I was excited when there was a Pollo Loco being built close to our home. But I have lost count how many times (in most orders, either delivered or bought at the drive-thru) something was missing in our order. One time I called so many times and nobody ever answered.Not to mention, if something has the word DOUBLE, be ready to not get what it's supposed to be. That's a rip off! Ordered the shredded chicken nachos with extra queso. The shredded chicken is supposed to be chicken tinga (marinated) but what I recieved was plain. The queso was so watery it wouldn't stay on the chips and I ended up with something more like nachos soup.
