On our annual Philly party trip, we lucked up and found Green Eggs Cafe just steps away from our hotel (Royal Sonesta). If I lived in Philly, this would be one of my favorite breakfast spots for sure. We didn't have reservations but we were able to snag a couple seats at the very large bar. Love the bright, open space of this location. You’ll never get up from your table hungry, as the portions are larger than life. As someone who eats plant-based, I really enjoy the selection of vegan breakfast classics. I wish they had vegan “meats” as side options. Remember to bring cash or use the ATM on-site (warning for my fellow long nail girlies that you may need assistance removing card!). We ordered the Peach Cobbler French Toast, the Cinnamon Bun French Toast and a side order of bacon.
