“I have lived in the Parlin area of Old Bridge for 25 years of my life and I’ve been a customer at all the ice cream establishments in that area. I must say that in the last few months the quality of service and caliber of personnel employed at this Dairy Queen has made a drastic upswing for the best! I was recently there is past Sunday evening to get a late night snack and was greeted with a big smile and cheerful demeanor by a young lady named Jay, I believe she is one of the newer managers there and if not she certainly should be. She was very efficient, professional and overall just a delight to chat with. Anyone hankering for a sweet treat fix should definitely go check it out..!!“

“The most delicious crepe you will ever have. Large portions, perfectly filled, the batter is light and spongy, not overly dense or too crispy. Just right. My favorite is the Ferrero Rocher. The black raspberry and coconut ice cream are superb. Best dessert spot in town.“

“It was our first time going here and we were very impressed by the flavors. My wife tried a vegan flavor and she said it was one of the best ones she’s ever had. As we walked up to the store, we saw the owner cleaning up the outside and while we were sitting inside, we saw him cleaning up as well (bonus points), you can tell he wants to keep his shop clean. “Wow! The ice cream here is just wow! Family loves it. Old school ice cream shop with homemade ice cream, cakes and treats. I only gave four stars on the atmosphere because there's really no place to sit and eat. You have to sit in your car, but that is not a deal breaker.“

“An employee here named Mark was super nice, he brought out our food and when we needed anything that we couldn’t access ourself he got it for us. “Made a delivery here, I had alot to deliver. The attendant was very nice and friendly. I didn't get her name, but she was really pretty, and she had long brunette hair. So, I was making a delivery and when I was done, she offered me a cup of tea ? I thought the was really sweet and kind of her to do. I was literally going to Dunkin to get a tea afterwards my delivery. I say all that to say she made my day she really did ☺️“

“We just found this place a week ago my son comes into the store to purchase our low-fat or sugar-free yogurt. He was skeptical at first because it's hard to find a good yogurt place since we used to a place in Brooklyn New York that was fabulous. The owner helped my son with the various products that were either low sugar no sugar or low fat. We both must say that the peanut butter we consistently get was absolutely delicious we were very impressed with the quality and the taste. I know it seems a little pricey but with the cost of everything today it doesn't seem out of place and with the quality it's worth it my son signed up to get the rewards because we're going to be coming to this place very frequently“

“Cozy shop with really cute aesthetics. They do soft serve on tea and have ice cream! The teas are reasonably priced. The matcha was very good. Toppings choices aren't as numerous as other places but that's ok because they have ice cream.Parking: It's a little tight since it's the strip malls part of Edison. There's a light to make a left out of it so it's not very hard to get out. Just not very many spots. Unknown if there's parking in the rear“

“This was my first time having a mochinut and it was absolutely delightful!!! Their taro mochinut has been my favorite flavor so far. The texture is sooo good. It's both chewy like mochi and doughy like a donut, the perfect mixture of both! Not too heavy and not too sweet. And their variety of flavors is amazing and unique! I can't wait to go back and have some more. I can tell the staff there work hard to pump out all these donuts and with such quality too! Please keep doing what you're doing!“

“Super good! Me and my siblings went during the night a few weeks back when it was really nice out and the place was packed!!! The workers were super attentive and very apologetic about the wait time (which we understood since it was INSANE) the ice cream was absolutely delicious. I got the baileys flavor and was blown away by it! I will be coming back as much as my bank account and doctor will allow ? “Amazing little shop , DON'T miss it behind the house! Lovely owner even stayed open past closing for me to run in & grab some "Yummy" treats ! The almond joy ice cream novelty was to die for , split in 3rds tells you just how big it was, and eaten immediately. Along with a raspberry sorbet in chocolate was delicious on a hot day. Since Amazon and Fresh Direct are out of time slots and I'm too chicken to venture out, I sought the help of the trusty food delivery app. Good thing Ralph's Italian Ices is available online. Every time I go to a Ralph's on Staten Island, there is always a line and it's cash only. Through the app, I am able to order many flavors with no stress. I received delivery within half an hour of my order. Here is what I ordered (don't judge, this will have to last me for awhile and who knows what will happen to restaurants soon): Cremalata Spumoni Cherry cola Jelly ring (my favorite! So many bits of Jelly Ring!) Peach (bits of peach inside) Passion fruit Pina colada Pineapple Hope Ralph's stays open during this difficult time to help us through this. “This is such a fun spot!! I live only a couple of minutes away and never really thought to try it out... the other day I wanted some fro-yo and decided to try out the Fro-Yo Cafe! Stopping in just made my whole day better, it was such a great experience! First off, the decor and ambience in the little shop is adorable and even has a little fish tank in the seating area!! Second off, all of the flavors were unique and not your basic vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry type of thing. They have cherry tart, s'mores, fudge brownie, cake batter...! And this fro-yo was sooo good! it was light and airy with authentic flavors that didn't taste too rich or overbearingly sweet. Last but definitely not least, the TOPPINGS !!! Something about the layout and selection of their toppings just made my mind go wild! There were so many to look at and I was overwhelmed with the amount of delicious options! after some careful decisions, I decided on some cookie dough bites and waffle cone crumbles but I could have gone MUCH crazier! One last thing to mention is the super friendly and helpful service! Also not sure if it mattered, but when I went it was pretty quite, it was a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm. And fairly priced, too! a bowl that I was able to share was only $5! can't wait to come back!!“

“Just stopped in to grab their soup and some ice cream.I couldn't decide on just one soup so I got 2, the vegetable & lobster bisque and they are both so good. The flavors are delicious, the amount & variety of vegetables in the veggie soup are perfect. “As previously mentioned. Parking on the street just outside of the entrance before checking in. It’s best to show up just before your appointment. There is no parking on site or anywhere near. The employees were great to deal with and they unloaded me within 45 minutes.“

“This is the second in a series of Staten Island reviews I'll be doing, based on my "Staten Island Adventure" with Jill R. and Rebecca G. Funny enough, I did not start with the first place that Jill R. and I went to the minute we got off the Staten Island Railway. Have you ever taken that thing? It's a trip. I'm pretty sure two homeless kids with bikes were trying to make fun of me. Anyway, it took about 20 minutes for the thing to get going, Jill and I had worked ALL DAY, and then taken a BOAT to sit and listen to these homeless kids with disproportionate ages (one of them was clearly a grown man actually) say really ignorant thing and have their nips keep slipping. Yeah... they were wearing tank tops in September. My point is: I needed ice cream. I said as much at one point at the ferry terminal, 'cause they have some sort of substandard ice cream you can buy at the ferry (sorry ferry ice cream stand). This place was like a majestic beacon the minute you get off the great kills stop. When we in, NO ONE WAS INSIDE. I was going to get something more classic, like a waffle cone or some such, but my instincts asked if she could make a milkshake in any of the flavors available. Could she? Oh, she could. I had a cookies and cream milkshake. It was fantastic. I did suck it down way too fast, and essentially had a dairy hangover for the next 6 hours, but this was aided by not eating anything all day. The lady talked to us for a bit, too. They had games for kids inside. Some sort of rewards program I could not properly sign up for. There's a big ceramic ice cream thing in the window. Good place to bring kids to, I would say. IP.S. Joe G. and I were talking down 2nd Ave later the next week, and I saw a stand outside a pizza place for the SAME EXACT ICE CREAM. I'm like I JUST went to this place on Staten Island. Then the guy behind the counter yelled, "Hey! That's where I'm from!" I'm glad I waited to write this so I could tell you that part. It was the best part of the whole thing.“

I didn't realize until day of, and thought I was going to have over 100 disappointed children and 30 disappointed teachers. One thing disappointing is today I ordered the absolutely delicious birthday cake doughnado which I always order, and the girl gave me the tiniest scoop of cookie dough! I also had the twister here with chocolate custard and peanut butter cookie dough cream ice. It was good, but not nearly as good as the doughnado. I ordered the chocolate waffle and asked them to replace m&ms with mangoes. They did charge me extra for the mangoes though. Overall the waffle was freshly made and the ice-cream was good too! Nothing to not like about an ice-cream and a waffle!“

The man was yelling at the employee and from the beginning he had a very nasty attitude. Even if something was wrong he had no right to scream at this young girl who was trying to help him. The additional costs were very reasonable and the cake looked great! We live a bit far so I couldn’t come in person to order it but was able to communicate with the owner via email and phone. “I've been to Ralph's lots of times. They have a ton of cream ices and sundaes to chooses from. They even sell cookie dough. The best cookie dough flavors are the cake batter or the peanut butter. You can get a doughnado which has a layer of cookie dough then a layer of ice cream then topped with another layer of cookie dough. My personal favorite things to order her is the brownie sundae or the doughnado. They are both delicious! If you get any of their sundaes with hot fudge I recommend you get it with hard ice cream versus the soft serve. Otherwise the hot fudge will melt the soft serve very fast. I like that this location is indoors so if it rains you can still go and get a delicious treat. I recommend Ralph's in Aberdeen!“
