I’ve been here several times now and gotten several different pizzas, and I can say that this guy easily makes some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. They are all brick oven with perfectly thin and slightly crispy/charred crust, and just the right size for one hungry person without making you feel stuffed. Quality is consistent every time. The best are the NM white or the Margarita, but they’ve all been fantastic
