“A kinda of good yet surreal experience at KWOK’s, local friends brought us there after picking us up from the airport and straight into this little jewel of a restaurant. Dishes are very well done, flavors are tempered and not overly sauced, can be common in many other Chinese restaurant. Loved the beer I sampled there. Didn’t realize it’s kinda rare!“
“I recently dined at this Asian restaurant in Reno, and it's a must-visit. The food is amazing, the people are great! The shrimp toast was a standout, perfectly crispy and flavorful. Gabe's sangria was a lychee bomb. And the soft shell crab is a seafood lover's dream. Highly recommended for great food and a fantastic atmosphere!“
“Pleasantly surprised how tasty the food is. Wonton soup, add egg noodle is the way to go. The ramen was also a good menu item. Both soups were plentiful and hit the spot on a cold day. Add a side of kimchi and rice for spice and probiotics ;)“
“Early dinner for two, fried Flounder perfectly cooked, moist and juicy in the inside, mushroom delight yummy, and crab fried rice with dried egg, my favorite. Chinese seafood done right. Try this locals place for authentic Chinese food. Families welcome. Everyone that works here isfriendly and super nice.Parking: Easy parking for large get others.“
“WOW! Absolutely wow! We prefer this location over the one by the Summit. We have been coming here since its opening day earlier this year, and the food is so much more fresh. I typically get a junior sized (the portions are very generous) bowl, spicy chicken teriyaki, and I get it yaki style. This location, it tastes so much better and the noodles aren't soggy. We adore the employees at this location, they care, and they put in so much extra effort. They are so inviting, and they make sure that you're taken care of. An added bonus is how CLEAN and inviting this location is. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, the seating was clean, and you can tell that they maintain their soda machines and clean them frequently. It's a stark difference from the Summit location, but I implore you to try this one over the latter. The owners care, and they will give you the best experience and the best bowls.“
“Wonderful experience and it's a place that I will go back. Would like to try the lettuce wraps but sounds like they sell out quick. Went with crab ragoon and they were good, but the dish that was the star of the show was the chicken general (spicy). Mouth watering delight. The waiter was efficient and friendly & restaurant was very clean. Bobo teas are available although we didn't try, several flavors offered. This place does stand out in all the ways that matter.“
“I am all about supporting the family/locally owned restaurant. And before I even set foot into PF Chang's, I thought to myself "this place is overpriced and overrated" (having never looked at a menu, lol). And yes, it is a bit pricey. But the food is really good! Fresh, quality, personalization, it's all there. And portions are decent as well. If you have a little extra money to throw around, then I strongly suggest having a meal here- you will not be disappointed.“
“All you can eat for around $30. We ordered about 7 rolls and I only didn't really enjoy two of them. That's a win in my book. The Nigri tasted fresh and the hot sake was the cherry on top. It was very packed with a wait time on a Saturday at 5pm. They do tend to want you to be in and out, but we took out time. Bathrooms were dirty but I would return again.“
“I like that they have smaller rolls. It's not all rice like some places. You can actually try many more different rolls without getting overly full. This place is great for lunch. The service is good. There's never a long wait for your food. When you order all you can eat sushi.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and dairy-free options available.“
“Eight of us went out for all you can eat Sushi and a birthday celebration. The food was delicious and service great albeit a little slow because the place was packed for a Thursday night.I gave the food five stars while I have had better sushi it met my expectations for quality and quantities for all you can eat. We also had some menu food as well. The food is priced fairly and is a good value for a dinning experience. One meal came out overcooked and the wait staff had it replaced. We also missed theirbroccoli beef which was yummy!PS free Saki with AYCE shush on weekdays.“
“Had an early dinner with a friend visiting from San Diego. I had Mongolian beef and she had Lemon Chicken. We both had the dinner special which included appetizers and soup or salad. The staff was courteous and efficient. This restaurant is family owned and has been in business many years.“
“This is a basic local sushi restaurant that has a great selection of rolls. Fish was fresh. Rolls were good. The take-out specials (e.g. 3 rolls special) helped my wallet. Overall, we liked the food and service and we will come back.BTW, the maki rolls that we got was a bit small because it does not have a lot of rice. Well, that was just how we liked our rolls (for lower cab diet). Thank you so much.“
“Oh, a hidden gem that needs me to show it some love! The food and service here are excellent! The menu prices are very reasonable for the amount of food. I have tried the same Ono Pork plate 3 times now because it is so so good! The macaroni salad is on point. I recently tried the Kalua Pork plate, and was not disappointed. The meat was tender and moist. I highly recommend either. Try their Spam Musubi for something a little different. The dining room has about 10 tables. It feels more like a place at home rather than a restaurant. Obviously family is very important to the owners, because of all the family photos on that wall. I love it! The staff have always been very pleasant. I'm getting hungry just writing this review, and think I will take another drive to Aloha Shack!“
