“Picture the quintessential neighborhood corner sandwich shop of your dreams - this is it. This is the spot. Found it today and knew at first menu glance it’d be dope. The daily specials (kielbasa & egg sandwich, and Italian melt) were great and already thinking about the next ones I want to try (ex. The Bobby). Slaw, pickle, and Vietnamese iced coffee were great too!The place was happily busy on a sunny Saturday afternoon - line inside but I ordered ahead online since I was walking my dog, and their service was great — I literally stepped inside and within 2 seconds someone came out to greet me, I said I placed order, they said my name and handed me my bag and coffee.I don’t know what we the people of Francisville did to deserve Sandwich Corner Market, but my heart is full (and stomach)(Can you guys maybe make like, a little sandwich sample flight? Like 3 little sliders somehow? I want to try so many at once but can’t be slamming like 3 sandwiches and foresee myself stressing in the future over which 1 sandwich to pick per order)“

“We visited Hershel’s East Side Deli which was recommended by Somebody Feed Phil. It was one of our favorites among the trip to Philly. They sliced the meat in a sense of urgency, stacked it with huge amount and it looked extremely satisfying. We had a Our Famous Reuben Sandwich, Daily Soup and Salad Platter Sampler. The portion was huge with reasonable price. There are 4 options for Our Famous Reuben Sandwich and we had Corned Beef. It was satisfying when we saw how thick it was and the texture was pretty moist with refreshing pickles.“

Love the Italian hoagie and Buffalo chicken quesadilla, and my wife and daughter both love bacon / turkey bacon egg and cheese sandwiches here. “From someone who loves Wawa hoagies, let me tell you, I have been wasting my money! The Super Mario hoagie at Mario's Original Deli is one of THE BEST hoagies i have ever eaten in my life!! I love hoagies too!! (My buddy got the Roast Beef, and he loved his as much)–They even accept EBT cards, so you can get any cold hoagie put on your EBT card!!–The Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent! Delicious hoagies, top of the line meats and cheeses, soft tasty rolls. I used to work in a deli, so i know. My new hoagie spot!–The Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent! Friendly, in and out quickly, reasonably priced!–The Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Its a South Jersey Hoagie shop and Deli, disguised as a South Jersey Hoagie shop and Deli! Its a nice clean deli with good food reasonably priced. What else do you want!?–This isn't an advertisement. Come here, grab some food for the family, and you will not only have a new hoagie spot, you will have a hoagie night every week from here.–UNFORTUNATELY, i didn't take any pictures!! I was starving, and my Super Mario was Bangin! I will remember to snap some pics next time.Dietary restrictions: I don't know exactly how "Healthy" a hoagie is, but they got top quality meats and cheeses. Not that waxy, glossy, processed stuff. Real Meat, and Real Cheese. And then they got fresh rolls! Everything else is up to you, and what you like. You can hold the oil and mayo, or whatever. You can order a pretty healthy, conscious sandwich if thats what you want.Parking: There's a side lot, a big back lot, and a side street right there you can pull up to. If you're handicapped, you can park, but there are steps to go in the store. The people were so nice, i bet if you ordered, and pulled up, they would bring it out to you, so don't let that stop you from coming here.“

“This is my favorite place to come for takeout, I probably visit way too often but the butter chicken is SO good and they have great prices, a ton of variety (the krispy krunchy chicken is always good and so are the sandwiches!), and they are really nice! Would recommend!“
“I know Troy personally and his family. They're great people and the work he does at Troy's Place is just amazing. His prices are reasonable, he's great to work with, and he has great food and is creative with his selections. I highly recommend him for catering - especially for catering.“

“THE best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! I will admit I was a bit bummed when she said they only had brioche buns and not Kaiser rolls but whoa, so delicious. I thought New York did them best, but this spot is top notch. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend!“

“If you are looking for a great old fashion tasty hoagie, Chick's is the best deli I've been to in years.,just found out about this place through my 89 year old neighbor whom have been going to Chick's over 40 plus years. There chicken cheesesteak is awesome and everyone that works there seems to be extremely nice.I don't know what anyone else would say about this great hoagie and steak place in South Jersey but they have my vote for the best sandwich place in New Jersey.“
“Great little deli. Good sandwich. Great amount of meat. Friendly staff. Good vintage city vibes. Reminds me of my youth, no nonsense. Parking can be an issue, but worth a short walk. Definitely in my top 10 in south philly. Prices are also fair.“

“Friendly neighborhood Mom and Pop run deli, call ahead to have your order ready for pick up as they can get very busy. Luncheon meats are cut fresh and prices are more reasonable than the supermarket. Have yet to try their sandwiches and hoagies but they seem to be very popular as they are constantly making them and always have plenty of orders for them. Be patient as it is only a 2 person operation so if you walk in you may have to wait a bit. They are a cash only operation.“

“I love this deli. The guys who run it are classy guys. They LOVE making custom sandwiches for me, they really go out of their way to provide extra. Another thing they love is when you get a chicken cutlet sandwich and you ask for gravy on it, but you call it sauce. All jokes aside this is the best deli I have found in Philly. 6 stars out of 5.“

“Delicious breakfast, affordable, and the chefs/staff are all wonderful. Love the breakfast platter, but the breakfast sandwiches are also fantastic. Also the cheesesteak on a seeded roll is really one of the best in Philly and the cutlet hoagies are so good. Cozy and comforting, it’s just a great place.Vegetarian options: Lots of great veggie breakfast options and a few lunch hoagie options for vegetarians, too! Plus homemade soups.Kid-friendliness: Lots of families here, has options that almost all kids will be open to!“

“Never knew about this place, found it on GrubHub, and so glad I did! Everything was great! We will definitely be ordering here again! This lil hidden gem has one of the best Buffalo chicken salads I’ve had in a long time! I’m picky with my Buffalo salads and this one was perfect. (The chicken was good, no weird pieces, cut up small, had classic buffalo sauce, (not that sweet stuff other places use) perfect amount of sauce.. not too saucy or too dry) We also got the potato tots with cheese bacon and ranch. They were smothered in a generous amount of toppings, and even with the time included for the driver to pick up the order then drive 18+ minutes the tots where still crispy! Give this place a shot!“

“This place rocked on lunches for when we were fixing up our new home, I guess you can say I'm a regular now. Coffee is the best corner store coffee I ever had. I have a coffee pot, but I prefer theirs. Snacks are always fresh, never stale, and lunch meat is awesome. Great prices, very clean place, great people that welcome you in, and they have my favorite coconut mexico popsicles that are fairly priced considering. Great place. I'm not crazy about their ATM machine though. I havnt been able to figure out how to bypass the balance check, and unfortunately I get charged a fee for that, plus withdrawal. Comes out to be $7 to take money out from that atm. Just make sure you go with cash. Other then that, the place is great!!“

“Wonderful family-run place. Okay I gave it five stars for atmosphere and I understand this is Reading Terminal Market it's not fine dining. But for a dose of a little rough-around-the-edges Philadelphia culture, the Terminal gets 5 stars. As for the food, my corned beef special was the best corned beef ever. It was unbelievably tender and delicious. If you're not super hungry you can get two lunches out of one sandwich as well.“

“I just ordered a crispy tomato hoagie, along with a veggie hoagie and an Italian hoagie. Still, my favorite place to order from. Antonio, the owner, still takes orders over the phone and the delivery is prompt. Thanks, Antonio for your delicious food and service. 12/28/20The hoagies are delicious! The sandwiches are made to order and are consistently good. They are made fresh and this is one of the best places to order a hoagie tray. My personal opinion, the best veggie and Italian hoagies. Their pasta salads are good and their hot roast pork is a must try. What is also nice is that you can call over the phone and have your sandwiches delivered.10/23…I didn’t get to take a new photo but the hoagies are just as good as ever. Jackie took my order over the phone and she was so patient and kind. Picked up my hoagies and I really haven’t been here in a long time. Love a place that is clean, the staff are nice and the food is delicious! Of course, I have to make it known, the hoagies are made to order and on Sarcone hoagie rolls…can’t get much better than that. Antonio also mentioned he opened a second location in West Philadelphia, wishing him much success there. Once the people try his hoagies, they will know how awesome they are!“

“Love 4 Seasons Market. Very high quality items for a small grocery store, and if you’re a beer fan you’ll be even more impressed. At least a third of the store is dedicated to the beverage with what I’ve been told by reliable sources is an amazing selection. The deli meats are top notch, cheesesteaks are perfect- fresh roll, right meat/cheese ratio, etc.Not for those on any kind of budget, but if you can occasionally treat yourself, everything here is consistently fresh, well made, with generous portions. Sometimes a short wait around lunch hours (you can call them directly for pickup or have it delivered via Grubhub).“
“We ordered a sandwich platter for our wedding party to snack on while we got ready this past December. They got to the venue easily and quickly and the food was great! The sandwiches garnered the approval of all the old cranky men and that’s no easy feat.“

“Every few weeks I hop on the 57 bus at 4th & Arch and travel to Moyaminsing & Mifflin in the heart of South Philly. Then, I walk a block to Dolores' 2Street to pick up our order of hoagies. The food that comes out of Delores' 2Street is on its own level of deliciousness. Think art, creativity, and hard work, 'cause that's what goes into every sandwich that leaves their counter. What are you waiting for?“

“Nestled in the heart of South Philadelphia, Lil Nick's Deli stands as a culinary treasure, celebrated for its delectable offerings and, notably, its extraordinary "DAG Cutlet" sandwich. A visit to this establishment is an experience of indulgence and satisfaction, encapsulating the essence of the local food scene and its fusion of flavors. The star of the show, the "DAG Cutlet" sandwich, is a masterpiece that exemplifies the artistry of sandwich craftsmanship. Comprising a crispy fried chicken cutlet as its foundation, this sandwich demonstrates an expertly achieved balance of textures and flavors. The initial crunch of the cutlet gives way to the creamy and rich mozzarella, which imparts a comforting melt-in-your-mouth sensation. The addition of prosciutto elevates the sandwich's saltiness and depth, contrasting perfectly with the mild heat of the long hots. What truly sets the "DAG Cutlet" apart, however, is the masterstroke of balsamic glaze that crowns the sandwich. The tangy and slightly sweet glaze binds all the components together, enhancing each bite with a harmonious blend of taste sensations. This divine combination is not just a sandwich; it's a symphony of flavors that dance across your palate.Lil Nick's Deli has become a bona fide South Philly staple, embodying the spirit of the neighborhood's love for hearty, flavor-packed sandwiches. With its warm and inviting ambiance, it's more than just a place to grab a bite—it's a culinary sanctuary where locals and visitors alike gather to savor the essence of the city's food culture. But the enchantment doesn't end with the "DAG Cutlet." Lil Nick's Deli continues to captivate its patrons with another stellar creation: the "Pesto Cutlet" sandwich. This symphony of tastes features a fried chicken cutlet adorned with the velvety richness of vodka sauce and fresh mozzarella. The addition of pancetta introduces a smoky element that tantalizes the taste buds, while the pesto sauce offers a vibrant and aromatic burst of freshness. Each bite is a revelation, a testament to the thoughtful pairing of ingredients and the dedication to culinary excellence.Lil Nick's Deli has solidified its status as a culinary mecca within the vibrant South Philly community. The "DAG Cutlet" and "Pesto Cutlet" sandwiches stand as shining examples of the establishment's commitment to crafting sandwiches that are not just meals, but memorable experiences. “I just got a 6inch Italian from One Stop for $7 and it was loaded. It even felt heavy when I picked it up. Top quality meat and cheese on a pretty good roll. It was way more then I thought I would get for $7. Excited to try their other sandwiches and very happy to have them in the neighborhood.“
“I love them! I was worried they wouldn't reopen after the pandemic. Huge menu, lots of breakfast options as well. I've never had anything I didn't like. Corned beef, turkey club, French fries (some of my most recent orders). My only tiny complaint is post COVID-19 the bakery section was greatly reduced & they did away with my fav' dark chocolate & toffee covered pretzels. You can't really find them anywhere else.“

“Stopped here before a sixers game, and I was not expecting to have SUCH a good hoagie. Always have to try one hot and one cold. The italian had a great variety of quality meats and had a perfect ratio of meat to toppings. The OMG cutlet was simple but tasty- we chose the grilled version and it was like a caprese salad in a hoagie. Would return for sure to try another style. Staff was awesome too, and prices were super reasonable.“

“This is an old school, authentic, and amazing little Polish deli. It has all the Eastern European standards. You won’t find much in the way of decor or convenience items as this is more along the lines of a specialty food shop. They no longer serve thier amazing sandwiches but you can get sausage and pirogies to make at home.“
