“I normally don’t write reviews but this place deserves a nod. To start, we were with some out of town friends who were impressed with the valet parking. Walking in, the staff were super friendly and seemed to enjoy what they do. We sat in their dining nook which is really private, feels like you have the place to yourself. I have always judged a place based on their scampi, and this is what lead me to write this review. Without question, the best plate, period. Annnnddd that’s even after I had to pick out the mushrooms!!?!!! The deserts were great, too.After dinner cocktails in a dimly lit parlor… ha! We’ll be back.“

I highly recommend the jackfruit croquettes and the sliders which I love that they have vegan options for someone like me. I'm not sure of the name it was a passionfruit cosmo type drink and I didn't even realize it came out with a dry ice bubble. 10/10 for presentation on everything and ambiance. They have a dining area which feels a little more formal ( the chairs were so comfy by the way) and then a bar area with high tops which I think would be great for a girls night. “My wife and I went to Bitol for Saturday Brunch and all I can say is WOW. We were both extremely surprised with the great service and food. We sat at the bar and Hailey was great, one of the best Bloody Marias (Mayan Maria) I have had. My wife loved the Butterfly Pea Tea Mimosas that came with her Mimosa flight. They had great brunch food options and we both really enjoyed our dishes, their guacamole app with the Sikil-P’ak was on point!! We will be back again for brunch, looking forward to their Taco Tuesday night, as well as future dinners at Bitol.“
