Food good. service good. Atmosphere meh. I've been to almost every sushi bar in Reno/ Sparks. Nigiri is very good. Raw rolls are fresh and good variety. I'd rate it a 4 out of 5. Had 2 cooked rolls , both good. Mussels good. Ice cream nice variety. Avoid the sake. Very poor. Tuna wasn't the freshest.
Not crazy about the service of the lady in front but food was good for an AYCE sushi place. More selection than Sushi Pier. The nigiri, regular rolls were smaller and less rice ratio than typical sushi joint which I prefer since the price was lower And we can have more variety. This restaurant taught me that simple is often better. The very dressed up rolls are outshined by the very basic offerings but at the least those basic rolls were refreshing and pleasant.Do not get the Carson City roll if you value your nose.
