There was 5 of us and the staffs was very accommodating since we came on a weekday and we set right away. We started with some appetizers like the baked mussels, tempura oysters. Then we had order a few rolls, like the Neal roll, Jessica roll, tango mango roll, my favorite. Ask for their sushi roll bible! then we order a few dishes to share. The pad Thai was on point. We also had the general Tso chicken and Thai curry which is spicy and flavorful. The waiter introduced to us their signature dish that’s named after the store itself, ai Sakae beef, of course we had to try it . We were all so full that we all had so much leftovers. they also had so much desserts from mochi, gelato to fried ice cream and boba teas. ??which we declined since we were full.“

They have several tea options, one of which is the Flower Tea, a beautifully fragrant mix of organic leaves of jasmine, rose, lavender, chamomile and marigold which my daughter and I found to be soothing and totally hit the spot on a chilly rainy night. “If I could give this place a 10 I would. We used to go to this intimate BYO sushi place every friday on the way home from work. We would meet at the sushi bar and get to say hi to the regulars...felt like home. The owners are amazing, welcoming and remember their customers...what we like and don't like. I never had to tell them I wanted no ginger or a diet coke because they remembered exactly what I like. The fish is so fresh and the menu is very creative. The sushi chef puts his heart into every dish and is so happy for you to come up before you go to let him know how you loved your meal. This is our go-to when we have friends in town because we always know we will have a consistent level 10 meal and a really fun time. We miss going every week since we moved but we make sure to go visit our sushi fam as much as possible because we were so spoiled by them!“

The presentation is attractive; the burrito was packed in a lidded box that almost looked like a gift. It was packed full of vegetables and rice with very generous amounts of spicy and ahi tuna. They added just the right amount of dressing/sauce. I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. Service: 9/10 One of the managers/servers is the cutest little Asian woman. She kept checking on us if our food was good and she even gave us two sample plates of rolls the first time we came in. “It is a friendly family business. We ordered hibachi, tom yum soup, and agedashi tofu. The hibachi was okay but a bit greasy. The agedashi tofu was very greasy. The tom yum soup used celery and carrots instead of the expected ingredients (i.e. no galangal, lemongrass, or lime leaves were detected). Thankfully, the soup was not greasy. Overall, though, most of the food tasted like greasy Chinese food (with some MSG and without douchi or shitake), and I would give it fewer stars, but it was a good amount for the price, and still edible after rubbing some grease away. I suspect the sushi is better but don't like raw fish. It came within 10 minutes despite other patrons being there, including pickup orders. I wouldn't return here, mostly because we almost ran someone over while driving there, who suddenly exited his car while he was driving in the middle of the street, and the food was not my type.“
