“Quaint little local bar. Very friendly bartender who is extremely particular about keeping the establishment especially clean. Also, the tavern is adjoined to a packaged liquor store and convience store. Great stop for a cold beer and a bit of local history.”

Whoever the young man is who was working on 06/14/2023 around 6pm, he deserves a promotion. That dude is a customer service EXPERT. The chicken was good, sauces were good, biscuit was GREAT. I don't know why people are reviewing this place so low, it's a chicken joint in a gas station. As long as you don't get food poisoning, it should be at least 3 stars.

“What a wonderful Cafe owned by a lovely family who are happy and give great service. They were busy with the breakfast crowd but we didn't mind the wait and our delicious food came really fast. My hubby said the coffee was very good. It was a treat to have sopapillas since it has been while. It's a very clean and well run business. 5+ stars from us traveling from Nebraska to Arizona. Stop in and enjoy it yourself.”

“Grrrrreat fries! I only order the classic regular burgers, which are also very good. Only caveat is that it is very popular and its a small place, which means you'll probably have to wait until a table is made available. From the road, look for two classic americana characters, Big Boy and Betty Boop, two life-sized figures right at the entrance. Voila', you found 505..!

“After driving all day, it was wonderful to stumble across Fratelli’s Bistro! I recommend the Caesar salad, fried ravioli, iced tea, and gelato of course! I spent a week in Vegas and hit this place on my way home. Friendly and kind servers, clean environment, and delicious food that was better than 99% of what I had in Vegas! I will be back!”

“I have commented some years before about this place. The Menudo then was out of this world but with the changings that have happened, the taste is not there as before. The fullness of the flavor is weak. The times that I have been there, the beef tripe is hardly in the servings, very small pieces. The price you pay for is more for the posole. I hate to say but as being a cook myself, the cook that was there before made it really good compared to now. The service is good thought.”

“Wow! I dont think I have EVER experienced customer service as good as this in Gallup. Patterson and Charmayne delivered stellar customer service that made our visit to Subway extra enjoyable. They made us feel like a mullion bucks when we walked in. Nothing we asked was beyond them or something they couldn't do for us. They had a great attitude and I didn't feel like I was a problem as a customer. Attention SUBWAY! You don’t want to lose those two!”

“This is a small truck stop but food was excellent. Instead of asking them if they have vegan options you need to explain to them what you need. You can tell them you don’t want any cream, clarified butter(ghee) in the dishes. We ordered Chana (Chickoea Masala) Veg biryani dal (Lentil ) tadka and cauliflower potato sabzi with Indian bread (roti) and asked him not to use clarified butter or cream in any of the dishes. #Veganuary”

“This KFC was my favorite KFC in Gallup until tonight. I did a drive through and the girl at the window was very rude. First to begin we placed three orders one was upside. She gave us the drink. We explained and she offered no apologies. Then we stopped to check our order as the door was already closed and there were no one behind us. She looked out the window and told us, "I am on a timeline." I believe that that was rude, so I made a call to the restaurant and the person who answered the phone said, "THAT IS WHAT WE DO." To me they are saying we take your money, get the hell out of here, I am done with you.”

“Traveling through Gallup, NM and saw the sign. Haven’t had Big Cheese Pizza in decades. Decided to stop. Absolutely scrumptious pizza! Just like we remembered it. Just as importantly, McKayla was an exceptional host and the restaurant was spotless. Watched McKayla clean the games and the windows, too. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves pizza and games. Of course, they offer other menu items, as well.”

“I stopped here about 20 minutes before closing bc I was driving through town and needed to stop somewhere for dinner. Not realizing they were about to close, I walked in and ordered dine-in. The manager was incredibly friendly and said I could eat jnside the restaurant and take my time. They made my food fresh and even helped another family that came in after me. The staff was incredibly courteous and the interior was clean and clearly newly built/renovated. Would recommend stopping by this location!”
