“Just ordered on Uber Eats and it is by far the best cuban food that I've found since moving here from Miami!!! Will definitley be ordering again!! Only place up north that I've found that makes the simple staples: Empanadas/Croquettes/Sandwiches correctly!!!“
“I have been visiting Did Amigos for over 20 years. Highly recommend the flavors in this steak sandwich. Make sure you get cheese and onions. Batido de trigo is also delishious. Cash only local spot.Parking: You can park in the lot above the restaurant for 1 hour , just make sure they stamp your card.“
“I'd recommend pio pio to all my friends and family. It's one of the best restaurants in the area, in my opinion. Must try the caleo Gallegos, and the tamal en cazuela, it's by far one of the best in the are. Thank you guys for the great food, I truly appreciate it and enjoy it very much!“
“The employees were friendly and it seemed like they have regulars seeing as they knew people's names. The food didn't take long and it was steamy which made it feel more like home cooked meal. I ordered an orange and carrots juice, and I was wondering if it was going to be freshly squeezed or concentrated and to my surprise it was freshly squeezed right in front of us, which made it even better. The empanada wasn't anything I expected which was good. It was a cheese and guayaba empanada and the saltiness and sweetness was a great combination. I would definitely come here again once I'm in the area!“
“Best cuban pizza in NJ. I come all the way from elizabeth to come to this pizzeria, the service is always amazing and the owner treats my family and I like old friends. We have been going there since they first opened and my son Marlon loves his cuban pizza. Plenty of options on the menu and the milk shakes are amazing.“
“Great Cuban ☕️ fresh bread and pastries, the place is small, there is no seating and gets extremely crowded in the morning, even though it was crowded I was able to get in place my order and get out in a few short minutes. Good service, well well worth the wait.“
“I ordered food for a party I had yesterday and everyone loved it! That food felt like home to me. The pernil was tender and cooked to perfection. The mojito for the yuca was absolutely delicious. My friends and family enjoyed it.Service was great from when I placed the order to where I picked it up. The gentlemen there carried out my food to the car for me as well.I will definitely recommend this place and I thank my neighbor for referring me here. Thanks again for the amazing meal and service.“
“To be a waiter you have to be a psychologist, because really there are unbearable people who seem to have to be treated like gods, calm down with more love and respect ??las palmas is a super cool place I like everything and I've been going there for years I am very sorry that the Salvadoran man who made the churrasco is no longer here ?“
“I've only been for their breakfast which is reminiscent of Dominican mangu with 3 golpes and pickled onions. Really good and affordable. Their tequeños which are breaded cheese sticks and choice of two sauces, one Cilantro based and the other mayo ketchup are delicious. Excellent juices that are not too sweet. Overall good in my book.“
“Plates are about $13 and they will FILL YOU UP. My husband loves coming here but he has to come with me because he can't speak Spanish, haha! No worries he's good at pointing at what he wants and they bring you your food to the table. It's his favorite place to eat in the neighborhood, of course I love it too. There's always soccer on the tv and the ladies working here are very friendly. Check out their weekly lunch specials on their menu or feed your whole family with their huge servings.“
“This is a family favorite! Since the food is fresh and very cheap compare to today’s prices within other restaurants around the same area. It could be better flavored, but they have their own seasoning. My favorite dish would have to be the Mangu with eggs, cheese and salami for breakfast. Cannot for get their oatmeal drink& hot chocolate.Kid-friendliness: You can bring your kids and eat with family if that’s your preference. They do have kids seats.“
“Very nice,.semi elegant riverfront spot. Outdoors indoors. Large and comfortable. Views of the Hudson and midtown. Excellent staff and service. Paella was very tasty and huge, could feed two. Rice maybe parboiled? Excellent taste and ingredients. Croquetas were a 8 of 10....only tens are my wife's own. Worth trying . Crunchy, tasty.. pimentón taste? French fries were sooo good. Saw them nearby and had to order them. Wife's Ropa vieja was truly excellent. Accompanying rice was merely ok, had better at regular Dominican joints. Lacked oil? Cuatro leches desert was very good. Sangria and malbec were good. Not cheap. 18,% Tip was added to bill, is that legal? Manager very on top of everything but very discreetly. Failed to tell us with reservation that there'd be no music that sunday. Failed to see the valet parking in the driveway because of the mess of cars, big cheap parking two blocks away. 4.5 for food. 5 for rest.“
