The chef chops some tomato and cooks the tilapia of a lemon heavenly taste gravy, it is served with white rice and salad. The menu varies from several Costa Rican dished to some Colombian ones. You won't be disappointed, and best of all the prices on the menu are pretty affordable. So don't hesitate and give it a try.“

“This is a small business that makes you feel at home even from different ethnicity. We are a fmaily of 7 and accomodated us very well. My kids are extremely picky and 3 of them chose the chicken tacos and loved them! One had the quesadilla and he is the most picky he ate some and took the rest for the next day. I am very picky with Mexican authentic food but this surpass all the restaurants I have been to in PA (I live in PA)! Al Azar plate was awesome and my baby is not one to eat much and she was eating the rice. My husband had the Caldo beef. To my surprise that was the most tasty soup I have tasted and the 1st Mexican soup I have tasted! The horchata was out of this world good! Will definitely go back again! I told the server that my son had a shellfish allergy and respected that! I bet the rest of the dishes are just as good!Parking: It’s a small location with parking. But that is enough for us!Kid-friendliness: My kids were excited! The decorations made them so happy! The food was great! Respected my child’s allergies!“

“Came in on a Friday with my brother and so happy to see my favorite bartender Jimmy. He went out of his way to make sure I had a sample of the seafood salad to make sure I liked it. “This is a beauty of a hidden gem in Elizabeth, NJ. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a restaurant before like I did in El Parador Rojo Restaurant. I will admit the food is very good, but also very pricey. However, the people are so warm and friendly, very inviting. The live music is very fun and I love seeing the customers dance! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to take a quick trip to Colombia ??. Our server Holmar was fantastic and made great recommendations for food and drinks. “As a patron of the Tenafly location, I wanted to try the Montclair locale. Parking isn't great around there but we managed. The cocktails were good. There was a grilled octopus plate served with a salad as an appetizer and it was delicious! Most of the entrees were seasoned okay but nothing stood out. One of our 5 dishes came out wrong but corrected within 5 minutes. The original dish was meant for another table and we got the correct plate quickly. Noise level was normal for a Friday night. Very nice ambiance - decor wise. Would return.“
“This place has very good potential to be a regular spot.They have the best quesadillas ever. The tacos were alright, to be honest. The meat was rather dry, in my honest opinion, but I feel like it could've just been an off day for them when I tried it.The lady who helped us was absolutely sweet and really took time to get our orders correctly.The birria is good but definitely did not have a good consomé. Yesterday was our second time visiting and the service alone is impeccable(Luis, thank you for making the night even more special!), but then add to that the delicious food and ambiance makes for a perfect date night.
