“Small but cute little sushi place tucked in a corner on valle verde. They aren't on any food delivery service yet so that's why I hadn't gone yet. But looked at reviews and decided to give it a shot. You can call ahead and order for pickup which we LOVED for date night. They had our order ready to go when we arrived. Food was fresh and I have to say the quality of their fish is amazing. This is our new takeout sushi date night option!“
“The best Acye sushi I ever had. Really good quality, extremely generous rice to fish ratio. Their grilled items are a must try, they are super juicy, tender and flavor full.But sometime I do get stomachache after eating here, not sure what went wrong, because everything taste excellent and pretty fresh“

“This is the best AYCE in Vegas/Henderson IMHO.So much variety for a very reasonable price in this day and age. Every bite of sashimi and nigiri was fresh and vibrant. “Their sushi is good. It was fresh and delicious. I got a Ramen but it wasn't my favorite. I can say their Ramen isn't your traditional Japan style Ramen. The noodles looked like nissin noodles, the flavor wasn't their it was kinda bland. But I would definitely got back for their sushi ? ?“
“Came here again and brought our little guy with use he loved the shrimp tempura. We ordered new rolls like the Mang in black it was really good. Ordered the jalapeños poppers again because they are that good.Our server Areeya was awesome!……………………..I might be excited to find a good sushi spot so close to home. “First visit to this place.Nice atmosphere and comfortable seating. We were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly server who took our drink order.The menu is quite expensive with pictures of all their rolls. We ordered calamari and mussels for appetizers and each ordered their own choices of rolls.I ordered a dragon roll and another called something like "Makes me cry". Both were delicious and the presentation was nice.Looking forward to going back. Most rolls were between 11.95 and 15.95..“
“Honestly, not the BEST sushi, but very good for how much it is. The bento boxes are amazing; that beef teriyaki is yum! Also, probably one of my favorite places to get salmon sashimi!!! Service is great and it's almost always full - be mindful of opening times. Good location.“
“Cool place. They have private rooms, which we tried out. It was a unique experience to be able to shut the sliding door and not have to see other customers, so we enjoyed that. I was also able to order a special item that was no longer available on their menu (Beef Thai Curry), so they get extra points for exceptional customer service.“

This place always seems to be busy to try calling ahead when possible. The ambiance is cool. Very spacious with plenty of room for seating. I wish the menu showed they had an all You can eat option cause I ordered my rolls individually, and then seem a sign on the way out saying they have that option. They need to write that on the menu.“
“Walked in and it was very chill inside, was instantly greeted & seated. They were playing the Spiderman movie and the atmosphere inside was super cool. I loved the seafood ramen, if you like spice but not too much get the 2nd heat rating. It was perfect!! Finished off with of course shrimp tempura. Everything was so delicious.“
“My girlfriend and I had a fantastic dinner at Midori tonight. Fresh fish, generous pieces, creative large cut rolls and some sake. Prices were quite reasonable and service was both efficient and pleasant. I'm sure we'll return frequently as well as doing some pick up orders.“
“Stopped by here unexpectedly with some friends. I had no idea that Spicy tuna was where it was being that I have been to the Trader Joe’s right next-door often. Nonetheless, it was really good sushi and I would definitely come again. The yellowtail was fresh and tasty. The tuna was just as good. “Authentic Japanese restaurant (Americanized, but close). Actual Japanese working there. Been here forever. Huge selection of tasteful and well prepared Japanese food. One of our favorites for Japanese. They serve lunch with smaller portions and less price till 4PM 7 days a week which is unusual for a Japanese restaurant.“

After such a great experience I decided that one of our evening events for an upcoming corporate conference needed to be hosted at Chinitas.We ended up planning a full buyout for 300 people with food stations and and open bar. Our guests had a fantastic time and raved about the food and atmosphere.During planning, the coordinator was responsive and informative. She worked with us on many special requests and went above and beyond in both flexibility and communication. On the day of the event we were well staffed and taken care of. After nearly a decade in event management I can honestly say this was one of my best experiences in partnering with a venue.Shoutout to the AMAZING Chinitas staff, I can't wait to see you all again!“
