“Can't beat fresh, hot, hand-rolled NJ bagels. Found this place on Google Maps and so didn't disappoint.All the bagel variations you expect, with a couple of surprises. Great service, especially if you bring in a little one as they get a free bagel! Buy half dozen and you get one free too!“

“If you're paying attention, eventually you'll notice that the bagles here are better than other surrounding places. There can also be a line out the door and somehow it's your turn the second you walk in. They just know how to operate. Amazing.“

We did have to wait a little before getting helped bc each group pretty much gets a little history of where the place started, and there's only one person who speak to the customers. The ice cream seems to be high quality and the cones are made to order! I personally don't prefer the cone texture, even though they're fresh they're still a little dense. But I'd def come back and get a cup with a smaller portion of the cone.“

“This is a store specializing in delicious mousse.My recommendation is the passion fruit flavor.Other flavors tend to be sweeter, but the passion fruit flavor is sweet and sour, and when eaten with other flavors, it brings out the goodness of the other flavors.The passion fruit flavor was the least I expected before I bought it, but now it's a must buy.Overall, the texture was good and it was like eating a mousse cake from a high-end restaurant. “Bright, clean space with seating. The food took a few minutes to prepare because it was being freshly prepared. I had a turkey sandwich which was served toasted with thick bacon and it was delicious. The service was great too. Very glad this opened in the neighborhood.“

They offered a cake tasting in person, gave us time to think and discuss, didn't rush us to make decisions at all. Their cakes are super moist, not overly sweet, and their designs are so special! “We were craving for pastries from Chocnyc which was recommended by Yelp Top 100 Croissants. It’s kind of far from where we live but no one can stop us from eating.We were satisfied with their line up. We got their Plain Croissant, Caramelized Croissant, Pecan Sticky Bun and Savory Biscuit as first try. The portion was great with reasonable price.Our favorite was the Pecan Sticky Bunwhich was satisfying with soft and rich texture. Their croissant wasn’t our type but it’s still worth a visit.“

It's a five star bakery near me that I don't know about! I'll be walking just their door today! I also got the zucchini soup which was bland as heck! Not worth taking a second bite. No flavor at all. “A simple local Turkish bakery. We along with couple other customers were given delicious cookie sample without asking. It has the hospitality feel reminisced of the good old bakery from childhood. Very reasonable prices. Variety is limited to several types of baklava, cookies and some breads as it’s a small place.“

“I was back in my hometown for a short trip and wanted to work remote from a cafe. I did a quick Yelp search and stumbled across Marimba Cafe - the new name caught my eye and the aesthetics and offerings here solidified my decision. I don't think I've ever come across a sit down Latin cafe here in Bergen County so to me, since moving away, it's the first of its kind. Also first of its kind to proudly offer CBD infused menu items. I believe they just opened in November! The vibes in here are immaculate. My favorite feature is the stone floor - it just transports you somewhere new! The color scheme in here is also appealing, and the Latin music made me want to dance while I took on meetings haha. Overall, really solid branding and concept. Since I was working west coast hours, I spent the whole afternoon into close here. It's a really great place to work as there were other people working remote. They have comfortable seating and outlets conveniently located along the booth. I will say though that the booth seating was just a tad too high for the table so it took some time getting used to. Also, they do play the music fairly loud (a must) in here so it can be a tad distracting if you're taking meetings and have to speak. Since I stayed here for over 5 hours, I was able to observe the sense of community Marimba has fostered - they greet customers like friends! I also saw on their Instagram that they host community events like paint nights and dance nights and support other local businesses with their La Placita Sundays. I love everything this business is about. I ordered the coquito latte hot and a pan de bono. The latte was solid and I wish the pan de bono was just a bit bigger! I would love to try more here. Congrats to the owners of Marimba, I wish the cafe tons of business and success! I definitely want to visit again when I'm back in town.“

“My friends and I were in the area and we were craving coffee in the morning. We decided to stop by here for coffee - they have their regular menu but also a spring menu (which included ube matcha, ube espresso latte, strawberry matcha latte and more). They also have baked goods which all looked so good. The place itself is also super aesthetic with plenty of seating inside and some seats outside. My staff was super friendly in the front and at times there was a line but it moved very quickly. We all decided to get a chocolate croissant with was yummy. I decided to get the ube espresso lattee, which was pretty good - the ube syrup was on the sweeter side so the drink was sweeter than I would have liked it but it was good overall. The flavor was good as well. We were all in agreement that the drinks were def on the sweeter side so if this is something that you don't like then maybe ask for less sugar. Overall - cute cafe, highly recommend checking this place out!!“
