Jack greeted us at the door and was very professional in handling business, give this guy big props for handling the subway motto flawlessly. “I needed to sub sandwich platter today with a dessert platter, and to take to some friends who lost their loved one. I called another port a sub, in Reno who said that they couldn't accommodate me called this one in Carson City. The manager was wonderful very accommodating, very helpful. They created delicious platters for me and had them ready to be picked up in a couple hours. They were wrapped up with great care. This is such a special store. with great caring employees. I highly recommend them.“
