“Beautiful restaurant. Priced well. Excellent food. My only complaint is that the house water should be filtered at that high end of a restaurant.“

“Chicken corn soup, chicken tender with mushroom and asparagus, pancake with bbq pork, and Shanghai soup dumplings. Absolutely loved the pancake with bbq pork, chicken with mushroom and asparagus top quality (use the sauce with steamed rice). Corn soup had delicious flavor but was not steamy hot enough. Soup dumplings were ok. Super super staff and service, very comfortable atmosphere.“

“The beef brisket noodle soup is a local favorite, packed with slow-cooked meat, rich broth, and those perfectly chewy noodles. Spice lovers should try the Dan Dan noodles, and don’t overlook the cucumber salad—it’s crisp, cool, and topped with a creamy sesame sauce that I found delicious. Craving noodles that are more than just a meal? Shang Artisan Noodle in Las Vegas turns every bowl into a handcrafted experience. Must-try!“

“The hostesses were not that accommodating after we added one more person. It ended up on and the waitress was very good as well as the food but after letting the hostess know 20 ahead of time that we were adding one person when we got to the table it was still only set for 8 and would barely fit. The manager came by and fixed us up by adding a table. Easy fix but possible not communicated to management soon enough. 1 of the ladies dishes actually came out late as we were all almost done with our meals. Usually on top of things at this location. TY.“

“Excellent food and great service! The honey walnut shrimp was A+++ as was the salt toasted pork chop! The baked soft shell crab with butter and black pepper was also tasty. I'll definitely be back! Additional photos located on my profile page and videos on my YouTube page ( VivaLasVegasX )“

“This was excellent and my favorite meal I've had in Vegas! The chefs put a lot of work into the noodle's and the effort shows. The servers are very nice and gave us great recommendations on what food to try. I had the Eggplant Tofu and some Egg Fried Rice, both were phenomenal! The wait was also pretty quick and our waiter came back to check on us making sure everything was good. As well as that, unlike some restaurants in Vegas, they don't add transaction fees or tips before you pay. We got that a few times and it isn't fun. However, here they let us choose and left a great taste in our mouth. Recommend to all.“

“This place is incredible and very reasonably priced. The soup dumplings are without peer. We also had fried rice, fat noodles, wontons in chile sauce, and dessert dumplings. All the best we've ever had. Highly recommend.“

“Fast friendly service with very tasty food. Been back a few times for the seafood dumpling noodle soup. Other items are hit and miss, but staples like the shrimp roll, pot stickers, and shu mai are all really good. Always try different items when I come, but never miss the seafood dumpling noodle soup. Always order ahead for easy takeout with no wait.“

“Ordered to go at the bar and sat down for a drink. Bartender was talkative and friendly and made a good drink. Nothing was labeled gluten free but they were able to do most things that way.

“I tried the Seafood Buffet at Genting Palace, and it was incredible!
The seafood selection is top-notch — honestly, I think it’s better than Bacchanal Buffet and at a more affordable price. I must have eaten around 30 oysters and 10 scallops, and the lobster was amazing — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
What really surprised me was the variety beyond seafood. They also had braised pork, Peking duck, fresh vegetables, and a nice selection of fruits to balance out the meal. Pairing all of this with a crisp Pinot Grigio made it even better.
Overall, this buffet offers fantastic quality, variety, and value. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Las Vegas and love seafood (and more)!“

“I love authentic Chinese dishes, just found another my go-to place. Had Wonton, Tan tanmen, and spicy beef. Ate all of them, no leftover. So scrumptious and staffs are friendly. Restaurant was so clean and had easy, casual vibe.
Will definitely be a regular even though I'm not a pretty much eatout person.
Must visit place if you're a spicy food lover.“

“Large variety of Asian dishes, including sushi. We had the Cashew Chicken and Shrimp Chow Fun, plus some spring rolls. Everything was excellent. Nothing fancy here, but a pleasant experience, especially because the noise level was low (often unusual for Vegas!!). A good value for the dollar!! Honestly, we never noticed this place before, but we'll be back.“

“Great restaurant with a wide variety of dishes and nice interior.
The mao xue wang is good. The toothpick lamb was fun at the beginning but I might skip that next time. It tastes good but feels like work to take out the toothpick. The deep fried intestines were delicious. The pork uteri was interesting and came with some noodles in the spicy broth. The guo qiao mi xian was plain, I recommend going with a different noodle on the menu.
We came here twice and left happy and with lots of leftovers. The portion sizes are quite generous. We will be coming back to try other dishes on the menu.“

“On our last evening before heading home, we hadn’t eaten at a Chinese restaurant. We were staying at Palazzo and this restaurant was just downstairs.
Wonderful atmosphere. Caring staff. Wonderful food. We will be returning on our next trip to Las Vegas in Sept.
I didn’t read the other reviews; they weren’t going to dissuade me on a 5-star review.
Stop in. If memory serves me, it wasn’t expensive. Again, great food!“

“Holy cow the chicken katsu is incredible. the sauce was ice cold but I heated it up at my hotel and idk what's in it but it is A Mouth Explosion in the best way possible. It's my first time in Vegas and I was looking for a morning boba and came across Boba Hut. My only complaint is I couldn't find regular boba on the online menu and got crystal boba, it was too soft/like chewing jello. Flavor was good though! I just prefer a chewier boba!“

“Excellent food. The 4.1 rating definitely isn't accurate. This place should be at least 4.6. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean, great service, super friendly staff, excellent food, and the price is incredibly reasonable. Huge portions. I could only finish half of my plate. Seems most of the negative reviews are from people expecting a food establishment to be something other than what it's meant to be, which is a place to eat food.“

“I had a mother and daughter day with my baby girl. We stumbled on this place while looking for something to eat before the Jhene Aiko concert. Let me just say it was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed everything and the waiter was very nice and professional. We're planning on going back soon. I'll have to get some of the photos to post from my daughter. Everything we got was shareable. :)“

“Plenty of parking available.
Everything we had was great
Ordered 3 noodle soups trying all the different noodles. All great. I prefer the 2 thick noodles since you can’t find that everywhere.
Soup dumplings were good. The skin is slightly thicker.
Green onion pancakes were so good we had to order a second one.“

“If you’re looking for Chinese food off the Vegas strip, this is the place to go.
Their Beijing style Zajiang noodles are some of the best I’ve ever had (high praise having lived in SoCal, Boston, and NorCal. Perfect balance between sweetness and saltiness in proportion to the noodles and other toppings.
The beef noodle soup was also perfectly balanced and had a nice richness to the broth. They provided a good amount of meat too.
The scallion pancake appetizer was well prepared. Compared to other scallion pancakes, these were thicker and crispier (which I personally prefer).
Excellent price for the quality and quantity of food!“

“I don't often take time to write reviews, but Spring by China Mama genuinely left an impression on me that I won't soon forget! Let me start by saying that the customer service was top notch from the moment I opened the door. Greeted and seated by a super friendly hostess and the wait staff was seriously top-notch from start to finish. The ambiance was nice. Very clean, modern decor with traditional Asian flair. TV monitors hung above a row of private dining rooms for special parties, and on the monitors displayed traditional Chinese & Mongolian cooking. Now let's get to the food..... We started with bowls of the duck soup with tofu and cilantro. Very savory and nice change from the usual egg drop every other Chinese restaurant serves. Next, we ordered the sliced beef with ox tongue appetizer. Cooked in chili & Sichuan pepper oil, it was garnished with cilantro, green onions & crushed peanuts. Great mix of flavors & textures and all of us enjoyed it (even the picky, not so adventurous ones). We ordered a few different entrees because there were so many items on the menu that we wanted to try, so we all compromised and settled on the following: fish filets cooked in chili oil, Mongolian lamb, and the Chef's special taro duck. All I can say is WOW! Unlike most Chinese restaurants in America where a multitude of the dishes all taste very similar to each other, every one of these dishes had their own very unique flavor profiles...and each one was PHENOMENAL! We were all very full, but we had heard so much about a dessert served here and were so curious about it, that we just HAD to try it. EGG YOLK SESAME BALLS. Now before you scoff, just hear me out. I would have never imagined egg yolk being the star of a dessert, but THESE! Omg, these truly surprised me in such the best way. First of all, these are cooked to order, so they are super fresh when they bring them to you. Secondly, when they put the plate down in the middle of the table, all of us in unison said, "Wow, those smell amazing!" They warned us that the centers would be hot and to be careful. We each took one and cut them open to help let the centers cool enough for us to safely taste them and one bite was all it took for us to know we loved them! Creamy and savory egg yolks wrapped in sweet glutinous mochi dough, rolled in sesame seeds and cooked to absolute crisp, but pillowy perfection! I don't get to Vegas very often, but Spring by China Mama will be bringing me back a little more frequently now! If you're in Vegas and like Asian cuisine, you absolutely MUST give this place a try!!!“
