it by accident tonight. The burger was tasty, the truffle fries are amazing, the portions are big, and the presentation (even down to the napkin/utensil packet) is very clean. The restaurant itself is organized and nice, too. Highly recommend this place if you want something healthy and filling. I’ll 100% be back fairly often.“
“Excellent place with a wide choice of appetizers to share, salads and main courses with numerous vegetable side dishes. Also excellent choice for brunch. Friendly staff, quick service. Correct quality-price ratio. Recommended, easy walk to Times Square!“
“My partner and I came after a tough workout recently on a Saturday afternoon, as Revelie had been on our radar for a few months! The wait wasn't terribly long at 3:30 (we waited about 30 min outside, though it was cold). The food was tasty and good quality, I liked the chopped cheese the most. Fun diner feel too! There was a minor holdup to actually get the food, but definitely worth it once we actually got to try it. Would recommend!“
“Owner was extremely kind and genuine. Staff made sure that every need was taken care of and worked not only for tips. This was by far the best cafe experience I’ve had in nyc. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Lots of options and meat free choicesDietary restrictions: Lots of variety for everyone.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with kid sizes and cateringWheelchair accessibility: Ramp available for people“
“This is a nice quaint neighborhood gem to grab some early or midday small meal,That me and my partner have fallen in loved with. We came here to try it out one day and have not been disappointed every time we have stopped by. The prices can add up for breakfast and drinks but worth stopping by. The service is always friendly and many people stop by to enjoy or to go. There is some seating inside and they provide outdoor seating as well. We love the dulce de Leche and I liked the Arnold Palmer so far and we finally tried a breakfast sanwhich and it was very fulfilling. Me and my partner definitely recommend!“
“Had the most delicious vegetarian banh mi sandwich and literally the best green tea I've ever had in my life today at Xe May. The sandwich was made fresh to order. I will definitely be back soon to try out other sandwiches and their tacos, which sound “
“kate is so nice, always give me free hot sauce, peanut chili so good, egg is fried to perfection, sauce are spiced to excellence, every bite is a flavor explosion. i’ve tried all their items, 30+ times, each one better than the next. ?IF U SPEND 20 DOLLARS, YOU SAVE 5 ON UBER EATS‼️It’s close to my school. i like that part. ?decorations are extremely pleasant to the eye, very cute, very modern. ?amazing.“
“We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hospitality by chef Jayesh and team was so warm and welcoming. Everything we had was fantastic. The sea bream, lamb kebabs, mushroom uttapam, delicata squash, dosa, sesame crusted tuna, we could go on. A very thoughtfully curated menu with remarkable flavors.“
“I love their Sicilian pizza! And I hope the guy at the counter gets the credit he deserves. He's always kind, cheerful and very helpful.Today there was a tourist who was confused about the value of different coins, and the counter explained was helping her. Also: they speak Spanish.“
“A very cozy restaurant with excellent service and delicious dishes. We ordered a mixed grill, the meat was very juicy and delicious. We paid $35 per serving. I especially recommend trying desserts, they are great. We will definitely visit this place again when we arrive in New York.“
“The food was amazing - I built my own bowl and it tasted really good and was definitely value for money.Service can be a lot better - I went at 8 pm on a weekday and except the lady working there, everyone seemed bored. They need to smile at the least instead of staring at you and waiting for you to tell them your order.“
“My fiance and I were visiting from Michigan and stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant for lunch. The owner was our server. He was the nicest person! Beyond that, the food was incredible. 10/10. I wish I could go here everyday for lunch and dinner. Amazing experience.“
“Standard ramen. I ordered the vegetarian option. It was good but simple flavors. They did have multiple options for the type of noodles. Service was quick and waited was polite. Place is cozy but we came here for late weekend lunch around 3pm and it wasn't crowded at all. They also have sushi options although did not order it. “
“I loves everything about this place... amazing drink, food and atmosphere... a bit pricey but this is nyc... so nothing surprjsing... special thanks to our waiter Julios who went above and beyond and even brought us espressos from nearby store... this kind of service is hard to find and worth the “
“It’s a very clean place with organized food sections. They have the salad counter then the hot food counter and then they have a third section with different types of Pizzas. The lighting inside and the music sets a mood inside. It’s a a very calm place with a nice mood to sit and chat and eat your slice of pizza with a friend. The customer fservice is very nice too.“
“The food was really good and filling and delicious, It’s hard to find good Palestinian Shawarma like this in Jersey and New York. So I consider this place one of the best Shawarma places in Jersey. Also, the owner and employees are really nice welcoming and friendly.“
