I went to this B&R location and the young lady who waited on me told she could not hand pack 2 quarts of CHOCOLATE ice cream because it was frozen to hard. “It’s frozen rock hard”. Obviously I was upset because ice cream is supposed to be FROZEN. I mentioned to her that was basically Un-American. Why buy a franchise and then treat as a hobby? They posted a list of all the items they were out of, so many they would be better posting what they did have, vanilla ice cream..no bananas? Run to Albertsons! What a joke..I feel worse for the
This location is horrible. It is closest to me so I keep giving it a chance. I've gone there a few times during business hours and they are closed up. When they are open they are and unprofessional and rude. Definitely needing some customer service training. The last couple times I have been over charged for stuff I do not order. They are always out of stuff. This time was a certain ice cream, hot fudge and certain bowls. When you ask for a manager there is never one available....read full review
