“I don't often take time to write reviews, but Spring by China Mama genuinely left an impression on me that I won't soon forget! Let me start by saying that the customer service was top notch from the moment I opened the door. Greeted and seated by a super friendly hostess and the wait staff was seriously top-notch from start to finish. The ambiance was nice. Very clean, modern decor with traditional Asian flair. TV monitors hung above a row of private dining rooms for special parties, and on the monitors displayed traditional Chinese & Mongolian cooking. Now let's get to the food..... We started with bowls of the duck soup with tofu and cilantro. Very savory and nice change from the usual egg drop every other Chinese restaurant serves. Next, we ordered the sliced beef with ox tongue appetizer. Cooked in chili & Sichuan pepper oil, it was garnished with cilantro, green onions & crushed peanuts. Great mix of flavors & textures and all of us enjoyed it (even the picky, not so adventurous ones). We ordered a few different entrees because there were so many items on the menu that we wanted to try, so we all compromised and settled on the following: fish filets cooked in chili oil, Mongolian lamb, and the Chef's special taro duck. All I can say is WOW! Unlike most Chinese restaurants in America where a multitude of the dishes all taste very similar to each other, every one of these dishes had their own very unique flavor profiles...and each one was PHENOMENAL! We were all very full, but we had heard so much about a dessert served here and were so curious about it, that we just HAD to try it. EGG YOLK SESAME BALLS. Now before you scoff, just hear me out. I would have never imagined egg yolk being the star of a dessert, but THESE! Omg, these truly surprised me in such the best way. First of all, these are cooked to order, so they are super fresh when they bring them to you. Secondly, when they put the plate down in the middle of the table, all of us in unison said, "Wow, those smell amazing!" They warned us that the centers would be hot and to be careful. We each took one and cut them open to help let the centers cool enough for us to safely taste them and one bite was all it took for us to know we loved them! Creamy and savory egg yolks wrapped in sweet glutinous mochi dough, rolled in sesame seeds and cooked to absolute crisp, but pillowy perfection! I don't get to Vegas very often, but Spring by China Mama will be bringing me back a little more frequently now! If you're in Vegas and like Asian cuisine, you absolutely MUST give this place a try!!!“

“This was excellent and my favorite meal I've had in Vegas! The chefs put a lot of work into the noodle's and the effort shows. The servers are very nice and gave us great recommendations on what food to try. I had the Eggplant Tofu and some Egg Fried Rice, both were phenomenal! The wait was also pretty quick and our waiter came back to check on us making sure everything was good. As well as that, unlike some restaurants in Vegas, they don't add transaction fees or tips before you pay. We got that a few times and it isn't fun. However, here they let us choose and left a great taste in our mouth. Recommend to all.“

“I was a bit disappointed there were no crabs and lobster but everything was good. I did ask for a la carte and one of the waiters.said they didnt have a la carte. Only to see the other table with a la carte dish afterwards. Service was on point. They were on top of cleaning up. Yin, the waiter, was the best. He understood high level service.“

“Underrated spot in Caesars! We had Dan Dan noodles, mapo tofu, pepper beef, crispy pork belly, and fried rice. All dishes came out fresh and hot and were delicious. Our entire group’s favorite dish was the pepper beef with asparagus. service was friendly and fast!“

“I just had Kung Fu Thai Chinese and everything hit the spot. We ordered the kung pao chicken the Mongolian beef and the chicken chow mein and every dish was on point. Fresh flavorful and exactly what you hope for when you crave good Chinese food.

Evelyn took care of us and she was first class from start to finish, if anything, she made the experience 100x better. Attentive quick and genuinely kind. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

“Didn't want to cook tonight so I ordered from Chop Chop Wok Las Vegas, just down the street from our place, and had sushi delivered! My husband and son were pleasently surprised that I found a place that actually delivered sushi. The Miso Soup was really good, and the Edamame appetizer portion was huge. 12 different types of maki rolls, using different combinations of Tuna, Salmon, Crab, Eel, Tempura Shrimp and Tobiko. Plus 4 different vegetarian rolls (one I had never had before, a scallion roll, YUM!). Two of the rolls were too spicy for me, but my husband enjoyed them, and one roll had the Tempura Shrimp with avacado, Crab, Eel, and Tobiko. Great meal, wonderful company, all while watching the Olympic Pairs Figure Skating then Women's Hockey.“

“After finding the Pan Asian Bistro Recently I was so impressed by the Flavor and Quality of the food I had to return this evening. This time I brought my son. To start off we had the Silver Tip Tea Hot. If you have not tried this tea you are truly missing one of the wonders of the tea world. If you research this tea you will find it considered the finest most expensive tea in the world! Now For the food. I had the Indonesian style Goat Curry with Rice and Roti. I ordered the dish Mild it was so full of flavor and the meat was fall off the bone tender. The Roti was unlike any I have had before it was light and delicate and full of flavor. My son ordered the Duck with Panang Curry he loves a good spicy spicy dish and thoroughly enjoyed this! I don't want to forget that we also had appetizers, Crab Rangoon which was wrapped in a light delicate wrapper , and Chicken Satay skewers which my son and I absolutely loved. If there is a Finer Pan Asian Dining Experience in Las Vegas I have Yet to find one! This is the BEST IN LAS VEGAS! I want to Thank Chand and his beautiful wife, for an Incredible Dining Experience.“

“Amazing little Chinese Food Place. Tastes like P.F. Changs. I loved it :D I came with the whole family. The place was popping! Super busy ! We had tons of stuff off of the menu. Everything was delicious ! They even gave us a Togo dish they had accidentally made and didn't want to throw it out. It was a General Taos Chicken and rice. So sweet in there. “I really like this place. I usually go in to pickup my meal and am usually surprised at how quickly it comes. My favorite things to order are the potstickers and cashew chicken. The staff is always welcoming and nice! With that type of service they have me as a customer as long as I live close by. The only thing I wish they would do is add the crispy noodles on the side of the egg drop soup which is wonderful. I will be coming back in future“

“In terms of quality, ive yet to eat at chinese restaurant that tastes better than here. However they can be stingy with chicken, shrimp, pork in their lunch specials. For some reason they give you plenty of beef if you order a beef dish. I cant make sense out of it but until i find a better place this will be regular“

“Paula, our waitress, was excellent. Two of us had very good firecracker shrimp, one had pepper chicken which tasted ok and the fourth person had salmon with a tasty salad. Although she said the meal was very good, it took a while to get the salmon prepared. The salmon actually was delivered after her salad and our meals. The noise level was low which allowed us to carry on a conversation. We really enjoyed our experience at P F Chang's.“
