“The waiter is very warm, and each dish will be introduced in detail, making people feel at home. Moreover, the store really pays attention to details, so no matter how small the details are made in place during the meal, which makes the dining experience very pleasant!“
“Loved it! The food was so good, fresh and well made. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We came in at an odd hour, midway between lunch and dinner and had we were warmly greeted and enjoyed a relaxed, delicious lunch. Varied menu. Plenty of vegetarian choices. The restaurant is small with booths and tables. Accessible. Parking nearby (paid).“
“Excellent dumpling! I ordered the chicken and shrimp dumplings. One order fried and another order steamed of each and they did not disappoint. The Chef knows what he/she is doing . I also had their chicken fried rice and it was not too salty. I would definitely go back there.“
“Visiting Redbank and dined here for the 1st time. My wife and I both started with a delicious generous portion of soup. I will say that the wontons were amazing. We then shared the Beijing duck. It was outstanding and could have fed 3. As of 3/23, they did not have a liquor license. Although they do allow BYB which we did not know, no fault of theirs. Highly recommend if you are a duck lover. Watching the plates[fantastic portions] run by, made me believe their other dishes are outstanding as well. Great service. Sorry no photos. I was too busy stuffing my face!“
“Had to write this review because this just happened. I had placed an order through their website couple of things and an order of their small spare ribs. They come 4 in a small. When I checked them I realized yes, I had four pieces but they so so small, two made up one rib. I called the restaurant and told them with no attitude. They were completely understanding so they asked me to bag the small ones up and they immediately came and replaced them. That was amazing and I really appreciated it. I love their ribs lol.“
“OMG. Got so sick of ho-hum Chinese food. Nothing worth the money. Got Xing Wok flyer in our mailbox so decided to give it a takeout try. Guy who answered and took our order was so nice and helpful.. Food was SO awesome. Ordered the combo Chicken Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables with Pork Fried Rice. Chock full of flavor AND ingredients. Have enough for tomorrow too. My husband had Wonton Egg Drop Soup and Pork LoMein and was very pleased. We will SO order from them again. Timely delivery and pleasant delivery guy. Can u tell we are now fans???“
“Hands down one of my most favorite Chinese places in the area… moo shu pork & hot & sour are one of the best versions/dishes I ever had. Egg foo young yum too. I do shrimp. I lived in the area @ 35 years; and anytime, I am around, I go there. Plus the price point is great there too! Highly competitive prices (which means cheaper than other Chinese restaurants in the area) & way better quality & portions….Love the place honestly Well Done ??P.S.Just get chili ?️ oil soon. It will up the game.P.S.S. Don’t know if they still deliver, but when they did, wonderful drivers…“
“Went in for a quick lunch, love the fact that they gave me miso soup with my general Tsao's Tofu! Great real Chinese vibe, serve the fried noodles with hot mustard and Sweet sauce! I will definitely be back. I was discouraged though because the online prices said lunches were nine dollars then when we got there they were all $11 still a decent price& a good portion. My boyfriend had the shrimp with Chinese vegetables and the shrimp were nice.“
“Best Chinese food I've had, been going for many years. They are always pleasant Even when A little busy. And they laugh at my silly jokes.Vegetarian options: It Is chinese food lots Of veggie'sKid-friendliness: Their daughter practically grew up there was always happy, doing her school work. I enjoyed making her laughParking: Easy, Parking is 5 to steps steps away from the door. Also another parking lot 20 steps away, & also stops in the back. You will never have a problem parking.Dietary restrictions: Almost every Chinese place has a veggie options“
“I'll start by saying I've only gotten take out from here, never dined in, so I'm not sure of their dining service. They're take out is great though. The food is great. Delivery times are normal. They're also on local delivery services. They're prices are a little bit more than most for Chinese food, but well worth it. When I first moved to this area several years ago I had a really hard time finding a Chinese restaurant I liked. One of the main issues I had was finding a decent egg roll, among other dishes. This place met all my expectations and more.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ming Ying Chinese Restaurant in Long Branch, NJ, and I can't stop raving about their Beef Chow Fun. It was an absolute delight! The beef in this dish was incredibly succulent and tender. Each bite practically melted in my mouth, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the natural taste of the beef without overwhelming it. The combination of the tender beef and the savory sauce made for a truly delicious experience.Additionally, the noodles in the Beef Chow Fun were piping hot and wonderfully fresh. They had a delightful chewiness to them that added a satisfying texture to the dish. The noodles absorbed the flavors of the sauce beautifully, making each bite a burst of deliciousness.Ming Ying Chinese Restaurant certainly knows how to make a standout Beef Chow Fun, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying and flavorful Chinese cuisine experience. I'll definitely be returning for more of this fantastic dish!“
“I ordered dragon phoenix, vegetable lo mein, and sesame wonton, and they were all so delicious with the sesame wonton being so flavorful and the jumbo shrimp from the dragon phoenix taste so fresh and the chicken with white meat tastes so juicy and crunchy with great flavorVegetarian options: Veg lo mein and mix veg are both really good“
“Tell you what 2 trips to China chef in 2 weeks and I think we may have found a Chinese food takeout restaurant. The first trip was for wonton soup, solid. The second trip was for a full dinner. Roast pork egg foo young was a large portion and delicious. Boneless spareribs were outstanding. Spicy wontons were good according to my wife. The boneless chicken was very different than the norm, well seasoned sauce and vegetables while the chicken was deep fried individual pieces, different but good. Chinese eggplant with garlic sauce was good, spicy but the eggplant needed to be cooked longer. Egg rolls were solid. No seating inside, strictly takeout but the husband and wife are friendly and thankful for the business. Plenty of parking in a shopping center on 35. Looking forward to trying other dishes.“
“This place is Soo good and super affordable the food always arrive hot they have lots of dishes to try. They have a Thai menu selection along side the Chinese menu .If you ever looking for something new try their noodle /soup bar with mei fun noodles it's like a full meal by itself and their chow fun is worth a try. My personal favorite is their dumplings their pan fried pork dumplings and dim sum are to die for. The beef in the dishes are so tender and perfectly cooked they're moo shu pork just like all of their dishes comes packed. Never had a bad meal from here safe to say this is my boyfriend and I would definitely say eastern empire is our new Chinese spot ? .“
“As a regular for years i owe them a review, every dish is great. The food quality is very good!! The vegetables are always very fresh and the meat is NOT fatty ! The family who runs the restaurant is very nice. There are weeks i will eat china garden for 3 days straight. Its very good. Crab Rangoon is the best!!!“
“Our go to for Taiwanese takeout. It's legit! They have the best beef noodle soup in Monmouth County. We got their San Bei Ji (3-cup chicken) - delicious! The thickened pork soup was very flavorful. The stir fried pork with tofu was great as well.“
“Middletown's House of Chong seems to have undergone some kind of internal change and as a result their entrees are skimpy on the vegetables. So Tai Hing has become my favorite Chinese food spot, plenty of veggies in the entrees and savory sauces.“
“I finally found the best Chinese food I have had in this area since I moved here in May. They don't offer delivery even though their website says they do. I ordered through Grubhub which is good but prices are very different then their website. Would have been 5 stars but they didn't include any sauces (Soy, duck sauce, hot sauce, mustard, fortune cookies...) nothing! If you order make sure you specify everything. I got the Mongolian Beef which was awesome! Beef was tasty and tender, not tough at all. I was very impressed. Also got the boneless ribs which were also equally awesome. Boneless ribs is always a crapshoot but so good! (Had a nice char if you like that like I do) Note to management: Don't skimp on the condiments, just makes you look cheap!“
“This Chinese place is my favorite. They are very accommodating to vegans and vegetarians and their tofu is so good. Also, their vegetable dumplings are my new favorite. They are so delicious.Vegetarian options: Tofu, noodles and dumplings are the best.“
“Liu's Garden has some of the best Chinese food in Central Jersey. They have an expanded menu with nice mixture of meat and vegetarian options. There online ordering is good in capturing most of the menu and allows for additions or changes. There is a small convenience fee for online orders though.“
“I really love this place. It is very close to where we live and has great food. I really love their sweet and sour chicken. I appreciate that the sauce is on the side because I can’t eat most sauces due to a medical condition, and honestly prefer more “plain” food especially when it comes to my fave sweet & sour chicken ?. I also recommend their chicken fried rice. It’s a nice option for when you’re not feeling up to eating but need to get protein/nutrients. As someone with a chronic illness including weirdly specific food and appetite issues, I feel safe ordering from Joy House. Also, delivery is always on time or early and the staff will bring my food up to my 2nd floor apartment instead of leaving it in the lobby. With my mobility issues, I appreciate that more than they’ll ever know! Thanks everyone! ☺️“
“My husband started going to them a few months ago. He really enjoyed everything he had and felt the need to introduce me so today we ordered delivery to our home. I ordered my usual wonton soup, beef and broccoli, and egg roll. These are my go to items which I've had at many many different Chinese places across the region, and USA. I am pretty impressed with golden Jade. The beef was velveted and soft, but it was also thick like I was chewing the steak. The broccoli was a bright and vibrantly green was blanched or cooked al dente or left to our imagination. Not overly sauced or drenched salt. Seems like vitamins are still present. The eggroll was perfectly crisp not too thick. They didn't overwrap it. It had good filling, but my regret was just ordering "egg-roll"and neglected being more specific to order pork eggroll or shrimp egg roll. My husband's hot and sour soup had mushrooms and tofu. It was brown and color with pizzazz but not spicy. Also had had fresh carrots and celery. I wasn't keen on my first spoonful but by the second or third I was devouring it and enjoyed it. My husband had mentioned that their Customer Service is a little above the ordinary. They consistently treat him with kindness and respect. Both of us value that in today's world, give them a try! You eat inside too, they offer several tables and a comfortable area to relax and enjoy your meal.“
“We moved to the area about 3 years ago and have been struggling to find a good Chinese food place until we found Panda House! We can safely say that we have found THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN THE AREA! Last night we put in a large order for 10 people. They got all parts of the order correct and the food was outstanding. The food was fresh, still hot on pick up, fair prices, and was delicious. 10/10 would order from here again! Definitely try it and you wont be disappointed!“
“Solid neighborhood take-out Chinese food place when you have that craving. Fast, fresh. The steamed dumplings are a bit doughy, too heavy for me - reason for minus one star. Open Mondays, which is why I found it. Quick service and easy online ordering. Good portions. No one is usually eating there - basic tables and chairs though if you want.“
“Great fried dumplings and excellent egg rolls. This place deserves higher than this rating, (sidenote: Kings is overrated.) Lo mein has lots of veggies. Chow mein was healthy and mellow. Nice and close to Source Brewery. Unassuming location but quality food, definitely would return.“
“I tried the dinner combo Beef with Broccoli; which comes with pork fried rice and an egg-roll. The sauce and everything was good. My egg-roll wasn't overly greasy. The rice was soft with veggies and pork. I would definitely try again. The service was friendly and fast. Indoors, they are currently doing takeout orders. Bathrooms were unavailable. Ambiance was typical Chinese Takeout restaurant.“
“The food is delicious! Very fresh and tasteful. The chicken wings are so perfectly fried, crispy, and large. Their soups are so flavorful- I recommend the chicken noodle mei fun soup! YUM! The garlic sauce is the right amount of garlic to not be overwhelming for a “garlic sauce”.“
“China Star Our go to spot for Chinese food takeout in Monmouth Beach closed recently. As I understand China star is related to China Sea Chinese takeout in the highlands. My daughter and I decided to give it a chance and confirm. China sea offers takeout and delivery to Seabright which is an added bonus. We decided to pickup the order as we have had bad luck with accuracy on delivery orders. It is confirmed, they are related. My daughter recognized the employees and they are arguing with each mother as usual. The food is the same, the dim sum are still the best item they make. Everything was very good. A little turned off with the .75 charge for house duck sauce and mustard but hey what can you do. Nice to know we have a solid Chinese takeout in the area.“
“I can be a very picky eater when it comes to Chinese food. I love general tso, but few places make it right. The sauce is flavorful with a very mild kick to it. A kick, I have never tasted before but was always told it's supposed to be there if the sauce was made right. The chicken was cooked just the way I like it. Soft on the inside with a bit of a crisp on the outside.“
“Always so good! I always get the same thing delivered, or take out. It is my go-to place for this cuisine, and it comes out perfect every time. They have so many great vegetarian options! They are all so kind and accommodating as well. I’ll always recommend here“
