“Okay, where to start.I guess with the new ownership. What a night and day difference and how much better this diner has become!Everything from the food (i had a Gouda Burger with some French onion soup)To.. well the revamped menu with a plethora of selection and the talented chefs cooking it.The wait staff is very friendly and are very attentiveA rare treat to find a combination of great food and great people10/10 will be going again.“

“I order takeout from here occasionally, but it's been a while since I've dined there. So I went with some people for lunch one day since we were in the area after a networking event. It wasn't crowded, but felt full with a good number of people having lunch/brunch.The staff were all pretty friendly. We were seated right after walking in and the service was a good pace throughout the entire dining experience. We all ordered something different but seemed to enjoy what we got. One person ordered one of the sandwich specials, another ordered the Mel's Chicken Sandwich and I got the Sante Fe Turkey Burger with sweet potato fries. It was very tasty, filling and served at the right temperature. I also had their Blueberry Lemonade which was really good.As always, a reliable place for a good meal. I recommend coming for brunch or course, but lunch is a good option too.“

“Super delicious french toast with hot syrup on the side. We sat at the bar and the service was very efficient. Our food came within 10 minutes of ordering and everything was fresh. Plenty of seating at the bar and a lot of tables/ booths in the dining area.“

“Perfect breakfast on a rainy day. The pancakes were delicious (we customized with banana chocolate chip!) as was the “scrapple” that is served along the omelette. Would recommend getting there early as it’s a small spot and there was a line already at 9 am!“

“I eat breakfast from here often from grubhub most time, other times I walk since it's around the corner from me. The food is always on point 3 stars for the atmosphere cause of the location, no parking really lol. But I do recommend this place to people of don't know of it.“

“This place is amazing! The wait staff is incredibly kind and the prices are totally reasonable for what you get. We ordered the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, which was a little different than what I am used to (but delicious!), the hot coco, Grilled Cheezy Sticks and Banh Mi Op La. The pickles were awesome an paired so nicely with the egg of the sandwich and the soft bread. They have a bar type seating situatoin on one side of the restaurant, a booth/chair situation on the opposite wall and then 2 seat smaller tables. They do got a lot of take out orders I noticed as well while I was there. I would absolutely go back in a heart beat.“

“I have spent 100s of dollars here in deliveries with UBER Eats, a repeat customer, yet have never dined in. It doesn't matter. Morning Meditation is the best juice I've had on the East Coast...beets turmeric and orange yummy! I crave it. Also the Cheese Grits believe it or not are my favorite food item, along with the hardwood smoked bacon, multigrain pancakes, fresh fruit cup, tomato basil soup all 5 out of 5! “You can tell they care about the customers. People kept walking in and treated everyone so well. My wife got the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich and said it was the best sandwich she’s ever had and she’s had alot. Though they forgot the spinach in my omelette she noticed without me saying and was so apologetic. One of the best services we have had and when we are back in Philly we will definitely return.Dietary restrictions: I’m on the keto diet and she was able to answer all my questions to help me figure out what I can eat.“

“This spot has a great thing going for the area. My coworker suggested this place as he takes his family there. I couldn't believe how busy it was on a Thursday at 11. They sat us right down. The waitress came right out and told us about the special and took our drink order. I had the turkey chili with side of eggs, and my coworker ordered and omelette. The kitchen had it right out in no time. Our waitress came back to check on us as well. She was on it. What I also like is on they had a QR code to get info on franchising right there on the paper table mat. Interesting form to advertise. “I've been getting breakfast from this small establishment on occasions for years. Their food is good, they have smoothies & a beverage selection beyond coffee & tea. The owners are friendly & they remember some of their customers by name & how most of them like their food to be prepared. I found this to be important because I'm a picky eater & I'm particular about the presentation of my food“

“Everything we had was awesome. We were immediately met with a friendly server who brought us hot coffee, and all of the fixings were already on the table. We then had two- well thought out menus with sections for very healthy food and sections for a traditional breakfast fare. We ordered home fries and whiting with grits platter. 26 bucks can't beat it. Fish did not smell fishy at all and y'all know what I'm talking about. Needed some lemon juice and hot sauce. “We (2) ate here on a Tuesday morning. We had no wait for a table. The service was very attentive and friendly. We ordered the Peach Cobbler French Toast, the Cinnamon Bun French Toast and a side order of bacon. Our server asked what our crispness preference for the bacon was, which I've never been asked before and it was served exactly as requested. The portions are massive and very flavorful and fresh. It is cash only, which we knew going in. Will definitely be returning to try more.“

Service was friendly, and they offer a wide range of payment options including cash, card and Apple Pay. “This place is classic south philly. The Sausage egg and cheese was cheap and delicious. The bun was both sturdy and yet soft. The eggs were fresh fried. And the sausage was salty and fatty and delicious as it should be.The coffee was only mediocre. But this ain't a place for hipster coffee snobs like me.“

There were always a lot of people getting served and waiting for takeout. Now I get my orders delivered. They arrive in a timely manner.Wheelchair accessibility: I have entered the store with a walker. A bit tight as there are two doors at the entrance. Not sure if another door can be used by a wheelchair patron.“

They are a neighborhood convenience store, so think Walmart, Wawa and Home Depot combined into one store the size of a hotel room. The food is consistently good!“
