I love the one waitress and how she explained the spice levels according to chiptole and taco bell! the uncle who is the owner always greets everyone like hes known them for years. “My family and I go here all the time to get cakes for any event! Every cake we have tried has been delicious. Also, they have the best lobster claw pastries I’ve ever had. The cream is rich and the pastry is so light and crunchy, and it even holds up great being stored in the fridge for a few days. I highly recommend this bakery!”

There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone”

“It may not look like much on the outside, but this place is great. It’s run by a nice guy, and the cheese fries are also quite solid and taste good. As for the hot dogs, they (from the sausage to the chili to the cheese to the mashed potatoes) have this amazing texture. Like, it has this soft, embracing feel in your mouth that just leaves you with a smile on your face. And the taste is phenomenal. - Flavor: Extensive selection with seasonal variety available. I usually get the Chai or Oolong Milk Tea. The tea used in the milk tea is pleasantly strong but can sometimes be a bit watery instead of a smooth milk tea. Seasonal flavors tend to be hit or miss. Because the teas can be hit or miss, you'll likely default to a couple drinks you like rather than want to experiment too often.
- Boba: Generous amount of Boba with a pleasantly elastic chew. The boba rarely clump which make for a pleasant drink experience but the sweetness of the boba can cause a sweet drink to be a bit too sweet. Regardless, the boba has a nice inherent flavor.
- Price: Meets what I consider the average price (7-8$, 2025).
- Overall - A very solid bubble tea place that I have been frequenting for several years when in the area. It is a nice bubble tea for regular visits but doesn't quite set the standard for a bubble tea shop you'd actively go out of the way for.

- Extra - Despite the extensive menu, it's limited space means it's selection pales in comparison to other established shops or kiosks of the Kung-Fu tea franchise. The kiosk location is also interesting and the staff are courteous,”

“We've eaten there many times. The food is good with large portions and at very reasonable prices. Mohammad the waiter, aka Mo, is exceptionally friendly, attentive, professional and accommodating. His service is fantastic and always with a smile. We've had other waitresses serve us that were not so friendly and their service was very disappointing so we try to go when we know Mo is working. I highly recommend eating there and hopefully you'll get Mo to serve you. It just makes your meal more enjoyable.”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team at the Chick-fil-A in Wayne Towne Center. We often hear about negative experiences, but exceptional service deserves to be highlighted as well.

Recently, I needed to order approximately 20 Kids Meals for a second-grade class celebration for my daughter's birthday. I was initially hesitant because the catering menu only offered Kids Meals with chips, but I specifically wanted the children to enjoy the classic Chick-fil-A experience with nuggets and waffle fries.

After reaching out, I was connected with the management team, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Manuel Chalas, Zion, and Alvin. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly.

A special thank you to Alvin, who stepped in while Manny was out the morning of my order. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled perfectly. He carefully coordinated the pickup time, taking into account my drive to the school and making sure the food would still be fresh and enjoyable when it reached the children. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly impressive.

The order was flawless. Every meal was individually packaged, every toy was included, nothing was missing, and everything was organized perfectly. The food was fresh, accurate, and ready exactly when promised.

What made this experience even more special was seeing the excitement on the children's faces. For some of them, it was their very first time trying Chick-fil-A, and watching them enjoy their meals made the celebration that much sweeter.
