I’ve been to this Taco Bell 3 times now and every time I left, I’ve thought to myself how nice the staff are at this Taco Bell. It was so pleasant and normally we all assume big box fast food customer service will be horrible. Not the case here. The food is what you expect - Taco Bell. “Alright, I love taco bell for a quick fast food. & Normally I would not comment on service due, to it normally never being the best. But last night, I was driving my under the influence fiancé home at 1am from a night out with our friends, so naturally, late night taco bell was on his mind. Not expecting anything out of the ordinary... the man working the drive thru, Diego had such great customer service and a great vibe about him. Even talking to him through a box had us chucking a little, but pulling up to the window... we were cracking up! He was very friendly & made jokes & made it seem like he was just enjoying his shift. Even our food was pretty good & made well, so props to the late night kitchen staff as well. Give the man a raise, because he makes us want to go back to that location, which is 15 minutes from our house. I have one 5 minutes away that is so rude & don't care if they get your order wrong so I refuse to go back to the location close by.“

This individual IS actually the ONLY person I can say who has never once ever made a mistake on any of my orders. “Whoever was working at this location on 10/20 at 8:30pm, bless your soul. I almost gave up on taco bell for always messing up my order, however my hope has been restored. I always order a quesadilla with NO sauce and guess what I got, no sauce. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with NO onions and NO sauce, and that’s exactly what I got. This review may be dramatic, but after being disappointed so many times- my expectation was that I was going to be let down once again. I just need these workers to know that I appreciate the effort. I am a very satisfied customer.Bonus points: my burrito was wrapped PERFECTLY. Edges all tucked in, with no spillage. I don’t like sauce, but they added it just in case. We've only done the drive-thru, ordered the greatest hits and have yet to be disappointed. The tacos are always perfect and never have we had an order that wasn't 100% correct. Staff has always been courteous, professional and expedient. For me, this Taco Bell is fire and deserves 5 stars. Surely a go-to for the wife and I. “I always come here. They're 24hrs and have a soda happy hour. They're right next to the 95 hwy, which makes it great for grabbing food prior to a trip to CA. I order the same thing that I remember eating as I was growing up and it's still good. Bean burrito (no onion) +crunchy taco. At this loaction it comes to $4.20. Different locations have different prices and so far tjis one is this cheapest I've found in the area. The drive thru is quick and friendly.“

In particular Haley, Debbi, and Terresa went above and beyond!As I pulled in this evening a violent homeless man tried claiming I tried hitting him.I would never even think to hit someone with my car, but I did suggest he pay better attention as he was only focused on his phone as he walked through this entrance intersection and apparently I now tried hitting him because I suggested that.He then proceeded to follow me up to the restaurant, I assume to yell at me and gods knows what because he is now screaming at my car. I pull around the building, he's following me. I usually get out and go in to order my foods. I like the interaction better, but because of this man I didn't feel comfortable getting out of my car. As he's following me after going around the building, he got really close to me and my front driver window and lunged at me. I felt threatened and scared.I decided to go through the drive-thru since this man was now blocking the only in/out entrance out of this place. I placed my order (Everything was made exactly correct. Even with my mods of easy beans plz and it was scrumdiddlyumcius!) and then let them know this man, who was now walking towards me through the drive-thru was following and harassing me throughout the parking lot.One of the workers stuck their head out and pointed with a question mark look, I said yes that was him. No other questions, the crew came out after helping with the one customer in front of me. Two members of staff sat outside until I received my food and ultimately convinced him to leave. Not before taking pictures of me and my car for my alleged crimes.This crew really went above and beyond to make sure your customers Taco Bell were safe!This location can get pretty rough at night... It is Vegas!Each of these people should get and deserve a bonus Taco Bell.Not every hero wears a cape and sometimes it's the little/big stuffs that make a company great!“
“Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure for me. It's personally one of my go-to fast food restaurants. I dined in today and had "the usual." I tend to get the same thing every single time. I start with a Crunchwrap Supreme. (which comes with seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and a crunchy tostada shell all inside in a warm toasted tortilla in a six-sided wrap. This generally also comes with sour cream, but I get my Crunchwrap Supremes WITHOUT sour cream). The second item I get is a Chicken Quesadilla. (which is a flour tortilla with some grilled chicken, a melted three-cheese blend, and creamy jalapeño sauce. That sauce ties that quesadilla together). I also love to have plenty of Fire Sauce handy. I won't accept any substitutes on the sauce ahaha but I need to also wash this all down with a Baja Blast Mountain Dew. That's pretty much the "Cecilia's Taco Bell Meal." This particular location has been great with making my orders. Everyone here is really nice. I tend to place my orders from the kiosk, but any time I have an order at the register, it's a good experience. Orders are always accurate. My Crunchwrap Supremes never fall apart, and they're crispy on the inside. (That's important!!) Side Note: I don't recommend having a Crunchwrap Supreme delivered because it will get soggy even if you aren't that far away (I've done it before and I won't do it again). I prefer dining in at Taco Bell for that main reason - the Crunchwrap Supreme needs to be crunchy! :D This Taco Bell is typically very clean. I only noticed a couple of tables that needed to be wiped down, but that's okay! I found a clean table. Sauces and napkins are well stocked. The fountain soda machine was good. The dining area is smaller than other Taco Bells I've visited, but there is a combination of booths and chairs with small tables. The amount of time I wait for my order is pretty standard. I've never had an issue. BUT pricing has gone up for sure.. For just the Crunchwrap Supreme, Chicken Quesadilla, and small soda, it came out to over $14. I miss the days when Taco Bell was cheap. I mean, for $14, I can go get some authentic Mexican food... but I still love Taco Bell. Don't like the prices right now, though!! Overall, if you want speedy food and get a craving for Taco Bell once in a while like I do, then this location is great.“
