“My husband and I headed over for dinner as we were both craving a burger. We opted for the cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese- he had fries and I am a total lover. They cook to order which resulted in super hot fries and tots. Yum! The decor is minimal and yet kind of kitschy so it's nice. It was kind of cool so a bit more heat would have been nice. Overall a cute local place with some tasty food. Looking forward to trying the pizza next time.“
“We love Twisted Fork for lunch. The food is excellent and never disappoints. Today I enjoyed the salad special -- blackened prawns, blackberries, strawberries, goat cheese, greens, red onion, house-made corn bread croutons, honey-mustard viniagrette. So good with sauvignon blanc! Husband had the parmesan turkey melt and the New England Clam Chowder -- one of the best chowders we've found in Reno (CT transplants). Sit in the bar and engage with Ashley. She's the best bartender/server we've met in Reno.“

“Best food in town! Only wish they were open past 2pm. My favorite thing on the menu is your big fat Greek omelette. I can’t find a better Greek omelette in town anywhere! The only thing I would change about it is using organic spinach. Spinach is the number one pesticide ridden vegetable!“

“Good family neighborhood restaurant in Carson City that was fairly busy on Friday night. We came because there was live music (in the mall seating) which was a lovely diversion. The food was fine (fish was a little oily) and the service was good. It was a nice touch that the owner came around twice to check if we were OK. “Absolutely delicious food!! Stopped in here after visiting the railroad museum and it was a great choice. Everything tasted so good - even the sides (the beans and cornbread were especially good). Service was fine, nothing outstanding, but everyone we encountered was polite. Prices were about average for portion size.“
“A little unusual in that you have to order your food on one side and your beer on the other side. I guess it's actually two businesses operating together but they make it work. Great menu great food never a problem Dinner was a completely different experience by a waitress that needs to learn MORE etiquette and experience. Service from our waitress was absolutely horrible. Husband ordered the salmon and received cod -order came out completely wrong. He doesn't even like cod. Plus Cod was cold, old and tasteless. He ate 1 small piece and left the rest. Very disappointed. We were credited $4 I asked for my salad dressing on the side -that didn't happen. I didn't say anything I just didn't eat it. It was drenched. We barely finished eating- she gave us the bill-stood by our table and wanted payment now. We both felt like we were being rushed. I told her to give me a few minutes but she waited at our table side and handed me the machine to put my card in which I didn't even have out yet. I set my coffee down to get out my cc because She wanted payment now so she didn't have to return back to our table. This waitress needs more training! ** Owner has responded“

“Had a great stay here a couple a weeks ago for a relative's 100-year birthday. I can't say thanks enough for opening the restaurant to provide for dinner outside hours when the downtown was shutdown for snow conditions. I stayed in The Bullion, across the street. While hoping to see ghosts :), I was, instead, left with rooms that were clean, warm, and that would lead me to stay again if visiting Virginia City. Additionally, restaurant food was delicious. Ordered a French dip which was good, but be prepared for a smaller size dish with a premium price. Beer was good, but again nothing that I would write home about either. Did not get the bartenders name, but did find out his wife was the Chef, Phenomenal meal!! I had tri tip and prawns and I'm going to say, at 60 years old, one of the best meals I've ever eaten!! “This is actually the best sports bar in Carson City. And has a 5 star rated indonesian and american food restaurant. At the sports bar there are machines of course but also 8 large tv's with whatever you would like to watch. The drinks are probably half priced compared to places like buffalo wild wings. there are another half dozen tv's all over the casino. yes they will play the game sound. Really it's the best place to watch sports i've ever been. And i love sports.“
