We loved this spot in Carson City! The menu provided tons of vegan options, as you could choice tofu as your protein for lots of the dishes. The staff seemed very knowledgeable about what to do to make the dishes vegan, and vegan options were clearly marked. Not to mention food was delish!
The Basil Restaurant is a hidden gem for vegetarian cuisine. As a vegetarian, I'm always on the lookout for restaurants that offer innovative and delicious plant-based options. The dishes were not only visually appealing but also packed with nutrients, leaving me feeling satisfied and nourished.

My dish was a special pork dish. The vegetables and sides were perfectly done and sized. It was all absolutely delicious. Our server was delightful. Altogether, it is a wonderful place to enjoy a special meal in Carson City.I have since returned 4 times and each time I try something different. Absolutely everything I eat is fantastic.
