I personally love the tall blonde and the tall curly head. They are so fast even when busy, and they always make my kids the most comfortable. She also went over how she makes roses on cakes as well which as her least favorite part, was my favorite part. It was pretty fascinating and captivating learning more about the art of cakes! Mike has cultivated a very positive workplace where they have fun with the job, which is what it should be about. My strongest advise is don’t knock it till you try it for yourself!
