“I was in Lancaster PA for a Coffee conference and decided to stop in Philly for some cheesesteaks on the way home and had to stop here. By far the best Philly Cheesesteak I’ve ever had to date. I’ve also tried a lot of the Tristate areas best pizza spots and the pizza I got was one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. The quality of the ingredients they used was fantastic as well. I unfortunately didn’t get a picture of the cheesesteak because I ate it so fast due to how good it was, but it will not disappoint.“
“My family just found this place through Groupon. The food was SO good and the service was great! Everything is with pickles, no bread. It's a must try!!Just went for the second time. They have redone the restaurant since last time and have new variations of their food. It was still SUPER good! I had a new group with me, and they loved it as well. So worth it!!“
“Jaclyn Ribchinsky was our event coordinator and made the process seamless; she was very responsive, answering all questions promptly and was able to help us accomplish our vision for our event. Our servers were phenomenal, Carolyn was especially helpful and accommodating going above and beyond for the event, she helped us take photos as well. The food was phenomenal, and overall the pricing for the event was great for what you get! The back rooms give great lighting and ambiance, overall thrilled with how our event went and recommend Treno to anyone looking to host an event!“
“The intent is clear and well executed. It didn't seem like a place that aims to put pizza on a pedestal rather a well put together representation of desired traits specific to the Philadelphia dining scene. The pizza leaned towards a bar pie, that was executed by someone who has a devout understanding of the dough and the other ingredients involved. The soft serve was well spun and tasty. Overall the hype is real and was a real joy to visit!“
“Our first visit to La Ingrata and we had a wonderful experience. Co-owner Karla talked us through the menu and provided great service and conversation throughout the meal. I opted for a special of the day - pork pieces with skin still attached cooked in an amazing salsa verde, served with warm house-made tortillas, rice, and beans. So delicious eaten taco-style with a just-right hot sauce. My wife had a shrimp dish in mildly spicy tomato sauce and side salad, also delicious. We started with the house-made guacamole which was outstanding, along with fresh in-house tortilla chips. BYOB meant we enjoyed the meal with our own beers. Outstanding food, friendly service, a chance to taste some new dishes and a Mexico City-style of cooking, and affordable prices - we'll definitely be back!“
“The pizza is really good. I like the flavor of the pizza and the chicken tenders. The garlic knots are fresh and they taste just as good if you eat it the next day. The staff is friendly and ordering online is easy and quick. I would recommend this place.“
“We had a delicious meal here! Highlights were focaccia with whipped ricotta, the squash pasta (forget the fancy namebut it’s the interesting shaped one below), and the chocolate mousse cake. Service was great too! We were originally slotted to have an outdoor table but they were able to squeeze us indoors. Would definitely come back.“
“The white cheesesteak pizza is our Friday night staple. My kids told me to write that it is slammin. Honestly though, you guys are killing it. Quality food, great service and an overall great spot. Glad to see you so busy on a Friday night ❤️“
“Great little local pizza spot. Ordered a 16 inch circle pie and could not have been happier with it. Also had curly fries and pickled long hots which hit the spot. The window person was exceptionally friendly and I waited 5 minutes less than originally told for my order which rarely happens anywhere these days. Food and Service 5 stars, and only rated atmosphere 3 stars because it is just outdoors, still cool benches and a long standing table to eat at. Will be going back for sure.“
“Very good Cheesesteaks. Great place to order out, or eat in whenever that crumb bum Mayor Kenny and Wolf stop playing games with people and stop trying to destroy businesses. 4 th time ordering. Try the Cooper sharp wit fried onions. Best fried mozzarella I ever had.“
“Pizzeria Stella on South Street boasts a winning combination of delicious food and a delightful atmosphere. Their pizzas are truly outstanding – I highly recommend the San Danielle for its perfect balance of flavors. If you're looking for something beyond pizza, don't miss the gnocchi with guanciale bacon – it's absolutely divine!Whether you're a pizza enthusiast or just looking for a cozy spot with incredible Italian food, Pizzeria Stella is a must-try. The ambiance adds a special touch to the experience, making it a great choice for a casual date night or a fun dinner with friends.“
“I’ve eaten here twice, now. I thought there was no way that what I ordered tonight (quesadillas w/rib eye) could match the Bufalo pizza from two days ago. I was as wrong as I could be. I’m guessing that I will eat here 80 to 100 times this year. It’s THAT good.“
“I recently moved to the neighborhood and my family and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the staff and quality of food recieved. I also work locally and our staff lunches are often supplied and everyone is well fed and satisfied. Amigos is an asset to the community and a joy to patronize on a daily basis. Desserts are extra special!!!“
“I would sell my soul to the devil for the meatballs. I am now on a mission to try everything on the menu. Such a clean environment, friendly staff and close to home, you can't beat it! Santinis is in my top 3 best places for getting food in the NE! Give it a try, you won't regret it!!“
“Came here from NH for Wrestlemania weekend my friend looked up this place so we decided to go. I must say this is the best pizza I have ever had in my life. Being an Eagles fan that lives in NH I need to come back for an Eagles game and when i do I will absolutely come back here and have their pizza again!“
“Hands down, Singas Pizza Place is the BEST pizza joint I've ever been to! The service was top-notch - friendly, attentive But the real star of the show is the pizza... oh, the pizza! Fresh, flavorful ingredients, perfectly cooked crust, and generous portions. I've tried several pies, and each one has been a revelation. Whether you're a classic margherita fan or an adventurous topping-seeker, Singas has got you covered. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a permanent spot on my favorite places list!!“
“Bacio strikes again! Kudos to our friends Pam and Chef Robert! Thier pre-cooked Valentine's Day Dinner for 2 was amazing! From the salads all the way thru to the desserts, every course was fantastic. And the best part is that the portions were large enough that we will switch our entrees and get another full meal out of it! Thanks again for a great dinner!“
“I ordered a plain cheese pizza for take out on a Sunday afternoon. I had to wait 25 minutes but it was worth it. Like most places in the city, parking options are very limited. When I walked in to their shop I saw several happy customers eating away, enjoying their food. The place seats about 20 people. Nice low key , no frills, South Philly Italian pizza parlor vibe with very good food. It beats standing in line at Angelo’s.“
“Not a big foodie, but it wasn't badGot the top floor to ourselves, so we were allowed to ask Alexa for any song we wanted ?Unfortunately, this also meant the waiter had to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to us, however she was a good sport about it, and we enjoyed our meal. Great chicken“
“Our daughter got married at Arch St Meeting House recently. OC Pizza was the perfect nearby neighbor for the rehearsal dinner. Everyone was so accommodating, food was delicious (10 pizzas delivered fresh from the oven). We were at the Wyndham; we and many wedding guests ate sooo many meals here in the ensuing days. Pizza, lasagna, Greek salad--so many great menu choices. And the staff--delightful! We'll be back.“
“Always busy for a reason! Went here twice with groups of people and every single person always says the same thing. Wow everything on the menu is amazing and perfect cooked. Get Italian, get a cheesesteak, must try the fried mozzarella, just keep going back and trying everything!Waitress always patient and helpful to everyone in the group, front desk keeps everything moving quickly and they turn tables extremely fast once the parties leave but people tend to linger after eating all this amazing food, it will be worth the waitParking: Lot might be full but there's a good size lot on premisesKid-friendliness: Always families in here“
“I LOVE EDDIES PIZZA!!! I have been coming here for the past 3 years and it is the best pizza I’ve ever had. They should come out with merch because I would rep this spot any day! The vodka margarita and the plain pizza have my heart. It’s a family owned business and they really care about their food.“
“One of the only original real Italian food, and people. I'm part Sicilian. I love it. The other 100% Italian pizza place is Riccardo's in Beverly city, NJ. Highley recommend. If not I will reimburse you. For either place. They definitely need to deliver.Parking: There is about 500 spots to park, and for pick up you can park out front.Kid-friendliness: Bring them all john will make them laugh.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at the door, low bumb at the door and plenty room to wheel around.“
“My husband & I love Carollas. The owner is so kind & friendly, his staff is super efficient & the food is superb. The outdoor seating is under cover in the cooler months with heaters if needed. Such a pleasure to have a great restaurant so close to home! I highly recommend!!Parking: Parking is available behind the restaurant“
“Pizza is normally very good, a few misses but overall it is good, sauce is great. Prices go up every time I visit and is now $6 a slice/ $6.50 if you want a small box! Super small place, a little sketchy outside, and cash only. Continuing to be a regular customer though.“
“The Owner & staff is the best they always accommodate me with my light cook pizzas for my uncle!!!because he has no teeth and he enjoys King Pizza. To the staff much appreciated ??☪️?that’s LOVE PERIOT! I’m super grateful ☺️ for the small things in life to make a senior citizen ? “
“I will warn that it is very much pizza shop vibe as far as aesthetics.. but I must say I have heard nothing but absolutely raving reviews about their food and I was not disappointed! The pizza crust was out of this world with options you don’t see everywhere, like cacio e pepe, and their cocktails are fun and delicious! Also 48263929 bonus points for bringing a cake out with a candle when all I did was click “Birthday” on Resy. I have NEVER had a restaurant do this! Also music was trendy. 10/10 would recommend. Come during the week when it’s slow for optimal comfort! We will be back ?“
“There wasn't much room and we were just about to leave, but the waitress Azra immediately accompanied us. We drank Watermelon mint, she did her job quickly and was very friendly. We didn't expect to encounter a Turk. I guess he was the only Turk. Thank you for the nice conversation and the nice drinks. The place was very nice in terms of decoration, there are not many hookah places like this around here. Thanks again to Azra, see you again??“
“Delightfully simple and feeling like family, extra friendly service and sublime Italian dive, us guys sampled this excellent East coast pizza place on a whim and got our faces stuffed! The atmosphere is cozy and clean, but no bathrooms, great presentation of options and grand menu for a small eatery. The simple pie and BBQ were both ideal. Weirdly no public bathrooms, a poor oversight for an attempt at becoming Philly famous.“
“The chicken cheese steak was very good. The Southwest chicken roll ups very good and the Healthy bowl also very good! Highly recommend this restaurant, it has great food for everyone! We did take out, they were fast and easy!Vegetarian options: Large salad & healthy bowl selection.Parking: Plenty of parking right in front of store.Kid-friendliness: My grandchildren loved their food.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out“
“I tried this place on a whim, and have been back multiple times since. So far I've only had pizza and wings from here, but both are very good. The staff is always friendly and they show a lot of care for their customers. I'll definitely be back again in the future.“
“I like this place. The pizza is consistently good and is my metric for quality. And other dishes are great. I had the sausage and peppers sandwich and Caesar salad and they were great. Finally the staff is super friendly and devoted to quality service.“
“Update 3/19/2024. We have been there many times. Everything we have order is always good. Our friends also liked the food. Cauliflower pizza with hot cherry peppers is very good. Onion soup was good. If you have not tried them, please do so.Dietary restrictions: somethings are gluten free.“
“I went in because I was craving chicken wings and ordered a platter with cheese fries on the side-very tasty and crispy just wish they had coleslaw, which is something they don't offer here because it's not in demand, I guess im different as I love a side of slaw to balance the meal? regardless still a nice lil spot and will be ordering from here whenever I feel the desire for wings!“
“Had to give it a try, heard good things. Cheesesteak is worth the trip. Pizza is good, it's good pizza. I like a thinner crust but that's my personal choice. Quality ingredients . The chicken parm is tasty. I love the seeded rolls, takes it up a level. This is a 15 min drive from my house and will make the trip for the delicious cheesesteak . Called the order in route and everything was ready when I got there. Pricing was good. Sandwiches big enough to share.“
“We have been going to Di Vincenzo’s for years, Sal and his entire team are amazing! The food is delicious, our favorite pizza! If you haven’t been make sure to give them a try!! ❤️?Kid-friendliness: My kids were always welcome to sit and enjoy there meal and friends and we knew they were safe there, and now my grands go there. ❤️“
“Everyone there is always nice and in good spirits. The service is so fast too! I've gotten a large pizza in less than 45 minutes on a busy Friday. I almost always get spaghetti with Vodka sauce or Capri pizza and is amazing every time. Mainly a take-out placeVegetarian options: Plenty of different vegetarian sauces and large selection of toppings for pizza. Also a salad stationParking: Nice large parking lot in a shopping center. Always somewhere to park!Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk ramps and everything is on a ground floor“
“so I ordered the large pizza with sausage, pepperoni and onion. Very very very good. The lady who took my order was very nice and pleasant and food was ready on time. My son picked up the pizza so I didn’t see what the place look like, but the service was very good. I would recommend this place, and will definitely be back “
“Only went for their beer and drinks. Online menu isn't up to date with what they had on tap, but the beer selection was descent. Surprisingly had a great mojito, wish I would have had more cocktails as this was def more of a bar than a brewery.“
“This has become our new spot to order from! Everything we have gotten from here has been really great. The pizza, wings, sandwiches, etc have all been really good. Not only that, but the owner is always so friendly when I come to pick up food! We ordered a bunch of pizzas for my wife's birthday party and he threw in an order of fries for free.“
“Better than expected! We were looking for a local pizza place for takeout and were a bit hesitant to try Riccardo's because of the mixed reviews, especially Yelp. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find the pizza was pretty good! We got an individual white pizza, an individual "The Works" pizza, and an order of honey hot wings to share (for two). The pizzas had good flavor, the crust was soft, and the portions were decent. The wings were pretty tasty as well, and the honey hot sauce was amazing! Speaking of honey, I decided to buy the bottled honey since that's what they're known for and it is actually REALLY GOOD on pizza and in tea (and I dont even like honey!) It just give pizza an extra kick and zing because the honey is infused with chiles. Further, the staff was pretty friendly, though the wait was a bit long for takeout (about 20 minutes, though this was Friday evening). One downside is that The Works is UGLY looking because they do not cook the vegetables into the pizza; it looks like they just plop the veggies on top after they cook the pizza. We ended up adding some mozzarella cheese on top and melting it in our oven at home so that the veggies felt more cooked into the pizza. I'm also not sure if they vegetables were super fresh. They looked and felt a bit off.Overall, not the best pizza I have ever had, but Riccardos is a great standby if we ever need pizza in a pinch! I'll also keeping enjoying the bottled honey for other meals and drinks at home!“
“I consider myself somewhat of a sandwich connoisseur and this place surpassed my expectations by a mile. The bread, I would literally donate a kidney to have access to the sorcery in which they obtain these heavenly loaves. If you are around Union Transfer to see a show and need a bite, look no further. Pic is the marinated chicken Italiano.“
“I’ve eaten here at at least a coupledozen times now. The food is always fresh and always consistent. It’s obvious the chef is passionate about his menu and the quality of what’s coming out of the kitchen. Trying new restaurants is kind of a hobby and I would rank Speranza‘s right up there with some of Philly‘s better restaurants! If you haven’t tried it yet..stop hesitating…you won’t be disappointed!“
“The food was good. I bought a cheese steak. It was packed with meat. The guy who waited on me was very nice. The one employee who was sitting down answering the phone sounded rude to some of the customers calling asking where their food was.“
“It was a Thursday wing night, we sat upstairs because it was so crowded, service was good.Food was great, I was able to have food from the fryer which never happens with a shellfish allergy due to cross contamination of friers.Nadia tots and a bacon burger were great. I like that they were not frozen burgers but freshly made.“
“I’m very disappointed. We have been eating this pizza especially during lent for a long time. Recently the pizza has changed. Not cooked and made to go. It’s made ahead of time, frozen then warmed when you pick it up. It’s dry and not as saucy. Very upset This was the best pizza in Philly. And the pieces are smaller.Well, thank you Bryan and Pete. This pizza was so much better it came out hot and the pieces were cut bigger. I also had the chance to taste the pepperoni Stromboli and it tastes great. Not greasy and a lot of pepperoni. I also bought the rolls and they were easy to chew not doughy and great for steak sandwiches, garlic bread or even gizmos.Lastly, the woman who took care of me was so pleasant and nice. Thank you !“
“We stumbled upon High Street while in town for a show and we're so glad we did! The food was incredible and you could easily tell that each dish was made with quality fresh ingredients. We were equally impressed with the service and atmosphere. Our server was sweet and knowledgeable. When our food arrived we savored every bite. The drinks were fantastic too. Definitely recommend if you're in the area looking for a spot to dine.“
“Today our daughter celebrated her birthday at an escape room in Collingswood. While trying to figure out where to eat afterwards, the host recommended Cafe Antonio's. We were politely greeted by the hostess who arranged tables to accommodate our large party. While being seated, the owner, Aaron asked us if we were celebrating a birthday. We said yes, it's our daughter's birthday. Much to our surprise, Aaron came back 15 minutes later with a beautiful birthday cake for our daughter. We were extremely touched by his generosity and thoughtfulness. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding!! We highly recommend Cafe Antonio's and are so grateful to them for making our daughter's birthday even more special. Thank you again Aaron. We look forward to coming back again.“
“While in the area checking out Paesano’s, I could smell this as I crossed the street and decided to take a chance and check it out (especially since Angelo’s line was at least 40 heads deep). I asked the one pizza guy what slice I should try and he suggested the cheesesteak so I was sold. This is a white slice with cheesesteak and I added some crushed red pepper. This is all based on preference mind you. The flavor was good, I’d maybe even say real good. I love a solid white slice. The dough also had a great flavor to it. I do think it needed a few more minutes in the oven though, very doughy. Next time I’ll know to order it well done. No harm no foul. This slice was $4.50 and the flavor and amount of meat (and their location in the Italian Market) makes sense for that price. I’d say Nannie Franco’s Didn’t Suck, but ask them to cook it well done. For the video on this spot as well as content from well over 500 other places, please check my social pages here - https://linktr.ee/Didnt_Suck“
“Sometimes you gotta go with your gut feelings on a place, and this place did not disappoint. Amazing pizza, great energy. The best pizza here in Riverton, NJ area! it’s gonna be my go to spot now!Kid-friendliness: Service was fantastic for the whole family.Parking: Plenty of parking.“
