We never felt rushed or bothered and the food came out in exactly the right amount of time. My only wish was for the live music to be postponed later as it was a bit loud for us. Food is solid standards, nothing spectacular but all very good and reasonable portions. Look out for cilantro in the pasta if you’re sensitive to that.“

“We popped in here on a whim after a show and I was pleasantly surpised! Excellent, elevated Mexican cuisine, all the dishes we had were outstanding! Great guac to start with homemade tortilla chips followed by an amazing tuna truffle tostada and langostine tacos. Even the elote side was was awesome with such great flavors. We caught them at the end of the night so service was patchy, but look forward to giving them another try for the amazing food.“

We started with the babaganoush and tablouli salad. My husband had the lamb kebab and I had the chicken kofte. Everything was so flavorful and tender. I have no idea how to spell the dessert we shared, but it was like a non-crunchy creme brulee. SO GOOD, light and refreshing. Highly recommend this place.“

“Everything about the restaurant was great! Staff were very friendly and attentive and there’s a great view of the water. My only complaint is how expensive the food is. I ordered a simple grilled salmon and it was $48, the salmon was delicious but it was far smaller then what I normally see at cheaper restaurants and there was nothing else on the plate, no garnish of any kind so the plate looked sad. The small salmon sat in the middle of a big white plate. I’d expect for how much I was paying for the food to at least look a bit more presentable and “flashy” but regardless it was a good salmon. I spent $140 overall for a dinner of 2 with 2 entrees, 2 sides and a dessert.“

My son and I occupied a nice roomy corner booth and enjoyed a delicious Porterhouse steak along with the delicious POPOVERS (large and scrumptious ) , preceded by super appetizers. My one minor peeve is the absence of MAKERS MARK Bourbon for my pre dinner Manhattan, a surprising omission in a steak place of this caliber, but the Woodstock replacement proved to be a decent alternative. “Wow, I made a reservation for 4 for a business lunch and we had the best experience. This place is open and airy with a lot of floor to ceiling glass, it's a bit crowded on the floor to accommodate all of the tables and was empty when we arrived, but was completely full by the time we left. The lunch list is short, but the food was absolutely fantastic. It includes a first course, second course and dessert. We all started with the octopus and I had the Dorado which was the fish of the day. Even the steamed broccoli on the side was fantastic. We ended the meal with Greek yogurt, nuts and honey and cappuccinos all around. So it wasn't a heavy meal, and the dessert wasn't overly sweet. The other option was a walnut cake with ice cream. The service was impeccable, our glasses were filled throughout, and everything came quickly and was set down at the same time, but the service was never disruptive to the conversation, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal and agreed that we would host future larger events there at the restaurant. They have a private room upstairs and a basement area downstairs with more room as well. It's also located close to Grand Central Station for anyone traveling into The city. I can't say enough good things, we had a great meal.“
