Looked exactly like the picture and could quite possibly be some of the best pizza I've ever had. I usually ask for my pizza well-done, but no need here. It was cooked perfectly. The sauce had some sweetness to it which was a nice surprise and change of pace. I'd recommend they use the sauce on all their pizza because I tried a plain slice and it just couldn't compare. Can't wait till I'm back in town to get another Brooklyn Grandma.“

The staff are all nice especially our server Fermin. He was very pleasant and always had a warm smile. The only hiccup was that they were short staffed in the kitchen so we were there for a very long time AND my husbands steak was over cooked. “When I arrived with my 4 year old daughter, I realized this restaurant may be a little more formal than we expected and not a place that served many kids. However, our experience was wonderful, and I can’t wait to go back. The staff treated my daughter so nicely & made her feel welcome, the food was delicious, they had a nice wine list, and a lot of care went into every detail. This is how a restaurant should be. Everything we ordered was tasty & well prepared, we had a nice swordfish appetizer and whole branzino that was filleted table side. “I've been looking for a local, full service coffee shop that roasts their own beans, sells coffee/espresso, as well as offers breakfast and lunch.**This IS that place**I couldn't tell from their website, but the posts I saw on insta showed that they serve food, and I'm happy to report that it tastes as good as it looks!Very friendly staff and accommodating. Although it's currently the middle of December, I wanted a macchiato over ice, which wasn't on their menu, but when I asked they happily said 'of course'.Seems like I'm going to have to sign up for their points system because I can tell I'm going to be back here a whole lot more.I'm particularly interested in sampling their beans, just wish i didn't have to buy an entire bag of beans. Why don't these local roasters sell sample packs, allowing you to still purchase a pound of beans, but separated into small batches with samples of each bean type? This would allow me to quickly figure out which bean I want to try without having to buy a single large bag and take a month to go through coffee I don't really like before trying the next type . . . Or maybe i should start roasting my own beans and do this method . . .Anyways, I really like the space they have, they've really made the most of it, very cozy and inviting.Can't wait to go back“

“My husband and I had our wedding here in February 2024. It was exactly what we wanted and our family and friends were blown away. The staff were so helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. We loved all the food and the cocktail hour was awesome. Our guests are still talking about it. The penne is beyond the term exquisite and the butter with it was amazing. I can only say the downside is the physical appearance and even then I like it. It's a little cramped and it's relatively hard to navigate when with a group even though the place is small, but I genuinely love this place very much. Then waited a long time for the check, etc. Ended up spending about 2.5 hrs in there. I appreciated not being rushed, but I went in there extremely hungry and I am a busy medical student, so I did not anticipate spending so long in there.I will say, our server, Caesar, was stellar! very kind, charismatic, and helpful. The owner takes special pride and care, and making sure every item is perfectly curated and absolutely delicious!I know this sounds crazy, but this little hole in the wall has some of the best meatballs I’ve ever had in my life!
