“I just had the fried chicken honey mustard sandwich and it was delicious! The fries were excellent! Our server was very friendly and the service was speedy. This was my second time here and both experiences were great! Excellent place for a nice meal. As they say, "Try it, you'll like it!" ????“
“Have not been here in quite a while, stopped in for lunch and it was still as delicious as it was years ago. The burgers are huge and flavorful. The hot turkey sandwich was also huge and the gravy was delicious. Plenty of choices for everyone classic comfort food you always expect that a good diner. Service was awesome, inside is warm and inviting.“
“Dean and his staff know how to get stuff done right. Booths are small and cramped in order to accommodate more people. Lines are out the door as is and they really can’t increase their capacity and volume anymore. It’s cash only too. But again, Dean and his staff get stuff done right! When it comes to breakfast, they know what they’re doing.Typically slammed most days with people wanting a nice breakfast and you’ll get one here. Everything I’ve ever ordered came out good! It’s a great little diner!“
“It is what you make of it. Typical dining hall food. Not very good quality. Meat is usually dry and overcooked and the salad bar gets very repetitive and oftentimes soggy, but the soft serve ice cream machine is great. The music/radio is so loud though, makes for an unenjoyable atmosphere.“
“the most amazing diner anyone can ever come to, i was in such a bad mood but the manager, Murat, and my server, Dom turned my frown upside down. i loved every bite of my food it was so delicious even though a little salt wouldn’t hurt. they were as sweet as their cappuccino, you won’t regret your experience especially with Dom as your serve! Erin was also such a sweetheart she was also checking in on me every chance she got, 10/10“
“At 10:30 PM, my husband and I were hungry so we went to the Broad Street Diner. I was in the mood for breakfast so had a breakfast combination that really hit the spot. My husband had a chicken dinner with a delicious tomato sauce. The waitress was very attentive and the prices were great.“
“This place is amazing! It used to be on the main drag many years ago, but somehow it lasted over the years. It has great food and super friendly staff. We went in there and I told them that we have never been here before. The server walked us through all the items on the menu and was very friendly. On the menu they have interesting items that you would not expect at a diner. I had a cajon dish that had crab and eggs. It was great. There are a lot more options too.Inside the restaurant it is still decorated in the old 1950s style. It has cast aluminum fixtures including doors and trim along the bar. It has classic styling that has years of use, but the restaurant is still clean and in good condition. In one of my photos notice the old table top and the old plastic leather chairs from the 1950s. It is really neat to see this all still in use today.Parking: The parking lot is large and has room to turn around.“
“Had late lunch/breakfast with family and loved this off beat place. We ordered eggplant parm, chicken parm, omelette, chicken wrap.Food was good, server was very nice and sweet!Vegetarian options: QuesadillasBunch of appetizersWrapsPasta dishesSandwiches etc“
“More food than you can eat in one seating! Quick seating. Great staff! Will be back again! Alicia was a Great waitress and would ask for her! She was always ahead of what we needed! Keep up the Great service!!!!Parking: Was plenty of spots for a Friday night!“
“I love New Jersey diners. Soooo much quality food for a decent price. This building is a little bit outdated but the service was immaculate. The waitress was friendly and the food was delivered quickly. I would absolutely recommend this place.“
“Went here for the first time. Had the half sandwich (chicken salad), fries, and creamy chicken soup. All were terrific. Staff is super friendly, service was quick, and no pressure to leave after eating. The decor is fitting to the vibe and adds to the charm. Go try this little gem. You will want to go back again once you do!!“
“I haunted Golden Dawn as a teen, and now, many years later, it is still great ! The BLT I ordered was overflowing with bacon. My waitress took great care of me and was so nice! It is amazing that they have maintained such high standards for over 25 years.“
“Town and Country Diner is one of our go to places to eat out. They are the typical Jersey diner. Big menu, good food and good prices. You won't get gourmet food or an elegant atmosphere, what you will get is quality diner fare. And that's what I like!“
“Good food , great service just could use a Lil something inside. Kinda quiet and all so a television or 5 would help but besides that stupid idea it's a good stop for breakfast/ lunch . I've never had a diner type food from Dennys.“
“Food was nicely cooked and arrived hot (as both meals should have.) A delicious cup of soup was included with each lunch special. I was very disappointed when I was told that I would be charged for an iced tea refill. I wonder if they charge for a second cup of coffee with breakfast in the mornings?“
“I grew up in Chambersburg section here in Trenton nj, Been to most of the Legendary and Best restaurants and mom n pop little Delis in South Trenton, Tatoni's , Cesars , Angelo Tamara's, Porfirio s, Amicis, La Gandola, Creccos, Blue Danube, Pete's, Delo's, Papa's and now Im adding on Pat's Diner South Broad Street ? New owner has the Place so Friggin clean! Noticebly Different!! Same old Pat's dont get it mixed up. I couldn't see a spec of dust in the place, counters sparkling, glass shining, floors you can eat off of, super clean kitchen from where my girl and I were sitting. Most Important, the food was "Mind Blowingly Fresh, homemade to order, pot roast special completew/ soup to salad 2 vegetables and desert included and The BestCorn beef Reuben Ive ever eaten in My Life !!!! Seriously, UnFriggin Believable. I got up from my table to introduce myself to the female owner and she was super nice soft spoken n seemed very humble. The thing I took notice to was her attention in overseeing the running of the Diner. There seemed to be a general level of respect between the staff and owner which is rather rare to witness and feel when youre in a business today. We didn't feel rushed at all to get the table " Turned Over" and thoroughly appreciated that. Im taking the time to explain this experience to those of you that are blessed to have taken your time to read it because I think its so very very crucial to our existence to know that there are people and places Still in Existence Today that show up and are of service to other still doing it with Dignity Respect and Honor. I wont do a comparison to the few surrounding diner's Because I dont need to. Visit Pat's Diner on South Broad Street and see for yourself precisely what I Described and I'm ? that you'll have yourself a "New Diner" you can Thank me when you see me there - One of them BurgerBits“
