We had a sausage and egg on a croissant, guava and cheese pastry and scrambled eggs with plantains and Arepa. we also took home quite a few pastries. “I chose this place for a first date and it was great. The servers were very nice and attentive. I got fish with rice and tostones. Everything was cooked to perfection, seasoned well and came out within 20 minutes. My date got steak and he really enjoyed it. I drank a cappuccino and it was delicious! I'll definitely return! “Passed this place a thousand times without ever noticing it, but read some positive reviews and decided to stop in for breakfast. I ordered the typical Colombian breakfast which consisted of scrambled eggs made with diced tomatoes and scallions, chorizo, and the Columbian version of a tortilla with melted Mexican style cheese. All absolutely delicious. The coffee was great too. Columbian coffee with frothed milk, so good. I ate at the counter and conversed with the proprietors and they were so nice. Will definitely return.“

“Okay I've only been in the area for a few months but so far this is literally my favorite restaurant in a 20-min radius. Portions are HUGE, food is always delicious and well-seasoned, everything is affordable (you can get an $11 lunch special) and their breakfast is just as good as their dinner (which is amazing). I eat here like twice a week now and if I had more money or lived closer I would eat breakfast here every day. I've only done takeout and delivery so I don't know how table service is, but the cashier is always helpful and asks if we want hot sauce/pink sauce, so I'd guess it's good! I mean even if they yelled at me I'd still come back, the food is just THAT good haha“

“Best prices in all of Somerset street North Plainfield!!! I always get batido de mora with milk. The empanadas go for $1 and they have chicken or beef. I prefer the chicken one and do alot of my friends but it really goes down to preference. My family loves their bandeja paisa as this is what they're mainly known for and everything is served pretty quickly. You can also order to go!“
