“I ordered from Uber eats. They were out of the flavors we had requested but they had called me and fixed all the issues! For some reason Uber eats canceled the order, I called and spoke to the manager and she had no knowledge of the cancellation. She had my order still sitting ready to go! I picked it up and they were so sweet! So apologetic for something completely out of their control! She made sure I understood the price differences and I was perfectly fine with paying whatever the price was! (Huge Rita’s fan) I will absolutely make this my go to Rita’s spot! A great work environment starts with the higher ups! A perfect example was set tonight for her employees! Extremely happy with everything!!“

“Mr. Brain Freeze is the best. You can text him to come and he’ll let you know when he’s near so you don’t have to hope for the ice cream truck. We’ve also used him for parties and PTO school events. He is always on time for events and very kind. His prices are fair and his selection is amazing.“
“By far my favorite creamery! They have a great selection of both traditional dairy a and vegan choices. The vegan ice cream is so creamy and full of flavor- many uniquely delicious. Today I tried a beet, maple and rosemary flavor that surprised me and one called the lake, with royal spirulina andbgolden sea moss- had a fresh clean upfront flavor that ended with cake batter- yummm. The coffee hazelnut was my favorite though. I always grab a pint to go also.“
“My husband and I drove up from Toms River for the Cannoli kit after experiencing it at a party . It was a Sunday and the girl behind the counter was very rude and said we don’t have any they need to be ordered a head of time , thankfully RALPH walked in and saved the day he went above and beyond to get us what we came for ! If you don’t know the lay of the store you shouldn’t be working there ! Customer service should be a priority and she certainly wasn’t willing to try helping . “I'm not the biggest fan of strollo's because they don't serve hard ice-cream. But they have alot of great toppings for your soft ice-cream. I never tried their Italian ice, so I can't comment on that. The place is always packed though.“

“My sil brought the party box over and omg the oatmeal mallow sandwich was amazing!!! The crumbl by me was not a great experience because the cookies were dry and a bit sweet, this location and getting 12 cookies proved me wrong that even though it is a chain, certain stores execute better than other. Would reco this and the oatmeal cookie, it's soft and chewy and so yummy“

“Just stopped in to grab their soup and some ice cream.I couldn't decide on just one soup so I got 2, the vegetable & lobster bisque and they are both so good. The flavors are delicious, the amount & variety of vegetables in the veggie soup are perfect. The lobster bisque it was a great portion of soup & lobster.Also, I've had there ice cream several times but always go back for my favorite Almond Joy.Their staff is always welcoming and pleasant too every time.Love this little gem in Keyport.“

Huge, bright, airy, and busy but no seating on the inside which is kinda sad because I wanted to enjoy my ice cream while looking at what other flavors I should get next. Your only option is either the two benches outside or your car. The servers looked tired but the young man who helped me was nice enough. I picked the Vegan Speculoos Cookie which was AMAZING! The texture was different but the flavor was all there! $5 and some change for a small. I scream, you cream...“

“I grew up with Ralph's Italian Ices on Staten Island back in the day. It has been 20yrs since I've last had the sweet delicious frozen treat that is Ralph's. I've been wanting to go back and get it for the longest time but haven't had the opportunity nor time or desire to make the trek back to SI. On a recent visit to my family living in the NJ area I saw that Ralph's has expanded. Went on a whim to try it to see if it is as good as I remembered. Spoiler: It is! I was so happy to see that it was still made and tasted the same. You will not find Italian ice like this anywhere but Ralph's.“

“Thank goodness I don't live very close to this ice cream parlor because I would be there every day. Six of us took a tour and decided to try the ice cream when we were done four of them had the black raspberry ice cream with black with chocolate chunks and I fudge over the top, it was delicious. I've tried the lemon bar with caramel. It was so good I've gone back twice. The owner and staff are extremely friendly. They explain everything and everything was wonderful.“

“Awesome little ice cream and shaved ice place in convention hall. Note- it's shaved ice- not Italian ice style. Both the small and large shaved ice are huge which is cool. Price is a bit high at $8 since it literally costs them next to nothing for ice and some juice mix but everything is out of control pricing nowadays. You can choose up to 3 flavors or just do one. Good selection of flavors. Ice cream is vegan and dairy free which is cool for those who can't do dairy or are vegan. Note if you want regular ice cream there's 2 places on the boardwalk that has that. Staff was friendly. Small tables to eat your ice cream at. Great way to cool off on a hot summer day.“

“On Sunday we stopped in to pick-up something to take over to my brother and sister in-laws house for dessert. What's better than Carvel. There was so much to choose from it all looked so good!!! I can remember as a kid Carvel commercials how can you forget Cookie Puss. After a long time on making a decision we chose the ice cream sandwiches Yummy. Upon arriving we told my brother in-law we got ice cream sandwiches his serious reply was he never meant a ice cream sandwich he didn't like. “We've been coming to Ralph's for at least 15 years and to us, it is one of the main attractions of the Asbury park beach. I can't even tell you which flavor I like best because they're all unique and so well executed. From their unique "crème" ices to Italian ice can't beat the texture and flavour. The service is always friendly and accommodating. Currently, I have to say that my favorite flavor is the cream ice called banana fudge! But let's not ignore the other favorites that we've tried over the years: the chocolate cream ice, Java chips, coconut, crazy coconut, lemon Italian ice, chocolate jelly rings, vanilla, etc.... we wish that Ralph's would add a location closer to our home. We're happy to make suggestions!“
“I LOVED THE COOKIR BUTTER. It was delicious. It was like a combination of vanilla and graham crackers! It was in a corner tucked away at BellWorks. Bell works is absolutely beautiful and a great place to chill and do work. Ample seating and beautiful ambiance. Service was fast. Only issue is that for the price the amount was small. At other places the ice cream would be cheaper for the amount given.“
