“The chicken is hit or miss, which for a rotisserie takeout place is not really acceptable. The sides are always really good, but the real gem here is the gyro and seasoned fries. The service is awful though. Guy at the counter had no greeting, just played on his phone. Didn't use gloves when he handled my food (people use their phones while on the toilette so would been nice to use gloves or wash hands). He didn't say thank you, just handed it to me in cold silence. My advice would be to hire someone who can at least pretend that they want to be there and act like they appreciate your business. With so many great take out places around, this one is unfortunately an easy pass for now on.*** UPDATE *** Excellent management. Clearly strives to fix flaws and makes things right. Employee referred to was trained. Most companies would never take any action, so very impressive. Also, company website offers 10% discount on all orders. Never realized this!“
“Perfect spot for brunch! The atmosphere is upscale, open and great for groups. I got the Oil on Skin drink. Was really light and refreshing. I also got the truffles mushroom omelet. The salad that came on the side with this was perfectly seasoned and so simple but so good. Loved the omelet as well. The tirimisu was one of the best I've had. The server was very friendly and attentive. Great place to go with friends for brunch with an amazing view of the skyline.“

Not everyone knows how to make a yummy cheese pie that don’t a big mess their extra cheese pie is delicious! I highly recommend making a reservation with a note attached; it significantly enhanced our experience, especially with one of the best views in the restaurant. The portions are perfect for sharing, ideal for large parties. Unfortunately, our server wasn't at his best, due to personal issues, but the rest of the staff excelled in compensating and accommodating our party. Special mention goes to Wanita, who not only served our table with enthusiasm but also packed up leftovers for us. She was super friendly and accommodating. Very promptly about packing up the food into to go boxes. As soon as I asked for the ETA of our desert she walked out with ours immediately.The GM, Mr. Hans Nielsen, swiftly assessed the situation and implemented the best solution. It wasn't about lowering the bill; it was about his understanding of our discomfort and reassurance of Chart House's standards. I expressed my concerns, but they don't overshadow this five-star experience. Mr. Nielsen's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression. His proactive approach ensured that our dining experience remained enjoyable despite the initial setback.
